We stayed at Garcia Hotel between August 20-23 with my family. The rooms were spacious and ideal for families. The bathroom was a bit old, but still acceptable in terms of comfort. The staff were very attentive, especially Chef Murat, who was very kind and caring towards the guests. Although the food variety was not huge, the price-quality-performance balance was quite satisfying. Overall, we were pleased with the hospitality and had a pleasant holiday experience.

The worst resort experience. Here are the details as to why: 1. They have only 1 beach shuttle for their entire guests and that 1 shuttle leaves at 1030am and comes back at 4pm. The rest of the time you need to take a taxi. Which would be fine, although annoying, but due to summer traffic taxis take 45 mintues to one hour to show up, if at all. I told the hotel staff this and told them to get more shuttles but they said it is summer and this is it and maybe they might add one more shuttle if the hotel manager approves. This has not happened. So basically you are a prisoner in the resort from 1030am to 6pm when the traffic dies down. 2. The bathrooms are moldy and smelly. I have a video but can't upload here. They changed my room and still the second room, although better, still has mold. This is supposed to be a 5 start hotel, but it is at best a 3 star. 3. The food is bland and not great. The food at the pool bar is awful! 4. At 5pm, the pool ran out of towels, and it closes at 7pm! Also the maid service does not come daily unless you call twice and ask for it. Lastly, the worst of all, and most dangerous is that the balcony does not have standard railings, so my toddler, almost 2 and weighing 28 pounds, was able to squeeze through the railing and go on the other side (which is next to the pool!). It was so scary, but luckily I was watching and caught him in time but he was still on the other side of the railing! So watch out if you have toddlers or kids who can not swim. Avoid this place and get a hotel near the beach with better reviews.

I know some people don’t trust reviews but for the love of god find yourself another hotel. This one is only good for taking a couple photos of the view and maybe jump in the pool. The bathroom has stains, black gunk and chipped tiles; the duvet has a hole in it and the floor in the room was sticky. The food is inedible and only the water out of the drinks is free - all the others charge, except for breakfast where tea and coffee are included. Overall cleanliness is very poor, there are also many flies at this location and they leave vicious bites. However, the staff member who led us to our room was nice and answered our questions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained—elegant, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable, with all the little touches that make a stay feel special. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the immaculate bathroom, was just right. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff especially Ahmed and Ozge. Every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with special requests, or just sharing a friendly smile, their attentiveness and professionalism were exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where both the environment and the people leave such a lasting impression. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, charm, and outstanding service.

we stayed for 10 nights as a family of 6 3 adults 2 young teens and a child. Staff- olay & effee at reception need there own special mention as they go above and beyond my children looked forward to seeing them every day and talking about there daily adventures always mind smiling and happy to chat sorted any small issues we have that were towels that hadn't been replaced leaving us with one towel, Dovet being taken out and some pillows although we did request extra pillow other than the small bolters and one normal play requested them 3 times for us and we didn't get them but that's minor. Olay was always happy to translate when needed and they really did go above and beyond thank you. The manager of the restaurant ahmet is also lovely was always friendly and did his best to always help. There was a young blonde girl who worked the bars she always went above and beyond and made my youngest holiday with creating special drinks other than her favourite that was tinky winky I didn't catch her name witch is a shame the same as another teenage girls who worked the restaurant pool bar and 24 hour bar with dark hair. House keeping was the one thing that we felt lacked they came everyday at at one point left us with one towel no pool towels and no dovets and took the small bolster pillow however this was sorted. They come in change the bins add water and cold the cover sheet but I feel that was all. Compared to other hotels in turkey and that area of turkey it was a little disappointing.All bar staff and cup collectors, Gardners cleaners etc worked so hard with smiles. Entertainment is what you make it and very personal day time for us was lacking eve was ok but some was a little boring and there was a lack of tabel and chairs. Kids club wasn't open when we went to see for the youngest and we was staying right by it and wasn't open once that we saw. Always music playing. There is daytime activities but aren't for us and not like we are used to but it is what you make it. Mini disco is great. Beach parry you have to pay £10 per adult (over 12) and £7 per child for 4-7pm that is a disco on the beach we didn't go so can't tell you what it's like but we just felt it was money that wasn't going to be worth it . Sunday there is no entertainment as it's there day off so the do the beach party. Al e cart was out favourite just a shame its only open twice and you can only go once in your stay was the best food we had. I have allergies and I'm limited to what I can eat but managed to find things accept at breakfast my 2 very fussy older 2 also always found something all day to eat the rest of the family all ate well apart from one night out of 10. There is a little food station outside but always seemed to stop and not be restock after 8 even tho ifs open till 9 so was a little disappointing. Drinks are what you expect local spirits and beer. No battle for sunbed that was great always loads of room at the pool. Shop is very over priced and actually worked out cheaper to get a taxi to town and buy there. Lots of empty shops that are no longer there to. We had the most amazing view from our room we arrived and was missing a bed within mins one was made and brought to us. Room and bathroom was very clean when we arrived and there was no smells the whole time we was there anywhere in the room of by the pool. Was always staff busy doing cleaning and gardening making sure pool area was cleaned saw pool ph levels checked regularly. There are the most loving well looked after cats that my children adored and adored playing with even naming them. Easy to get a taxi around 230 Lyra to hisarnu and 320 to olu deniz. Overall we had a lovely holiday in a beautiful location with amazing staff. Thank you for a great experience. We have heard of has been brought by a new owner and will be having work over Winter but not sure how true but we would definitely come back if this is the case to see if. It does need so tlc and some work but had so much potential I would say it's more a 4 star all inclusive.

I don't know if I would choose this hotel a second time choosing an all-inclusive vacation. It was noticeable that hotel guests without the all-inclusive option are treated much better, which was quite unpleasant. Nevertheless, I would like to pay special tribute to the extremely nice and friendly waiter IRISH, who made up for the entire staff with his energy. He made us feel definitely better. Also thanks to the friendly receptionist ladies and the always smiling cleaning ladies! As for the hotel itself, it is intimate and small, but for us it was a plus. The food was tasty, very large portions, everyone will find something for themselves. The downside, however, were the breakfasts, quite monotonous and performed poorly. The choice of fruits was also not very large. Rooms quite small, but sufficient. Cleaned daily, change of towels if you need, extra water. Cleaning service at a really high level. The pool at the hotel is really large and the water is cool, which is soothing in high temperatures. I suggest, however, that the staff keep an eye on the so-called reservation of sunbeds by guests, who can leave a towel on a sunbed and come back after a few hours, or not. There are not many sunbeds, which resulted in the fact that at 12:00 pm many guests had no way to use the pool despite the free sunbeds, which were occupied only by towels.... The big plus, however, is the beach, where there is definitely more space. I recommend getting some water shoes, but the bottom is really pleasant. The location from the hotel also deserves a big plus. The view from the front room window is really beautiful. The air conditioning also works very well, which was extremely soothing on hot days. From the hotel you can take a walk within a few minutes to the castle ruins or to the dancing fountain. In summary, if you fancy opting for the all-inclusive option, then really, choose another hotel. If you fancy a b&b break for a few days and a lot of sightseeing, then I think this hotel might be for you.

