How the heck this place has 4.2 is beyond me. It's clearly fake reviews. This is nothing more than a 2* hotel. The facilities are so outdated! The gym is a joke, absolute joke. The food is average, to the point where we ordered food from outside. The staff were particularly unhelpful, not all mind you. Sewage smell across the hotel, rubbish cleaning service. Hazards in the room such as exposed nails. Sink doesn't work and blocked. Just a distasteful disaster. What did they do to rectify? Nothing. I requested to speak to the general manager but there was no response. I asked 3 x but he was busy. What a joke. Don't believe in the hype. If you want a 2* property, then go ahead and book by all means. Avoid at all costs.

First time in Turkey, I was excited what I see. Delicious food, great Garcia Resort & Spa hotel. Clean apartment with partly sea and mountain view. Entertiment, billard, table tennis, few swimming pools outdoor and one indoor, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, Turkish bath, massage (extra cost). Shuttle bus (free) from the hotel to the beach. Many placed to see: boat trip, safari, Oludeniz, Fethiye etc. Recommend all who is looking for walking and paragliding. Lovely place 😍

Stayed here with family for 7 days at the end of April 2025. All inclusive. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Please only book if you are happy with a 2/3 star hotel. Everyone here seems to smoke! So chilling in the pool area with kids is difficult as all you end up doing is inhaling 2nd hand smoke. Hotel is good for those who book all inclusive just to eat and drink as much as possible. And spend most days just laying on the sunbeds.

Just returned back from here with friends and had an incredible time! The food was amazing and had a good varying selection. The views are spectacular and the staff very helpful and friendly. There was entertainment throughout the day and evening and the staff that hosted these were fantastic. Şirin was lovely and brilliant at her job, she was consistently making sure we were having a good time and getting us involved with activities. I’m only disappointed I couldn’t stay longer!

Not a five star hotel. Where do I begin. The rooms were not cleaned every day, no fresh towels. I called down at reception at 7.30am and asked for fresh towels, the receptionist told me there are no fresh towels and when I asked her this is a five star hotel, why don't you have fresh towels? She then told me that she will bring some. Ok, so that means she was too lazy to bring them. I reported her to the management for lying! I had to buy bleach to clean the bathroom, which had mould and a cracked sink (cracks around the entire sink). You could see the general maintenance around the hotel hadn't been done for a few years. The walls were cracking and paint was chipping away. Floors in corridor and the rooms were dirty and also in the dining room. There was dirty dinnerware left in corridors for days. The food was not fresh and not five star quality, no fresh fruit, only apples and oranges. and there were brown in some places, so not fresh at all. The microwave in the dining room was FILTHY (even at the beginning of service). A lot of plates were chipped, (they can't even be bothered to replace plates). The owner has around 6 months out of the year when its their quiet period to deal with these issues but has not bothered to do anything. She has neglected this hotel which has lots of potential . There was a sewage smell throughout the hotel, that a few guests also complained about. As for the gym, I see better gyms in my local parks! The owner needs to either get some investors or close it down. She is ripping people off! Positives - manager was nice, I can't remember his name and Mert from the dining room was lovely, friendly and helpful. Oh yes, and great view.

What a great hotel placed literally beside the beach. The staff here are amazing and are always cleaning... Check in was very smooth and quick. Our cases were taken to.our room. Very snug lift to all floors. Our room was a sea view as requested and the views are beautiful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom has a fitted hairdryer. The shower is probably the most powerful I have used in any hotel. It's not the biggest room we've stayed in, compact shall we say. There's a mini fridge, 2 free small bottles of water every time your room is cleaned, free to use safe, double wardrobe, aircon which you don't have to pay for additionally . Plug socket either side of the beds. I found the mattress hard but my partner didn't. Small balcony but we found it ok. Also a small wall mounted clothes/towel airer. Tv with a couple of english channels. You can have fresh towels and room clean daily if required. We were bed and breakfast and found it good but after a week or so it got a bit same old same old tbh. Poached/fried eggs and omelletes made on request. Free sunloungers and large towels which you collect from reception. Please be aware it's extremely noisy outside due to the bars along the strip where it's situated. The double glazing doesn't appear to stop much noise. Ear plugs are provided by the hotel. To be fair music now has to stop at 1am. One bar exceeded this and was closed down for 3 days. So they're definitely hot on this. It didn't bother us as we usually got in after this time. All in all it's a lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. This hotel was listed in tbe top 10 of all inclusive hotels in Turkey in the times newspaper a few years ago.

We ate here twice, the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed, whether you are staying at the hotel or not. I asked for a few things differently from the menu stated and they accommodated my requirements. Overall the food is delicious 😋, the service is excellent too. Highly recommend eating here if you are in Marmaris. If you want to eat something that doesn't consist of chips/fries and rice, you would definitely find a something to eat at here. What can I say about dessert, personally I gave them 5⭐ after eating the Strawberry Mille-feuille, this is definitely worth having, it was delicious. Worth going to Marmaris just to have this. Whatever you do don't take this of the menu. I noticed the hotel only has guests over the age of 16 years, if you want a nice quiet evening with adults.

