Still here now I was having a good experience at the hotel, couldn't fault anything except from today which has put me on abit of a downer. The cleaners has cleant my room today first time and I counted my money yesterday as I exchanged some and had 600 pound left, the cleaners been in today so I counted my money again in the suitcase and only have 400 pound left - so 200 pound has been taken. If you stay at the hotel I highly suggest buying a safe so this can be avoided from anyone who stays at the hotel. I told reception they called the cleaner who's worked there for 15 years and she said she didn't however you aint going to confess that you done a theft. I would highly be wary and get a safe.

Second time at pasabey. Really lovely Little hotel. The staff are friendly and go out the way to help you. Chico the entertainment Guy, is a ball full of energy, and really tries to get everyone involved.
There is a truly wonderful kind man named Kaan. He organises the massages and spa treatments for you. He doesn't pester you, just asks if you would like any treatments and if you say yes, he will get you the best price. I booked a massage, but after the earthquake, I wasn't in the mood as I was really shook up. He was really understanding and comforted me. He also gave me advice about a few personal health issues that really helped.. The only thing that let it down was a huge group of Danish People. They were so rude and arrogant. One of whom told me I was too fat to go on my float, and shouted in my face and threatened to throw a ball in my face. I'm.a single mum with my son and his girlfriend on holiday and shouldn't have to put up with such nastiness. This was not the only incident that these people caused. One of them called our friend a really racist name. This behaviour isn't acceptable. But nothing was done about this behaviour so that really disappointed me!! Merve and her husband arranged all our transfers to anywhere we wanted to go, in a lovely stylish comfortable car/van with air con and led lights. Really lovely friendly helpful guy.

Good small hotel, value for money, Kids entertainment not the greatest although Chico the entertainment guy does well with everything else, food range small has a good standard and something for everyone.

Myself, my wife and my daughter currently have the pleasure of staying at Pasa Bey Hotel in Turkey, and I can confidently say it is an exceptional experience from start to finish. As an all-inclusive resort, it truly delivers on every front – comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere.
Firstly, the location is absolutely ideal. Just a short walk from the marina and the Grand Bazaar, you’re perfectly placed to explore the charm and vibrancy of the local area. Whether you're up for shopping, a stroll by the water, or simply soaking up the culture, everything is conveniently close.
The food is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Whether you’re craving local Turkish flavours or international options, every meal iss fresh, well-prepared, and plentiful. The all-inclusive setup makes it effortless to relax and enjoy each dining experience without a second thought.
What truly sets Pasa Bey apart, though, is the staff. The front of house team were are, professional, and always ready to help with a smile – nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention for maintaining such high standards throughout the hotel; our room is spotless every day and the communal areas are kept immaculate.
The bar staff are another highlight. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely engaging, they make the evenings especially enjoyable. Always up for a chat and quick to remember your favourite drink, their service adds a personal touch that makes the experience all the more special.
A very special thank you must go to Chico, the incredible entertainment manager. Chico is a true asset to the hotel – full of energy, charm, and creativity. He works tirelessly to ensure guests of all ages were entertained, from poolside games to evening shows. Most impressively, he takes the time to greet every guest personally and makes sure everyone feels included and welcome. His presence truly brings the hotel to life.
In summary, Pasa Bey Hotel is a brilliant choice for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Turkey. This is our second time staying here and we are already looking to book for next year – a true testament to how special this hotel is.

We are currently in Turkey and are scared to go back to our room because of our experience last night because 3 staff members came strong armed to our room. They then requested a 4th. Jack sparrow the bar manager was one of them wee are thinking of going home as my partner had a bad experience years ago with Turkish men an years later nothing has changed people please stay clear of this hotel head to greece they alot more friendly. Pasabey Hotel is one of the worse hotels I have stayed in and I have been to several different places and hotels in the past few years.