My wife and I recently spent our honeymoon here at this hotel. We had a member of staff helped us with our suitcases as soon as we arrived at the hotel. WiFi was provided the whole time we were there and was a life saver as the data charges with my network provider costs a fortune. We also had daily changes of bedding, fresh towels and complementary waters. The restaurant staff there were marvellous especially Omar, Ozzy and Irish interacting with us and making us feel at ease at meal times.

What a great hotel placed literally beside the beach. The staff here are amazing and are always cleaning... Check in was very smooth and quick. Our cases were taken to.our room. Very snug lift to all floors. Our room was a sea view as requested and the views are beautiful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom has a fitted hairdryer. The shower is probably the most powerful I have used in any hotel. It's not the biggest room we've stayed in, compact shall we say. There's a mini fridge, 2 free small bottles of water every time your room is cleaned, free to use safe, double wardrobe, aircon which you don't have to pay for additionally . Plug socket either side of the beds. I found the mattress hard but my partner didn't. Small balcony but we found it ok. Also a small wall mounted clothes/towel airer. Tv with a couple of english channels. You can have fresh towels and room clean daily if required. We were bed and breakfast and found it good but after a week or so it got a bit same old same old tbh. Poached/fried eggs and omelletes made on request. Free sunloungers and large towels which you collect from reception. Please be aware it's extremely noisy outside due to the bars along the strip where it's situated. The double glazing doesn't appear to stop much noise. Ear plugs are provided by the hotel. To be fair music now has to stop at 1am. One bar exceeded this and was closed down for 3 days. So they're definitely hot on this. It didn't bother us as we usually got in after this time. All in all it's a lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. This hotel was listed in tbe top 10 of all inclusive hotels in Turkey in the times newspaper a few years ago.

We ate here twice, the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed, whether you are staying at the hotel or not. I asked for a few things differently from the menu stated and they accommodated my requirements. Overall the food is delicious 😋, the service is excellent too. Highly recommend eating here if you are in Marmaris. If you want to eat something that doesn't consist of chips/fries and rice, you would definitely find a something to eat at here. What can I say about dessert, personally I gave them 5⭐ after eating the Strawberry Mille-feuille, this is definitely worth having, it was delicious. Worth going to Marmaris just to have this. Whatever you do don't take this of the menu. I noticed the hotel only has guests over the age of 16 years, if you want a nice quiet evening with adults.

My daughter and I have just returned from a week at the fabulous hotel. Our room was cleaned every day , our beach view was well worth the little bit extra money for sure. The whole surroundings of the hotel are excellent...the pool , the main public areas, the dining room, bar are beautiful and across a walkway is the beach with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas with magnificent scenery all around. There was really good live music in the evenings . The best part about this hotel is undoubtedly the staff....helpful , pleasant, mannerly and fun. Special mention about Ida at reception who is delightful, the owner ( sorry don't know his name ) who was welcoming and charming, Soya who organized our Turkish bath experience at the spa ( which was fantastic ) , all the restaurant staff and bar staff( too many to name individually ) are excellent and as we were on the beach every day for hours, Sait, Fernandez and "Speedy" deserve special mention from us. They were so attentive, charming and worked incredibly hard to make sure we were happy and had all we needed.....exceptional We would love to return to this wonderful hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Had a lovely time with the family. The result was kept lovingly clean. We upgraded our room from a standard before we arrived, It was a nice room. The main pool is a good size never seemed over crowded. The only down side was keep getting asked if we would like to book a massage every day round the pool. The pier was good as we booked a cabana which come with fruit and champagne around 2pm, we all had a great day jumping into the sea.

Just returned from a great stay at Club Tuana. The reception was quick and efficient at getting us to our rooms. Although our room was one of the furthest from the main pool, it wasn't a problem and was only a couple of minutes to walk to the restaurant, beach and other facilities. The benefit of these rooms is that there is a smaller pool just out side which was less busy than the main pool and still had similar amenities with a bar and a snack bar. The rooms were a little dated but ample space and clean, with great air con. The hotel restaurant was large but very busy and we found it impossible to get a table large enough to sit together as we travelled in a large group of 16. The food wasn't the best I've ever had at an all inclusive hotel but it was good and plentiful. Being vegetarians it was limited and slightly mundane. For us the best things about this hotel was its location with beautiful scenery and a beach with an excellent pier which the children thoroughly enjoyed. Finally the water sports centre was first rate. Anastasia and her team were great and very flexible in arranging excursions for our whole group. The banana boat and snorkelling trip was a big hit with everybody. And I throughly enjoyed learning to water ski for the first time! Just wished we arranged these trips earlier in our holiday and done more.

Nice all-inclusive resort, quite good value for money. Some positives: our kids (6-yr, 1-yr) really enjoyed the kid club and the children pool. Staff have done a great job! Foods are actually OK! And the sea view was one of the highlights! Some negatives: the room was really outdated! I don’t think this is a 5-star hotel standard. And the family room was also a bit small as well. Housekeeping should have done a better job, when we first checked in, we found some spots on the floor with long hairs. And they forgot to change our towel one day, phoned the reception three times before we got the new towel. Improvement is really needed for better customer experience. All in all, if you are travelling with kids and don’t care much about the room etc, this could be the hotel to go to.