I've had a lovely week here, holidays with friends. The food is excellent, great quality and choice. The service from staff is friendly and attentive, they're really eager to please & give you a comfortable holiday. The room's a little small, but it's kept well clean & has a lovely view. We're really pleased to have stayed here and would recommend it.

Can't recommend highly enough. Massively exceeded my expectations, great location, spotlessly clean, rooms have everything you need and fantastic facilities including private beach with complimentary loungers and sun shades and pool/beach towels provided daily. Lovely sized pool and the spa is well worth a visit, we loved our Turkish Hamman treatment - prices way less than you'd pay in the UK. We were bed and breakfast, large choice of fresh food every day, eggs cooked to order and everything you could possibly want. Above all, absolutely fantastic staff throughout who cannot do enough for you. Special thanks to Omer and Arzu who never stopped smiling. Would definitely return.

We LOVED this hotel! Went as a family of three (two adults and a 5 year old) during April Easter Holidays. Weather was all sunny and 21-26 degrees (although week before there had been some rain). We stayed in the Lagoon pool area with the swim up room - best decision we ever made! The Lagoon area has two bars doing cocktails, coffee, milkshakes, soft drinks and sandwiches and cakes. These are exclusive to guests of the Lagoon area. It has a more chilled vibe than elsewhere in the hotel but still family friendly with lots of kids. Only one side of the lagoon pool is heated. The main points are; - 45mins from Dalaman Airport to Hotel - Family friendly - 2 swimming pools - main pool (plus paddling pool and mini slides) and lagoon pool (exclusive to lagoon guests only) - Separate pool with 3 big slides - Aqua splash park - mini pool and medium slides and water guns - Beach with free water sports - Poseidon's bar - beach front bar doing cocktails, Sunset party - Pool-side Bar - The Bar - Afternoon Snack bar - small hot & cold buffet - Main Buffet restautant with play park near outdoor seating area - 3 A La Carte Restaurants (set menus)- Roka Asian food only 16yrs+ - Amptitheatre evening entertainment - excellent! Kids disco every night 8.30-9.30pm followed by further entertainment e.g. Colombian Ballroom Dancers, Acrobats, Turkish Dancers, an Oriental Martial Arts show, white party near the beach, Sunset Party. - Kids Club (running most of the day) - sports (football, basket ball, archery) necklace making, Easter egg painting, pizza making and eating, arts and crafts, hide and seek etc. - Tennis courts, beach volley ball, football pitch, table tennis, games room etc. - Mini-"zoo" with birds, sheep and goats. - Ice cream and savoury crepe hut. The staff were great and the ratio of staff to guests was excellent - no queues (this could be because we went in April when it was less busy). Would 100% recommend for families and definitely will be going again.

This hotel has it all. The kids club is one the kids look forward to, the staff were friendly and the entertainment team were great. You can go visit the animals and grab an ice cream, shoot some hoops or play a game of tennis, jump off the dock diving board or take a yoga class on the beach. A great family vacation. But my highlight was the food. It was easy to make yourself a plate of healthy, fresh, delicious food every meal. Not at all what you'd expect for an all inclusive.

Had a Lagoon Area room on the 1st floor with access to the pool via in sunshine dangerously hot stairs. The Lagoon Area is quite new so nothing to complain about the state of the room. We were staying with 2 adults and 1 4 year old and the room is too small and definitely doesn’t have enough storage space for 3. The double bed is not very comfortable for 2 adults and when you stay with 3 it means you will loose the couch on the room. All together I would say these rooms should not be used for 3 or 4 persons, even if the 3rd and/or 4th person is a child. Balcony is okay but also only space for 2. The Lagoon Area including the pool, sunbeds and bars are supposed to be used only by people who have a room in the area but is quite often used by people not staying here. Normally I don’t care too much but as sunbeds and seats are quite limited this is quite annoying. The hotel should come with a proper solution for this (maybe wristbands for lagoon rooms). The hotel offers several different restaurants including the main buffet restaurant Veranda. Food is tasty and quite is good. This staff is in general very friendly. If you are a beach person this hotel is not the place to be. Even though it is directly on the beach (if you can call it one). I would say this is the area which could use a massive improvement.

The experience in Club Tuana was amazing. However would suggest minor improvement to the restaurant staff who did not ask before removing your plate. At times, even while finishing breakfast and dinner, the staff was rushing to remove the plates. The food counter was cleared before time and constantly there was a fear in mind that food will be removed from the counter before time so we had to rush to eat. The bar and the snack counters were amazing. However for a family of 4, the deluxe rooms appeared small. There were single beds placed which on request were joined but weren't too comfortable in the first two days. But the staff is polite and ready to cooperate and that was the best thing.

Special shout out to the amazing Leyla at the kids club who took such wonderful care of Sage. FYI our only feedback would be to ensure when kids head out for activities that the team carry water for the children.

After refusing first room (staff accommodation), 2nd room ok. Young staff keep trying to rip you off by adding things to your bill, or telling you that you didn't pay for your last meal or drink. Best thing was Cliff the head waiter. He deserved to be in a better hotel.

This is family run and I've been going for the past 6 years approx. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I had a health issue and I was looked after. I love coming here and will keep coming until I get to the point I can't until physically get a carer or anyone to help me. Thankyou all very much. Back from a week staying here. Yes the rooms are basic and dated but it was a cheap holiday and we didn't expect 5* rooms. The location was amazing in old town but not too far from the heart of it all. Lovely grounds, pool lovely, balcony nice and big with stunning 360 views. Food lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if looking for a cheap basic place to rest my head .

This place is a hidden gem Rooms are very basic and older but definitely acceptable. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Pool is spotless and loads of sunbeds at all times. The reception girl goes out of her way for everyone. The nearest restaurant is a family run place with amazing food and vibes. I'd come again for sure. Cheap and cheerful what more could you want.

This place is dirty. The rooms have creepy crawlies. The staircase to our room is dirty and sticky not been cleaned. The air conditioning isn’t working in our room. The fridge doesn’t work so you can’t keep your water cold! No kettle in the rooms and they don’t offer a hire service of a kettle. If you are like me, I like to get up and have a coffee and sit outside I had to go to reception and get a poor coffee from the machine. I would not recommend this place it was truly a mistake coming here. Would never come back!

Don't listen to the bad reviews we paid £430 for 11 days and you get exactly what you pay for. Can't complain about anything and we have been here twice. All the staff are helpful and polite. The pools are well cleaned and the toilets too. Night activities in the bar are great fun with other members of the hotel very easy to make friends and have a great holiday :) best bartenders. Ali. I’ll give an honest review of this hotel. It’s certainly a “get what you pay for” place and would say it’s no more than a two star hotel. When we first arrived we were greeted well and the lady spoke very good English, we were shown to our room which had a double bed and a bunk bed, (I came with my friend) we asked if they had another room to which they did show us one and it was three single beds and dirty so we decided to stay where we were. The rooms are very basic and clean, but has what you need however they are run down. Our room had stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, the mirror had permanent stains which was replaced the next day with a cracked one, the door didn’t lock properly, air con didn’t work nor did the fridge, there was no kettle either. We reported this and the air con was fixed, however the fridge wasn’t after constantly asking for three days. It did get chilly of an evening, so we asked for a thicker blanket or duvet as the ones on the beds are thin (we came in June) we were just given more blankets, after three days we finally got a thicker one. We asked reception to borrow an iron to be told they charge 50 lira per item to be ironed and that we couldn’t borrow one (so iron your clothes before you come) The food, breakfast is ok they have salad, selected fruit, cereal and you can ask for an omelette. I’m not a fussy person but Lunch and dinner are the same everyday even though they say it’s 10 different dishes, No taste and absolutely disgusting (I wouldn’t feed my dog the food here) onion rings that will brake your teeth, chips are cooked like crisp, the meat looks under cooked and covered with oil, Again salad is ok, and the bread is fresh so good to eat. They have a snack time between 3-5 that do burgers that’s probably the best food out of all of it, very average but good enough to eat. They have a shop on site which is good and open till midnight so you can stock up on crisp and drinks if needed. Pool area is good for kids and they have lounges and seating area to sit, evening entertainment is average, it’s mainly Bingo and karaoke, (bingo is £10 per one ticket) be mindful All inclusive stops at 11pm and after that you need to pay. If you need any help of an evening don’t expect to get it as none of the staff speak English and the best way is to speak to the lady with very good English during the day. The Turkish massage is probably the best thing in the hotel the staff are lovely, and the massage is great would recommend. Also you can get a minibus in the morning to Green pine beach which is free and you also don’t have to pay for beds, it’s beautiful there would highly recommended and you also get picked up and taken back to the hotel. I could go on for ages but in a nutshell this place is like faulty towers so don’t have high expectations, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you are looking for a hotel to sleep and shower it’s ideal, but if you’re planning on having pool days and spending a lot of time here with your family I would stay well away. The upside is outside the hotel the area is absolutely beautiful, with many trips and things to see. I would return to this area of Turkey but not this hotel.