A wonderful place for a family vacation. Rooms clean, spacious, well-kept. Delicious food and in such quantities that you certainly won't go hungry. Great surroundings with beautiful greenery. Tennis courts, football pitches, super-equipped gym. Animation during the day by the pool and outside. Every evening a different show, competition organized by animators. Kids Club is great, every day different activities for children, competitions. Children are super taken care of. Animators very committed and nice, very open to children, especially Mrs. Zeynep (my daughters loved spending time with her). Service very helpful and smiling. Easy access to the center of Fethiye by city buses. I recommend :)

Arrived at the reception at 5am after travelling through the night with 3 children. When we checked in we were handed a physical key to open the door, this should have told us how outdated the rooms are. Firstly they were not even in the hotel. We had to leave the hotel via the car barrier and go across the road. This meant we were so far from all of the hotel facilities. A golf car took us to our room and ran us into the bushes as he did so. The mattress is the most uncomfortable I have ever felt. I would rather sleep on the floor. The second room we ordered was a twin room with only room for a double bed. Meaning our teenagers had to share a bed. We sharply made our way back to reception to be told the hotel was full and it wasn’t there problem. The manager isn’t available until 10am. So after travelling all night we are currently sat in reception waiting to see if we can move rooms. Wish us luck, this is supposed to be our honey moon and safe to say it is the worst hotel rooms in Turkey I have ever seen. If we are able to move/upgrade rooms hopefully I can update you all with a positive review.. let’s see…

Never in my life have I stayed somewhere this bad. The Internet is so slow that it took 10 minutes to load this webpage. They make you pay 70£ a week for AC and don't even get me started on the room. The bed feels like a slab of concrete, I am even sure that a prison bed feels better then the "bed" in the rooms. The toilet is broken and the flush is stuck down so the only sound I can hear all day is just running water in the toilet. Its so hot in the rooms that the person I am staying with has to bring the mattress onto the balcony and sleep on the balcony because they have the audacity to try to charge 70£ for AC. There are constant loud arguments between drunk people in the bar during the night. I made friends with people on the bottom floor who said their room is infested with ants. I made friends with another set of people who said their room was in such bad condition the night they got here that they had to change rooms, but since it was night time they had to wait into the morning. The only thing that makes up for it is that the people who work here are very nice. But this is still at most a 2 star. I'm surprised that I haven't seen roaches yet *PS I was talking to someone who said that their roof was leaking

If you hate yourself stay here. Didn’t know world war 3 started, fighting off cockroaches in my own room. Gotta pay more for the AC than my own room. Birdshit on the windows and the light flickers. Bathroom is just falling apart, it’s mad. The rooms aren’t catered to average height people, I still need to duck in here even though I’m average height (5’10). There was a rat outside my room ; and the beds don’t even get changed. The toilet brush had shit smeared all over it which is disgusting. Bought cereal but there’s no bowls. Far from the shops too so that doesn't help. Don’t stay here

The servers Dogan and Diego are extremely unprofessional and will attempt to make advances on you and then ignore you once rejected, they spent most of their time sitting down and talking to/ waiting on other people and only spoke to me to use my tokens in the arcade section to show their “strength” on the punching machine. Embarrassing and ruined the niceness of the rest of the place and holiday.

After refusing first room (staff accommodation), 2nd room ok. Young staff keep trying to rip you off by adding things to your bill, or telling you that you didn't pay for your last meal or drink. Best thing was Cliff the head waiter. He deserved to be in a better hotel.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food and something for everyone. As well as the buffet style food they had a grill outside during dinner where fresh food was cooked. The room was basic but comfortable, with good air conditioning. First night we underestimated how good it was and woke shivering but that was user error and easily rectified. When we arrived, our room was a double but we wanted a twin. Which was not the hotel’s fault but was an error with the site we booked through. Staff were very helpful and bought up another bed at 2:30am which was very comfortable. We were also offered another a room but the view of the mountains from our balcony was so good we decided to stay. There was a good selection of drinks at the bar. The beer was always cold and fresh. You could quite happily chill by the pool all day but if you want to get out and do an excursion, I recommend doing the keep safari. For a reasonable price you get a full day of adventure. They will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel and provide lunch. Overall, this place has a lot of charm and the staff are all very good and things work like a well oiled machine

Don't listen to the bad reviews we paid £430 for 11 days and you get exactly what you pay for. Can't complain about anything and we have been here twice. All the staff are helpful and polite. The pools are well cleaned and the toilets too. Night activities in the bar are great fun with other members of the hotel very easy to make friends and have a great holiday :) best bartenders. Ali. Caner. Best cockatials.

We have just spent 10 days here and had a lovely holiday. Staff can’t do enough for you, very kind and helpful. Hotel is run down but it was clean, our cleaning lady was in our room every day and left fresh flowers on our beds which was a special touch. Food was fine, just the same as any all inclusive I’ve been to. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel on evenings so cannot comment on entertainment. We went into Hisarönü or oludeniz which was only a few pound in a taxi.

We had a truly positive experience at this hotel. I was a little nervous about booking, but decided to take the plunge — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff put me at ease. One important note: there is no lift. This is worth keeping in mind if you are a wheelchair user, have a pushchair, or find stairs difficult. The surrounding area is also quite hilly, so a bit of uphill and downhill walking is unavoidable. That said, when I needed help carrying my luggage, the reception team quickly sent a young gentleman to assist me — which I really appreciated. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help, and their genuine kindness stood out. One day I was feeling unwell due to colitis, and the restaurant manager noticed right away. Without me even asking, he made me a Turkish mocha — a thoughtful gesture that really helped and left me feeling cared for. The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. Evenings often featured barbecues serving chicken, döner and other freshly grilled options. As the restaurant is buffet-style, queues could be long at peak times, but the quality was worth the wait. I was also reassured to see a member of staff regularly sampling the food to ensure hygiene and safety standards were met. There was entertainment every night — from music at the pool bar where guests could dance and mingle, to a mini disco for children which my son absolutely loved. It created a lively, social atmosphere that made it easy to meet other families and make friends. The rooms were clean and practical. For me, cleanliness was the main priority, as we only used the room for showering, getting ready, and sleeping. If you’re not looking for luxury décor and are travelling on a budget, this hotel is a solid choice. Another bonus was the on-site shop, which sells drinks, snacks, shoes, jewellery, and other handy items. It was great to be able to pick up little things without having to leave the hotel. Special thanks go to Esra and Ismail, along with Irmak, the hotel rep, for their friendliness and help throughout our stay. We also met some lovely fellow guests and enjoyed plenty of good company. There were a few guests who seemed intent on causing trouble, but we simply kept to ourselves and focused on enjoying our holiday. Overall, it was a lovely stay filled with great food, kind staff, fun entertainment, and happy memories. My son and I had the best time — and we would absolutely stay here again.