4 star hotel is a lot to say, the hotel should not have more than 2 stars with indulgence, employees are very polite but they are put by managers to stress customers with selling bingo tickets and sports betting, I bought this vacation through love holiday I paid for 7 days and 7 nights at all inclusive but I actually only had 6 days and 6 nights, the agency after taking the money is no longer interested in anything, I contacted them to inform them why I did not have 7 days and 7 nights as I paid and they told me that this is it and if I want to change something I have to pay extra, be careful with these LOVE HOLIDAY scammers

We also want to highlight the outstanding service at reception. The gentleman who assisted us (unfortunately didn’t catch his name!) was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He thoughtfully recommended tailored packages, adjusted timing to fit our schedule, and even offered flexible pricing options. His hospitality set the tone for a wonderful visit. We've stayed at the Hilton Dalaman many times and just keep coming back. It's a great hotel with fantastic grounds, good service, and spacious rooms. The food is great, and the staff are always so helpful. We also love the evening shows, which are really high quality. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I really needed to for this one. What truly makes a holiday are the people, and Yana, from the entertainment team, was absolutely excellent. We played French boules every day, and Yama made it such a fun and enjoyable event for my whole family (all three generations!). Thank you!

My family really enjoyed our all-inclusive Easter break here. Good facilities and friendly staff, even though there was a language barrier though. The pools were great. Even though it was still cold (around 15C), we still enjoyed the heated pools and some of the flumes / water slides. Lots of choice for food as you'd expected (from the main buffet dining hall), and the overall quality was decent. A big thank you to the the Entertainment Team - for our special request for APT. at the kid's mini disco, which made a young child very happy. The shows every night were our highlight from the trip.

My review is purely based on my customer service experience with this hotel. The man I talked to on the phone was understanding and helpful. I was referred to their agent - sales and marketing (dealt with online booking.) Big thanks to Mezra. They were professional, efficient, accommodating, and compassionate. The reviews are always helpful to look at food and hotel conditions, but I wanted to highlight that the staff was incredibly kind and helpful to us despite us not setting foot in the hotel. It’s so easy for hotels to be completely transactional, so it was refreshing that they were so nice to us. Big appreciation to your team and we look forward to rescheduling our trip at this facility!

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Daksnan and overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The location is fantastic – right by the sea with easy access to a lovely beach, and surrounded by peaceful, scenic views. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The food was also really good, with a variety of options that were tasty and fresh. The beach area was one of the highlights – clean, well-organized, and perfect for relaxing. Other facilities like the pool, gym, and common areas were up to Hilton standards – comfortable, stylish, and professional. However, I unfortunately have to mention a major issue that affected our stay: the smell coming from the toilet in the room was extremely unpleasant. It wasn’t just a faint odor – it was strong and persistent, to the point where it really impacted our comfort. It smelled like something wasn’t functioning properly in the plumbing or ventilation system. We tried airing out the room, but the smell always came back. For a hotel of this level, this was really disappointing. It’s a shame because everything else was really good. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the surroundings are beautiful. But that one issue – the strong, unpleasant toilet smell – made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. It turned what could have been a perfect holiday into a somewhat uncomfortable one.

Hotel rooms dated but clean. Charges for everything from safe, air con, fridge and kettle. £20 for kettle 😮 Entertainment was brilliant and kids enjoyed themselves. Food and Drinks very expensive. £6 for a small bottle of cider. Breakfast was very basic. If they did all inclusive then we would return as the entertainment was really good.

Love my weeks say. I went with my nan and had no problems was welcomed by all staff and my nan with bad mobility they gave us a reserved seat so then she didn’t walk after to toilet and to the room. Entertainment was great staff got me aged 20 to help them get other other kids up and join in. Staff stayed late as know everyone was having fun.

Stayed here for a week, here are my thoughts.. Firstly the staff are very good. Very helpful with moving luggage and helping around. There are plenty of the around to help. The house keepers are lovely as well so customer service is not something lacking. The room itself is very basic. Not that bothered, it's a holiday, I was outside most of the time anyways. But there was only 1 (2 including the one the TV is plugged into) socket in the entire room and it wasn't even next to the bed. It was in the back part of the room where there is one single bed but luckily we had packed a very long cable so either have very long cables or powerbanks because sockets are lacking. Housekeeping comes everyday and clean but I'm not sure how well. They are lovely ladies but the floor was still always dirty and my feet would constantly get dirt on and we had to ask for our bed sheets to be changed because even after 3 days, they didn't. Also you just get sheets as blanket. I booked a room for a couple but they gave 3 single beds. We joined two of them but the blankets were too small to share so we couldn't which was annoying for my wife and me. I did ask for a thicker and bigger blanket and got one but it still didn't cover the both of us. The pillows are good and mattresses are comfy. Be prepared to pay for everything in your room. The ac, the safe and maybe even the TV because ours didn't have batteries in the remote. It makes no sense. We stayed at a hotel when we came back to the UK for the same night price and we got given top end shampoo, conditioner and body wash for free, one socket at either end of the bed, 3 free bottles of water, fridge, safe, steamer, and an ac and we didn't need to pay extra so says something. Music is played irregularly during the day but you get music from maybe around 7ish till around 11 or 12am so if that is a problem, then avoid staying here. Luckily me and the wife can deal with noise but it is obviously annoying but the hotel is called "Club" Atrium. I would not recommend the breakfast. It was awful. We went the first morning and saw there was very sad looking scrambled eggs, weiner, toast and juices, teas and coffee. I saw it and left as I'd much rather pay for a nicer breakfast. There is a nice cafe around 8 min walk down and another breakfast/bakery place around 12 mins which we would always go to. The location of the hotel is decent. You've got 2 corner shops which are decently priced around the hotel as well as a shawarma place opposite. It's about a 10 to 15 min walk to the main Street where you have lots of shops, blue port (shopping centre), beach and if you walk around 20 mins up that road you get to the marina and castle as well as the bazaar. Overall I would personally not come back to this hotel but if you are into the partying scene then it might be the hotel for you but you can definitely find better.