Such an amazing place to stay. All the details are been considered, stuff is very happy to help you. Location is great, too spacious that you never feel like its a hotel for ~2000 guests. We have relaxed and enjoyed our vacation. 10/10 highly recommended. Also I have to mention that I always found the entertainment a bit funny but not here, they took it very seriously and somehow manage to entertain us with very different groups from different cultures. It was amazing, thank you very much

Really beautiful hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. Our room cleaner was Zinnet, she was fantastic. The only downside for us was the room we was given was not really big enough for a family of 4. But we made it work. All in all a fantastic family holiday would definitely recommend.

The best All Inclusive I have ever been too. The staff, facilities, rooms and food is high quality. I stayed for 2 weeks with my family and had an amazing time. The staff here really are amazing. All very professional and friendly. Anything you ask for is not any trouble. We had great service from the buggy drivers, waiters (especially Denis in the main buffet), bar staff and supervisor on block 2 of the lake houses and the lovely women in the zoo. We stayed in the lake houses and would really recommend them. You have your own quieter sections and the rooms are great. My only feedback would be that although the entertainment is high quality, some nights its super loud and goes on to 11.30pm. The lake houses are the furthest away (Block 3 especially) so if you have small children or don't want the noise id recommend staying there. Also eggs at breakfast were cold (and my wife is an egg lover). Overall though the hotel is brilliant. Loads to do. We will definitely come back. Thank you all at the Hilton.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Sarigerme Resort and overall had a fantastic experience. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully maintained grounds, great facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout highlights was the food – the variety and quality were consistently excellent throughout our stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The language barrier can be a challenge at times, as many staff members struggle with English, which occasionally made communication frustrating. We also found the noise from the entertainment in the evenings a bit disruptive when trying to get an early night. On the downside, we were disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome when we arrived in the middle of the night – staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The bathrooms also need some attention, especially the showers, which were either too hot or too cold with little in between. Additional charges left a sour taste: the fee to use a gazebo is frankly extortionate, and the charge for a late checkout feels like daylight robbery for a resort of this standard. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and would return – hopefully with a few improvements made. I would just like to add at checkout the whole stay has left a bad taste… the staff concerned os ALI from reception, he needs to be retrained in customer service. Review reduced from 4 star to 3 star

Fabulous hotel offering 5 star service and accommodation. Great food selection. Areas for adults only. Good entertainment. Very friendly and accommodating staff from front of desk to the house keeping team. Great buggy service offered. We would like to give a big shout out to Tolga who served us very morning at breakfast and always went above and beyond our expectations. Please do not let our comments below put you off this hotel as it is amazing and is purely our personal thoughts. Comments. We would suggest that the rules regarding the adult only area be made clearer, on occasions we saw family’s settle down for the day, sometimes with the help of pool staff putting up umbrellas for them around 9am then when the life guards started work at 10am they would be asked to move, causing unnecessary upset. This could be avoided with better signage/instruction. The cost to rent a gazebo for a day in my mind is extortionate. Finally the ‘zoo’ in our opinion was far below the standards of the hotel and was quite upsetting to see. But we would return again we had a great time

Hotel rooms dated but clean. Charges for everything from safe, air con, fridge and kettle. £20 for kettle 😮 Entertainment was brilliant and kids enjoyed themselves. Food and Drinks very expensive. £6 for a small bottle of cider. Breakfast was very basic. If they did all inclusive then we would return as the entertainment was really good.

where do I start . firstly arrive at hotel to get room and your hit with extras charges for everything WiFi air-conditioning kettle fridge ect ect and not cheap for any of them air-conditioning £35 for 7 nights only thing we was willing to pay for ! WiFi box you can get cheaper at the shop just down from the main reception they also sell small kettles at a fraction of the price to hire and they open 24h a day ... breakfast is only scrambled egg toast and small sausage again you need to pay extra if you want more ! our room ground floor room number 612 if you have any on this side be prepared for a large dog barking at all hours day and night ! bathroom dirty black mold around all silicone bedding and towels not changed or replaced during our 7 nights just bed remade and dirty used towels folded back up to re use ! we would 100% definitely never go back to this place !!! good luck if you decide to book

Hotel in itself is okay. The pools are great , the Havana menu is nice. However, you need to pay for absolutely everything. In 40° heat you had to get Air Con, they was no way you could not pay £35 for a week and sleep in the heat. The key comes with a key ring that gets slotted into a thing when you enter your room, this generated the power supply Into your room. Really clever with how the key ring was stuck to the keys so you couldn’t detach them and Leave the AC running a little before you come into the room. You have to rent a fridge, kettle, and safe. I thought the fridge and the kettle is a joke. Should just be apart of the amenities. We had bought bottles of water and on a night they was no cold water, ran them under the sink and shower to get them cold but the cold water is just not cold enough, so decided to just take the warm water down to the pool with us and just ask for a free cup of ice , and we had ice cold water again. Staff coming into the room without any notice even when we had a do not disturb sign up. We had told them that the room hair dryer is not working and to let us know when you’ll come and put a new one in . While we was out for the full they day they had come and changed it, not sure about anyone else, but this just sent me into an alert making sure everything else was still in the room . The cleaners do not understand a single word of English and found it very difficult to communicate. The entertainers at The pool party just rushed it all. It’s really not what they advertise… they do the foam machine for a min, and take it away. The balls that get thrown into the pool after 30min they tell everyone to collect them and throw them into the box . The balloons also had to be popped . As if no pool part even happened. One of the waiters, the short brown one. Looks like he’s in his 40s was not leaving my partner alone. Every time I had ran up to the hotel room to get something or went to toilet, she would tell me that he tried to hug her, he keeps winking at her and is making her feel uncomfortable. He would get a cup of ice and try aiming them at her breasts. He was just weird. He would talk to her infront of me at first. But then I started to ignore him , and turn my head the other way and he knew why. Did not want to say anything as I don’t know how Turks take things. Did not want to shit on my own doorstep as that was the hotel I was staying at and I was worried thag they may give us a hard time with the dayswe have remaining. So I gave him looks and made him get the message and then it xome where when she was on her own thats when he would do or say things. But when I was there . He wouldn’t even say hello to her. Honestly soo weird. Very hands on people there are . Us from The UK are not use to people Just constantly touching you and it may be in their culture to be very over friendly, which I don’t mind but the attention is only at one person when they is 2 of us and we are a couple and they all knew .