Staff at this hotel are great, rooms are on the basic side and quite small but clean. Hotel menu prices are quite expensive and there unfortunately is no all inclusive option. Entertainment is 10/10, child friendly ,food is very good too. All In all good hotel but overpriced.

A surprising amount of kids in this hotel, here was me thinking if I avoided the kids holidays I'd be fine. Obviously a lot cheaper for families, can't blame them. But the pool area did resemble a crazy kindergarten who'd all been offered CocaCola and Chocolate earlier that morning. Lots of sunbeds but the typical Brits all out by 7am hogging the best ones, contrary to a polite request not to. Pool, eating and communal areas all tidy and well staffed. Special shout out to all the lovely staff who make this stay a 4* when it really should only be 3.

Just back from an amazing holiday staying at a beautiful mountain top spa resort called the Loryma over looking the friendly village of Turunc with its bustling bars and superb restaurants. The resort staff were absolutely amazing and went over and above for our family. We have booked to stay here again in August. We would recommend it to any one who wants peace and quiet during the day and 5 minutes from the town. A big thank you to management and reception staff 🙂

The room was lovely, but it would have been ideal with multiple air conditioners. Fortunately, the staff's kindness and friendliness made up for any shortcomings. While there was no room service, the nearby shop offered convenient food and drinks. However, for late-night cravings, venturing into town or grabbing instant noodles was necessary. The location was breathtaking, nestled in the mountains, but be aware of the distance from the city center. I indulged in the spa and massage, which were decent but could benefit from some enhancements. The hotel restaurant was exceptional, featuring a delightful buffet that will surely satisfy. Additionally, there are two bars to enjoy: a poolside bar open in the afternoon (my personal favorite) and another one in the evenings. The highlight of my stay, without a doubt, was the staff. Their genuine kindness and hospitality made the experience truly memorable. Also they have kids club that very helpful if you come with family

Fantastic room / suite (225) and views. Lovely place, can't fault it. Courtesy bus up and down from 10am - midday and then later afternoon to 17.30. Would be better if longer because it's a hell of a walk down and I'd say if not impossible then too dangerous after dark. Plenty of taxi's available @ 200 Turkish lira (Less than £5. Sept 2024)

Views are great, facilities are good - nice diversity of food between the buffet restaurant and the gourmet restaurant.... Kids pool is quite useful. Distance to the town is annoying - but great for a peaceful break. SPA could do with a refresh - but personally I enjoyed the exercise pool.

Loved our stay at this hotel. We found the rooms exceptionally clean with stunning views and great amenities. Downside: Although the location appears close on the map, the walk to the center involves a tricky descent. Walking down in the morning is manageable, but it feels unsafe at night, requiring us to rely on taxis. Thank you to the management for creating such a lovely environment🙏🏼

Myself, my wife and my daughter currently have the pleasure of staying at Pasa Bey Hotel in Turkey, and I can confidently say it is an exceptional experience from start to finish. As an all-inclusive resort, it truly delivers on every front – comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere. Firstly, the location is absolutely ideal. Just a short walk from the marina and the Grand Bazaar, you’re perfectly placed to explore the charm and vibrancy of the local area. Whether you're up for shopping, a stroll by the water, or simply soaking up the culture, everything is conveniently close. The food is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Whether you’re craving local Turkish flavours or international options, every meal iss fresh, well-prepared, and plentiful. The all-inclusive setup makes it effortless to relax and enjoy each dining experience without a second thought. What truly sets Pasa Bey apart, though, is the staff. The front of house team were are, professional, and always ready to help with a smile – nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention for maintaining such high standards throughout the hotel; our room is spotless every day and the communal areas are kept immaculate. The bar staff are another highlight. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely engaging, they make the evenings especially enjoyable. Always up for a chat and quick to remember your favourite drink, their service adds a personal touch that makes the experience all the more special. A very special thank you must go to Chico, the incredible entertainment manager. Chico is a true asset to the hotel – full of energy, charm, and creativity. He works tirelessly to ensure guests of all ages were entertained, from poolside games to evening shows. Most impressively, he takes the time to greet every guest personally and makes sure everyone feels included and welcome. His presence truly brings the hotel to life. In summary, Pasa Bey Hotel is a brilliant choice for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Turkey. This is our second time staying here and we are already looking to book for next year – a true testament to how special this hotel is.