Love my weeks say. I went with my nan and had no problems was welcomed by all staff and my nan with bad mobility they gave us a reserved seat so then she didn’t walk after to toilet and to the room. Stayed here for a week, here are my thoughts.. Firstly the staff are very good. Very helpful with moving luggage and helping around. There are plenty of the around to help. The house keepers are lovely as well so customer service is not something lacking. The room itself is very basic. Not that bothered, it's a holiday, I was outside most of the time anyways. But there was only 1 (2 including the one the TV is plugged into) socket in the entire room and it wasn't even next to the bed. It was in the back part of the room where there is one single bed but luckily we had packed a very long cable so either have very long cables or powerbanks because sockets are lacking. Housekeeping comes everyday and clean but I'm not sure how well. They are lovely ladies but the floor was still always dirty and my feet would constantly get dirt on and we had to ask for our bed sheets to be changed because even after 3 days, they didn't. Also you just get sheets as blanket. I booked a room for a couple but they gave 3 single beds. We joined two of them but the blankets were too small to share so we couldn't which was annoying for my wife and me. I did ask for a thicker and bigger blanket and got one but it still didn't cover the both of us. The pillows are good and mattresses are comfy. Be prepared to pay for everything in your room. The ac, the safe and maybe even the TV because ours didn't have batteries in the remote. It makes no sense. We stayed at a hotel when we came back to the UK for the same night price and we got given top end shampoo, conditioner and body wash for free, one socket at either end of the bed, 3 free bottles of water, fridge, safe, steamer, and an ac and we didn't need to pay extra so says something. Music is played irregularly during the day but you get music from maybe around 7ish till around 11 or 12am so if that is a problem, then avoid staying here. Luckily me and the wife can deal with noise but it is obviously annoying but the hotel is called "Club" Atrium. I would not recommend the breakfast. It was awful. We went the first morning and saw there was very sad looking scrambled eggs, weiner, toast and juices, teas and coffee. I saw it and left as I'd much rather pay for a nicer breakfast. There is a nice cafe around 8 min walk down and another breakfast/bakery place around 12 mins which we would always go to. The location of the hotel is decent. You've got 2 corner shops which are decently priced around the hotel as well as a shawarma place opposite. It's about a 10 to 15 min walk to the main Street where you have lots of shops, blue port (shopping centre), beach and if you walk around 20 mins up that road you get to the marina and castle as well as the bazaar. Overall I would personally not come back to this hotel but if you are into the partying scene then it might be the hotel for you but you can definitely find better.

Brilliant location & views of surrounding mountains, sea and beach below. Very efficient free transport to beach. Facilities such as pools, restaurants, gym and sports facilities excellent. Self-catering provision was good. Rooms were air-conditioned. The buffet dinner could do with some variety for people visiting from other parts of the world such as Asia, US, UK or mainland europe.

Beautifully kept, relaxed resort in nature. Loryma is located in the hills with the best views of the bay of Turunc. Staff are incredibly kind, in the background to keep a relaxed feel and attentive when support is needed. Rooms are cleaned every other day by a wonderful maid service. Half board and breakfast offering in the buffet restaurant are fantastic value and delicious. Only gripe is the other guests when they ‘reserve’ sun loungers at 8am in the morning only not to turn up to the pool until midday. The staff have better things to do with their time than police this and wish guests would be more considerate.

What a fabulous hotel The Loryma is. The staff are excellent and the rooms are super. With rooms cleaned every other day and towels provided for around the the pool. Theres an outdoor and a cooler indoor pool which was essential when the temperature went over 40°c. Lovely shaded areas around the pool under the fig trees with the best view of Turunc town and beach. Our room had a sea view too. We came back one day to a large bowl of fresh fruit in the fridge. Great for wildlife spotting too, we saw red squirells, a tortouse and a wild boar late every evening . The shuttle bus is prompt every hour and drops off at the beach & the middle of town. Taxi is only £5 if you are late returning. We ate in the restuarant and the food and service is excellent with very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Great beer choice too with the local range of Gara Guzu brewery beers as well as Bomonti and of course Efes. We hope return next year.

We had such a lovely time at the Loryma resort. The hotel was great, with amazing views. Really quiet, away from hustle and bustle. You can use the hotel shuttle bus to take you in to the local town of Turunc. The staff were attentive and polite. We stayed in the superior suite which was very spacious. However the bathrooms was quite small and shower cubicle was even smaller. We also could not get wifi connection in our room. Overall however we had a very pleasant stay.

Very happy about our time in Loryma resort hotel. We had a great holiday. This place has fantastic and panoramic views Resort located beautifully between the mountains, peaceful and quiet. No Loud music and no parties. Great for people who like peace and quiet. Food very tasty in general and restaurant staff are very good and helpful. However it needs more variety and choices if you want to be a proper 4 stars resort. IE: only one choice of food in grilled section. Chicken,fish or kafta. Also you need to stop charging extra for water at dinner time when you have already charged for it. I have never seen this in any hotel in Turkey. Its not about the money but its the principle. We paid half board. Water included at breakfast but not at dinner. Doesn't make any sense. Hotel has no private beach. There is a shuttle bus which start at 10am and every other hour. 3 rides in the morning and 3 rides in the afternoon with a long lunch break in between. The drive itself is only 5mins drive (1.9km). Because hotel has no private beach, we felt that management should improve shuttle bus service. A lot of people would love an early swim in the beach. If management can add 1 more ride in the morning and 1 more in the evening, that would be a great service. A special thank you to Fatma specifically and all reception, restaurant, cafe and house keeping staff. We will surely come back another time in the future.

Very Disappointing – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4-star rating. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, and far from what you’d expect from a supposedly high-standard hotel. Instead of providing a proper room for four people, the reception added a portable bed, and if you want to sleep on a slightly more comfortable sofa, they ask for extra payment – which is absurd. The food is very basic, even worse than what you’d find in 4-star hotels in Tunisia or even Morocco. Definitely not up to par. What made things worse was the so-called "welcome" from a man trying to sell excursions at prices 3 times higher than what you can easily find online or even at local roadside agencies. It's incredibly frustrating how locals seem to try to scam you at every turn – even something as simple as buying a bag of chips becomes an unpleasant experience. The only people who seemed to care and do their job properly were the waiters – they were kind and professional, and I give them credit for that. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting true 4-star quality.

Staff poorly speaking English towels and covers supposed to be changed every 3 days mine was changed after 4th only because I told that in reception food was not very good every day all the same dishes clearly you can see the meals was made from leftovers from previous meals also amount of alcohol in cocktails was very little and if you ask for double shots of alcohol they can’t do it because managers was keep checking on them Wii-fii was available just very slow and keep disconnecting devices I was asking for plastic tableware for a baby and Cutlery they don’t have all high chairs with out straps I will not recommend that hotel to anyone

Honestly.. we certainly didn't arrive at this hotel. Infant these pictures are of the hotel next door. This hotel is supposed to be all inclusive and it certainly is not!! Meal times are set times, No snacks, no ice creams not much of anything really, especially for the kids. The food is literally chicken cooked in different ways and occasionally burgers and a " fish" dish. Catering seems to be for other guests not English!! Not a fussy eater but I'm glad we're were able to eat out, which in some cases people pay all inclusive and don't have funds to " pay " extra monies. In my opinion this hotel didn't have very high standards, rooms are " cleaned" and say that lightly as our floors were filthy so I cleaned myself!! Bedding and towels are changed if they can be bothered.. TV s in room aren't much use as nothing in English except sky news.. Aircon we were lucky as ours worked comments from others were nothing in there room worked.. Entertainment is literally 10 mins of kids disco then a " show of some kind lasting 30 mins. Only effes on draft, plastic cups, miniature whiskey, vodka gin.. flat mixers!!. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests and the " private" beach as literally 12 sunbeds.. bare in mind in summer this hotel has 700 unlucky residents.. Save your money book else where.. oh and don't expect a reply from " on the beach" or other reps because it just won't happen.. Happy holidays just not at this hotel.

Great looking hotel and great location but will not be returning. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in was very poor and noisey and had stains on the carpet upon arriving. The WiFi was terrible and never worked longer than 1 minute before having to try and log back in. There was no entertainment that was advertised and also the price of the safe was more than advertised. There was a few members of the younger staff who did their best to help and keep guests happy but unfortunately the senior members of the hotel were very abrupt and not welcoming at all. The senior members/managers definitely need to learn more about hospitality. Also the food that was on for the all inclusive guests was just horrible and the same every other day. My partner and I only ate at the hotel a few times in 7 days

It was really nice holiday. Great service, super animation team, well located and fabulous around the hotel with lots of green scenery. Food was OK. Our experience at Lykia Botanika was unfortunately very underwhelming and frustrating. From the moment we arrived, there were consistent issues that made the stay far from enjoyable. Firstly, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was a major concern. There was constantly food left in the hallways leading to our rooms, sometimes sitting for days before being cleaned up. This gave the whole place an unkempt and unhygienic feel. Housekeeping was also extremely poor. We had to call reception every single day around 4pm just to get someone to clean our room — which often still looked untouched afterward. When I raised this with the receptionist, they unhelpfully claimed the room had already been cleaned and even blamed us for its condition, despite the fact that we had just returned and hadn’t even unpacked. The reception staff were generally rude and unwelcoming. Anytime we asked a question or needed assistance, we were met with unenthusiastic, dismissive attitudes as if we were inconveniencing them by simply asking for help. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic hospitality and cleanliness — neither of which we received.

Fantastic location. The entertainment is top quality and has something for everyone. The food is great and varied and my girlfriend and I have had a fantastic 5 nights with a welcoming and warm hosts. The staff are friendly and polite without being pushy (which is important for a brit!) We really appreciated the communication they gave us and the helpful nature that they all have. Good value for money, lots to do for kids with 4 pools! And water Slides and a lovely spa for adults! Kids can go to the spa to! Food and drinks available all day! Breakfast 7.30-10.30am snack bar 12-5pm ( pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, burgers salad, soft drinks) lunch at 12.30-2.30pm dinner 7pm. Best of all kids club has a really friendly staff member Melissa who entertains and keeps the children happy with her lovely nature. Open throughout the day! Water park and slides for the kids (or childish adults like myself haha). Buffet has plenty of options. Snack bar is great too. All smiling staff and happy to prepare whatever you ask for if it isn’t there. Room was adequate and cleaned every day. Left all my stuff out and nothing gets touched. As you would expect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a holiday resort. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the facilities (like the pool and spa) were fantastic! When I first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of food (it’s even freshly prepared right in front of you), from Turkish dishes to favourites like pizza. The lead entertainer, Chico, was full of energy and made everybody feel welcome. He was well liked by everyone and his sense of humour made my holiday much more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the daytime activities that he organised, like darts and water polo, as they were lighthearted fun and an unforgettable part of the trip. Me (and most people) looked forward to them every day. Even though I may have fully missed the darts board countless times, Chico still managed to cheer me up by making me laugh, despite me normally being super competitive. One of my only regrets is that I didn’t join in the activities from day 1! Last but definitely not least, the nighttime entertainment was such an amazing way to end the day and when guests joined in, it was always great fun and a perfect chance to meet new people.

The rooms were really small, the beds were tiny and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was not great. The toilets were in terrible condition and the blankets were rough and thin, more like curtains than anything you’d want to sleep with. The whole place felt run-down and not well taken care of, definitely not worth the price. Most of the staff were friendly and polite, but one receptionist really stood out for the wrong reasons. He was a young guy with long hair, looked around twenty and chubby and was extremely rude on multiple occasions. He spoke to me and my family in a very disrespectful and dismissive way, like he couldn’t be bothered, and it wasn’t just us—other guests we spoke to had similar complaints about him. It felt like he had no interest in helping anyone and was just there with a bad attitude. On the brighter side, the food was actually good, especially the pizza, which was probably the best part of the stay. The pizza chef clearly knew what he was doing and deserves credit for that. Still, food alone doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience, and overall the hotel felt more like a low three-star at best. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Wow what a great experience, good hotel entertainment, nice staff, receptionists were great and security outside all the time. I can’t lie the cleanliness was 10/10 for us, staff were always walking around tidying, cleaning and sanitising. Shoutout to chico who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in until our last day. I hope you recover from your arm injury soon! The swimming pool was clean and they have lots of inflatables that you can use for free. In my opinion food was nice and there was a decent variety every day, food timings were spot on, I’ve definitely put on weight lol. Thanks to Rami who was the restaurant manager for looking after me and my family. On a disappointing note I have to mention a time where I was collecting coke from the bar and a few of the staff were talking amongst themselves then looking at me and laughing, they did this a few times, they were clearly talking about me and that is a shame as I felt it ruined my experience a little. This was a guy with long hair and a guy who looked of Chinese ethnicity, didn’t quite catch their names sadly.