We are currently in Turkey and are scared to go back to our room because of our experience last night because 3 staff members came strong armed to our room. They then requested a 4th. Jack sparrow the bar manager was one of them wee are thinking of going home as my partner had a bad experience years ago with Turkish men an years later nothing has changed people please stay clear of this hotel head to greece they alot more friendly. Pasabey Hotel is one of the worse hotels I have stayed in and I have been to several different places and hotels in the past few years.

Very Disappointing – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel This hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4-star rating. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, and far from what you’d expect from a supposedly high-standard hotel. Instead of providing a proper room for four people, the reception added a portable bed, and if you want to sleep on a slightly more comfortable sofa, they ask for extra payment – which is absurd. The food is very basic, even worse than what you’d find in 4-star hotels in Tunisia or even Morocco. Definitely not up to par. What made things worse was the so-called "welcome" from a man trying to sell excursions at prices 3 times higher than what you can easily find online or even at local roadside agencies. It's incredibly frustrating how locals seem to try to scam you at every turn – even something as simple as buying a bag of chips becomes an unpleasant experience. The only people who seemed to care and do their job properly were the waiters – they were kind and professional, and I give them credit for that. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting true 4-star quality.

Staff poorly speaking English towels and covers supposed to be changed every 3 days mine was changed after 4th only because I told that in reception food was not very good every day all the same dishes clearly you can see the meals was made from leftovers from previous meals also amount of alcohol in cocktails was very little and if you ask for double shots of alcohol they can’t do it because managers was keep checking on them Wii-fii was available just very slow and keep disconnecting devices I was asking for plastic tableware for a baby and Cutlery they don’t have all high chairs with out straps I will not recommend that hotel to anyone

Honestly.. we certainly didn't arrive at this hotel. Infant these pictures are of the hotel next door. This hotel is supposed to be all inclusive and it certainly is not!! Meal times are set times, No snacks, no ice creams not much of anything really, especially for the kids. The food is literally chicken cooked in different ways and occasionally burgers and a " fish" dish. Catering seems to be for other guests not English!! Not a fussy eater but I'm glad we're were able to eat out, which in some cases people pay all inclusive and don't have funds to " pay " extra monies. In my opinion this hotel didn't have very high standards, rooms are " cleaned" and say that lightly as our floors were filthy so I cleaned myself!! Bedding and towels are changed if they can be bothered.. TV s in room aren't much use as nothing in English except sky news.. Aircon we were lucky as ours worked comments from others were nothing in there room worked.. Entertainment is literally 10 mins of kids disco then a " show of some kind lasting 30 mins. Only effes on draft, plastic cups, miniature whiskey, vodka gin.. flat mixers!!. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests and the " private" beach as literally 12 sunbeds.. bare in mind in summer this hotel has 700 unlucky residents.. Save your money book else where.. oh and don't expect a reply from " on the beach" or other reps because it just won't happen.. Happy holidays just not at this hotel.

Great looking hotel and great location but will not be returning. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in was very poor and noisey and had stains on the carpet upon arriving. The WiFi was terrible and never worked longer than 1 minute before having to try and log back in. There was no entertainment that was advertised and also the price of the safe was more than advertised. There was a few members of the younger staff who did their best to help and keep guests happy but unfortunately the senior members of the hotel were very abrupt and not welcoming at all. The senior members/managers definitely need to learn more about hospitality. Also the food that was on for the all inclusive guests was just horrible and the same every other day. My partner and I only ate at the hotel a few times in 7 days

Fantastic location. The entertainment is top quality and has something for everyone. The food is great and varied and my girlfriend and I have had a fantastic 5 nights with a welcoming and warm hosts. The staff are friendly and polite without being pushy (which is important for a brit!) We really appreciated the communication they gave us and the helpful nature that they all have. Welcoming, warm and wonderful stay. 5/5 would and will stay again. Adar, Ekrem and Burcu were fabulous and knew I won talent competition!