The boat trip to the beach I absolutely loved everyday the kittens was so adorable I just loved this place one of the best holidays I’ve had. The only one thing I did not like was the red wine as it’s the only thing I drink I think there should be a bit more choice than just the one bottle especially if you are all inclusive. But honestly that did not really matter in the grand scheme of things this place is absolutely out of this world & we are coming back next year & can not wait thank you to all the staff who were exceptional 🥰

Great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent. The private beach has all the facilities on offer and the shuttles are available regularly. There are several places to eat on site and the food variety is good. The staff are friendly and well trained . There are plenty of facilities to suit all tastes with little extras thrown in. This was our second stay and plan to return next year.

Where to start? The grounds with their mature planting and constant upkeep are stunning. The buildings have a few tired edges but are also constantly cleaned and are comfortable spaces to be. The pool area is good, constantly cleaned, always plenty of towels and a good combination of shaded and sunny areas. The pool bar staff can't do enough for you and really made our stay so much fun, the bar tender and the girls are so friendly and kind. The food offerings in the buffet are varied, so really something for everyone, and are constantly checked. I was impressed with the quality and quantity of the variety of dishes offered. Drinks are all premium brands and served well. The beach area is great, the Azure restaurant is recommended for lunch if you are in the beach area. The 3 hour boat trip is also worth doing. Stunning views and clear seas. 3 swim stops, snacks and drinks on board, just a great way to spend a morning or afternoon. I struggle to find anything significant to criticise. I can easily see us returning here.

The staff on reception and the cleaner are really nice people, if I could I would give them 5*.... but unfortunately, the hotel is in need of an update. The sheets had holes in them, and the sockets were wobbly. I'm surprised we never got electrocuted. The shower curtain was stained, and there was no kettle no oven, only a hotplate, which was fine as we didn't cook. No iron, either. If you wanted to sit on the balcony, you had to take chairs out. Should point out you have to pay for the remote to work the air-conditioning. Might of worked out to be around an extra £9 per day. Even some of the parasols and loungers by the pool needed changing. If they kept up with the upkeep this hotel would be ideal as it's close to the main street for the shops where you can also get the bus to Icmeler or the marina for 30TRY per person and not far from the beach and pubs

We stayed here for 10 days from the 29th of August with two family members in separate rooms. It's in a great location and the balcony was a good size but that where it stops. The room was very dated, the air conditioning unit looked like it would never work as it was ancient, plus you had to pay for it. The kitchen facilities we didn't use because again they were very dated and didn't look that clean. The shower rail fell off after a couple of days and the sink was very wobbly. We never went in the bar as it was always full of drunk people all day. The pool area and kids area was a death trap. I would recommend goin somewhere else. The cleaner was good though as she did our room most days.

Well what can I say we stayed here on the 29 august and wow I couldn’t believe my eyes how’s this place is still open is beyond me I would strongly advice no one to stay here it’s dirty and unsafe! You get threatened and called a idiot by the owners and then they threaten you with the police if you make a complaint this place ruined my first two days my holiday we got thrown out on day two with two children and 3 adults and had to pay 347 extra to be put somewhere nice I also went and took photos of other peoples rooms before I left the children play area is a death trap I was stuck in an attic room in 40 degree heat honestly avoid !!!!! Also at night time the corridor lights sometimes don’t work and I actually fell over and hurt my knee but the owner did not care the place is just a ticking time bomb waiting for a serious accident

Our first time staying here and visiting Marmaris. Everyone are so welcoming and friendly always polite nothings ever too much. Rooms cleaned often fresh bedding and towels. The food was absolutely delicious and varied, with plenty of options for every taste. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. From the very first moment we felt welcome and at ease, the dedication of the staff made our holiday extra special. Auful service! The personal does not speak English/German only Turkish language. The room is dirty and the hauskeeper change the towels only if they are on the floor. The food is not very good. The service is very bad even the personal are rude. Do you think it is normal to ask for hot water for our daughter's milk almost every day. And when the bar is closed and you get turned away from the restaurant, you have to ask the hotel security for hot water. And when security also refuses you have to go to the grocery store across the street and beg for hot water? I repeatedly requested and asked for a kettle of hot water and was denied because it was not hotel policy. Unlike you other hotels offer free tea and coffee in addition to the standard in-room hot water jug. As for the food, typical things about Turkish cuisine were absent, the breakfast was very very poor, mostly just different types of eggs. For example I never tried baklava or something typical for the Turkish kitchen. Which of the following meals typically for Turkey was served gevrek (round-shaped pastry, also called simit) jajla (soup with rice and mint) sudjuk (spicy Turkish sausage) kuzu güveç (casserole with lamb meat and vegetables) kokoreç (offal with spices wrapped in lamb intestine) gyozleme (pancake) eggplant jam ????? The sausages that were regularly present did not even taste of meat but of soy. The sliced Cremviers for breakfast were terrible, even the cats wouldn't eat them. It's written that the bar for the sandwiches next to the pool it's working until 16:00 but instead of this at 15:30 it's closed. Only four cocktails were free. They made them badly to encourage people to order paid ones. The good cocktails and Whisky were paid. For me this was full board not all inclusive, but I paid for all inclusive. And regarding the receptionist who when I politely asked her to charge my phone for a bit before leaving very rudely refused and as she spoke no English suddenly spoke. The bathroom in the room for 9 days was never once cleaned. I did an experiment and left some of the little bar of soap in the sink and it wasn't even pushed in, not to mention that we didn't put any new little bars of soap in once. The worktop was only changed once and that was because we asked them to. The towels had to be thrown on the ground to be changed otherwise for days the old ones just went on the terrace. A question of increased difficulty. How can I complain to the manager/owner when not even all the people at the front desk speak English. How do I know if the manager also speaks English or will I have to translate from Turkish to English? The very fact that instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the owner blamed me for why I did not like the hotel's services shows an example of the hotel's overall service. Is this the service you offer??? Big mistake never again!!!