I would not recommend Lykia Botanika Beach to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The facilities were in very poor condition — the bathroom was dirty and damaged, and shockingly, no shower towels were provided for the first four days of our stay and after that they were changed twice in 6 days(every day we left 5£ tips for the room service). The cleanliness standards overall were appalling. The outside toilets were particularly unbearable; the smell was so strong it made my eyes burn. To make matters worse, the attitude of the management was completely unacceptable. I personally witnessed the manager yelling at guests, calling them “stupid,” and claiming ownership over the beach to justify his behavior. Instead of communicating rules respectfully (e.g., regarding drone use), he resorted to shouting and offensive language. Several staff members even confided in guests about how difficult he is to work with. I understand that he also takes the staff's tips from the box tips... what a miserable person! Sadly, I couldn’t find a single redeeming aspect during my stay. This hotel falls far below any reasonable standard for hospitality. I wouldn’t return, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Highly recommend to the company that owns the hotel to charge the main manager

Good value for money, lots to do for kids with 4 pools! And water Slides and a lovely spa for adults! Kids can go to the spa to! Food and drinks available all day! Breakfast 7.30-10.30am snack bar 12-5pm ( pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, burgers salad, soft drinks) lunch at 12.30-2.30pm dinner 7pm. Best of all kids club has a really friendly staff member Melissa who entertains and keeps the children happy with her lovely nature. Open throughout the day! You can leave your kids here and go off without any worries! I highly recommend this resort!

One of the Best restaurants in Dalaman, Turkey. A lot of attractions near by , don’t miss the Pamakkale and oledeniz beach, para gliding etc. The manager of the restaurant so humble and down to earth person ! All the staffs are very friendly, always smiling on their face and doing their best ! The food is amazing! The chefs are really skilled and variety of food and tasty 😋 100 of varieties of breakfast, lunch and dinner! The snack bar and drinks bar are the best too !!! The locations is like a heaven ! Forest road to the private beach with frogs 🐸 sounds are amazing ! Swing on the beach 🏖️ pier nice feel! So romantic place !!! Never miss this place ! Because the food, the place , the staffs, the drink and the entertainment all are great 👍!!! We will visit you soon 🔜 Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!!

Burakkkk❤️❤️❤️❤️Stayed here for a week. Upon arrival very friendly reception. All luggage taken to my room without being asked. The facilities are great for all ages. Water park and slides for the kids (or childish adults like myself haha). Buffet has plenty of options. Snack bar is great too. All smiling staff and happy to prepare whatever you ask for if it isn’t there. Room was adequate and cleaned every day. Left all my stuff out and nothing gets touched. As you would expect. For what I paid, I would say more than worth the money. 10/10 would recommend!

Great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent. The private beach has all the facilities on offer and the shuttles are available regularly. There are several places to eat on site and the food variety is good. The staff are friendly and well trained . There are plenty of facilities to suit all tastes with little extras thrown in. This was our second stay and plan to return next year.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The staff were very hard working, and I was never without a drink for longer than 5 minutes! We could not fault anything about our recent holiday. The whole resort was spotless. Senior management were always visible and engaging to receive feedback and check if you were having a nice time. More than enough facilities to meet all guests needs. Food choices were excellent. The Secret Beach is a fabulous asset.

Spacious room in a beautiful hotel at in stunning location. However I wasn't keen on having to get a boat to the beach every day. For me, the biggest let down of this hotel was the main buffet restaurant Turquoise. Choice was limited and to be honest no that great. I would expect much better quality food from a 5* hotel. It really wasn't good. For this reason, I would not recommend or return.

The staff on reception and the cleaner are really nice people, if I could I would give them 5*.... but unfortunately, the hotel is in need of an update. The sheets had holes in them, and the sockets were wobbly. I'm surprised we never got electrocuted. The shower curtain was stained, and there was no kettle no oven, only a hotplate, which was fine as we didn't cook. No iron, either. If you wanted to sit on the balcony, you had to take chairs out. Should point out you have to pay for the remote to work the air-conditioning. Might of worked out to be around an extra £9 per day. Even some of the parasols and loungers by the pool needed changing. If they kept up with the upkeep this hotel would be ideal as it's close to the main street for the shops where you can also get the bus to Icmeler or the marina for 30TRY per person and not far from the beach and pubs

We stayed here for 10 days from the 29th of August with two family members in separate rooms. It's in a great location and the balcony was a good size but that where it stops. The room was very dated, the air conditioning unit looked like it would never work as it was ancient, plus you had to pay for it. The kitchen facilities we didn't use because again they were very dated and didn't look that clean. The shower rail fell off after a couple of days and the sink was very wobbly. We never went in the bar as it was always full of drunk people all day. The pool area and kids area was a death trap. I would recommend goin somewhere else. The cleaner was good though as she did our room most days.