Holiday ruined because of a rude staff member. Our holiday was unfortunately overshadowed by the extremely unprofessional behaviour of a staff member named Maria Babalik, who severely impacted our stay. My friend and I arrived late in the evening and were checked into our room without issue. However, the following morning, when we went to the reception area to request the Wi-Fi password, we were approached by a woman who identified herself as the "manager." She informed us that there was a problem with our booking, claiming that the company we used to book our stay had gone bankrupt. She insisted that we pay the full amount of our stay immediately or we would be left without accommodation. This was both shocking and distressing. When we asked to speak to someone more senior, she walked away momentarily and then returned, stating that there was no one above her to speak to. She refused to provide her name when asked. Other guests nearby were apparently in the same situation and mentioned that they had chosen to pay. However, this contradicted our experience, as our family members had arrived two days earlier, booked through the same website, and faced no issues with their reservation. This inconsistency raised serious concerns for us. Furthermore, the timelines she gave us kept changing from needing to pay "immediately," to being given "24 hours," and finally "48 hours." She began raising her voice, threatening us, and creating a scene in a public guest area while not wearing any staff uniform. Several other guests witnessed her shouting at us, which made the situation even more humiliating. We then approached reception directly and spoke with the owner, who confirmed that if the booking company had gone into liquidation, the matter would not affect our stay, as the funds had already been credited from our bank account. He assured us that we could remain for the duration of our booking. Throughout our stay, we observed Maria Babalik behaving rudely toward other guests as well. On one occasion, she told an elderly couple to get out of their seats, claiming it was “her chair.” On the day before our departure, she asked if it was our last day, and upon our reply that we were leaving the next day, she responded with, “Thank God.” To our disbelief, we later discovered that she was a “guest relations” personnel , which made her behaviour all the more unacceptable. On a positive note, the hotel is well-located close to the beach and city center. The food and drink was different everyday with many options to choose from. The rest of the staff were welcoming and polite, greeting us every day. This review serves as a warning to future guests to be cautious and aware of this particular staff member. We were fortunate not to have paid the additional amount she demanded as other guests were not so lucky.

Not far from public beach with free umbrellas if you go in time. Advise buy foldable beach chairs from Migros for the beach. Hotel's food is perfect rooms are clean, staff everywhere are friendly. As you are close to city centre everything is close for you. Avoid grand bazaar, things are fake overpriced and bad quality go to local shops with brands not familiar to you but made in turkey. For quality shoes for example check Gumus. Bottom line you won't regret staying in this hotel or Marmaris.

Checked before booking that they could provide gluten free food as I’m a coeliac. I was assured they could so we booked all inclusive 2 rooms for 5 family members. On arrival myself (55) and my grandson (14) were given a room with a double bed 🤔 this was quickly changed to a room on a different floor away from my family but we can deal with that. The air con was over the bed so you couldn’t relax on the bed as it drys your eyes and throat. There was a heatwave so trying to keep cool was difficult. We arrived late Monday night so no food available at the hotel. Went for breakfast Tuesday and Arif the restaurant manager assured me I could eat the omelette despite the sign saying it contained gluten. At lunchtime there were only chips and salad but the chef did cook me a plate of grilled chicken in the evening there was rice but nothing to go with it (although I was offered chicken again) Wednesday was much the same so it was melon for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was offered chicken (again). Went to speak to Maria who I’d spoken to before we booked but she had left for the day and Thursday was her day off. Spoke to Maria on Friday who then messaged me to give me a list of meals that would be available that night. That night non of the food promised was gluten free. I was given a plate of plain mince meat and sweetcorn, no choice, that or nothing. The following day a plate of fruit and a small bottle of red wine was sent to my room as an apology. Whilst I don’t drink and I’m grateful for the gesture, a family’s review on trip advisor say they got a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit because they had to ask 3 times for a extra pillow lol apparently there was going to be cakes on my plate too but this was changed when they realised that would be rubbing salt into the wounds. Advised the Jet2 rep what had been going on. He also took photographs to prove the food information cards were not correct. Some food didn’t have the gluten symbol on it at all. Some had the symbol on but the restaurant manager would insist it was wrong and I could just eat it. (See photos). I explained to the jet2 rep that there were no desserts at all. He said I was wrong, he’d looked into it and I could have the coconut cake (the sign said no gluten in it) and a mousse type dessert (that had the gluten symbol on it). He called the chef when I declined his offer, the chef confirmed both had gluten in them. Had I take the jet2 reps advice I would have been extremely ill ! Arif refused to even acknowledge me after I’d spoken to Maria. I have no idea how he’s still in a job. He’s rude, intimidating and arrogant. After this we gave up and ate in the restaurant just outside the hotel. I will have never eaten so much melon in my life and will never eat it again 😂

Went to this hotel in 2023 and it was one of our best holidays so we booked to go back in2024, we asked for a pool view in block A and we got a road view with a cockeral making noise all night, the room were not cleaned for 6 days after complaining everyday it was finally cleaned on day , we had to ask for toilet rolls and towels on several occasions. The food was barely warm so we had to eat out majority of the time, the entertainment was poor and the staff at reception could barely speak English. I WONT BE GOING BACK

Stayed here in September and had a brilliant time. Our first time visiting Turkey but not our last. Rooms were large and spacious, cleaned daily, food was varied and plenty of choice available. A bus regularly left from front of hotel to icmeler, the people were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment was exactly what you would expect. A very good experience and will definitely be back next year.

Not great, the staff were lovely though. I feel sad for them as they are all losing their jobs as the hotel has been sold to the Turkish government, apparently as college accommodation. The food was very British, I guess I was expecting much more...I wouldn't recommend going through a travel agen or company like easyJet etc if you wanted an "authentic" experience. By the end of our one week there, it felt like "groundhog day". Same music, all day, repeated entertainment with the same songs, same food, limited alcoholic selection. I was glad to get away, felt sick of it all on the final day. They never replenished our toilet paper apart from two days, so we had to go to reception to get some, which was not a problem, I'm not lazy but it shouldn't have been this way. The staff also entered our room whilst we were at the pool one day, not to clean, but to take our balcony chairs so we came back to an empty space. We were on our way to reception to ask why and bumped onto a near neighbour who said the same thing happened to them and weree told by staff that the place was being sold so they were taking things to sell (I actually saw them load it on a truck over the wall!). All I can say, is that I was happy to have a bed until the end of my holiday, even though it was broken and wonky. I commend the staff on their excellence and professionalism right up until the end. Cian (pronounced Yan) was lovely and always went the extra mile for us.

If you looking for a place to stay this is your stop. The entertainment for kids is fantastic the staff are absolutely gorgeous and the food is to die for. The hotel is tucked in Between some mountains which makes it private but the downside is it a 20 minute walk from Içmeler or a 5 minute bus trip I have been here multiple times and never left feeling disappointed

Waited for 1 hour for checking in. Then we had to wait another two hours for the beds to be made when they told us 20 minutes. There were 2 power cuts. There was air conditioning in one room only. It was too hot everywhere around the Hotel including The first bedroom. Folding beds were the worst quality. .ever.