Well what can I say we stayed here on the 29 august and wow I couldn’t believe my eyes how’s this place is still open is beyond me I would strongly advice no one to stay here it’s dirty and unsafe! You get threatened and called a idiot by the owners and then they threaten you with the police if you make a complaint this place ruined my first two days my holiday we got thrown out on day two with two children and 3 adults and had to pay 347 extra to be put somewhere nice I also went and took photos of other peoples rooms before I left the children play area is a death trap I was stuck in an attic room in 40 degree heat honestly avoid !!!!! Also at night time the corridor lights sometimes don’t work and I actually fell over and hurt my knee but the owner did not care the place is just a ticking time bomb waiting for a serious accident

Our first time staying here and visiting Marmaris. Everyone are so welcoming and friendly always polite nothings ever too much. Rooms cleaned often fresh bedding and towels. Supermarket on site lovely eating area and quiet pool area. Will definitely return. Close to all all shops, shopping strip and beaches with many taxi available. Thanks the Lamb/Wilson Family

Holiday ruined because of a rude staff member. Our holiday was unfortunately overshadowed by the extremely unprofessional behaviour of a staff member named Maria Babalik, who severely impacted our stay. My friend and I arrived late in the evening and were checked into our room without issue. However, the following morning, when we went to the reception area to request the Wi-Fi password, we were approached by a woman who identified herself as the "manager." She informed us that there was a problem with our booking, claiming that the company we used to book our stay had gone bankrupt. She insisted that we pay the full amount of our stay immediately or we would be left without accommodation. This was both shocking and distressing. When we asked to speak to someone more senior, she walked away momentarily and then returned, stating that there was no one above her to speak to. She refused to provide her name when asked. Other guests nearby were apparently in the same situation and mentioned that they had chosen to pay. However, this contradicted our experience, as our family members had arrived two days earlier, booked through the same website, and faced no issues with their reservation. This inconsistency raised serious concerns for us. Furthermore, the timelines she gave us kept changing from needing to pay "immediately," to being given "24 hours," and finally "48 hours." She began raising her voice, threatening us, and creating a scene in a public guest area while not wearing any staff uniform. Several other guests witnessed her shouting at us, which made the situation even more humiliating. We then approached reception directly and spoke with the owner, who confirmed that if the booking company had gone into liquidation, the matter would not affect our stay, as the funds had already been credited from our bank account. He assured us that we could remain for the duration of our booking. Throughout our stay, we observed Maria Babalik behaving rudely toward other guests as well. On one occasion, she told an elderly couple to get out of their seats, claiming it was “her chair.” On the day before our departure, she asked if it was our last day, and upon our reply that we were leaving the next day, she responded with, “Thank God.” To our disbelief, we later discovered that she was a “guest relations” personnel , which made her behaviour all the more unacceptable. On a positive note, the hotel is well-located close to the beach and city center. The food and drink was different everyday with many options to choose from. The rest of the staff were welcoming and polite, greeting us every day. This review serves as a warning to future guests to be cautious and aware of this particular staff member. We were fortunate not to have paid the additional amount she demanded as other guests were not so lucky.

You are not allowed to bring drinks into the pool. but have we seen family two days in a row. who do it. and the hotel master said so to them today. the man went up. and picked up another round and went down again! a pool is a pool! then they must sit up. there are more children in the area! now we have to see if we want to come again! we come from Denmark!

It was basic. You get what you pay for. It was clean enough in the room but cleaned the bathroom before use (hairs). The food was very samey so ate out a few times. But the pool was clean with a good atmosphere. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want, eg beach and bazaar. Ask for a room with a pool view!!

Went to this hotel in 2023 and it was one of our best holidays so we booked to go back in2024, we asked for a pool view in block A and we got a road view with a cockeral making noise all night, the room were not cleaned for 6 days after complaining everyday it was finally cleaned on day , we had to ask for toilet rolls and towels on several occasions. The food was barely warm so we had to eat out majority of the time, the entertainment was poor and the staff at reception could barely speak English. I WONT BE GOING BACK

Not great, the staff were lovely though. I feel sad for them as they are all losing their jobs as the hotel has been sold to the Turkish government, apparently as college accommodation. The food was very British, I guess I was expecting much more...I wouldn't recommend going through a travel agen or company like easyJet etc if you wanted an "authentic" experience. By the end of our one week there, it felt like "groundhog day". Same music, all day, repeated entertainment with the same songs, same food, limited alcoholic selection. I was glad to get away, felt sick of it all on the final day. They never replenished our toilet paper apart from two days, so we had to go to reception to get some, which was not a problem, I'm not lazy but it shouldn't have been this way. The staff also entered our room whilst we were at the pool one day, not to clean, but to take our balcony chairs so we came back to an empty space. We were on our way to reception to ask why and bumped onto a near neighbour who said the same thing happened to them and weree told by staff that the place was being sold so they were taking things to sell (I actually saw them load it on a truck over the wall!). All I can say, is that I was happy to have a bed until the end of my holiday, even though it was broken and wonky. I commend the staff on their excellence and professionalism right up until the end. Cian (pronounced Yan) was lovely and always went the extra mile for us.

If you looking for a place to stay this is your stop. The entertainment for kids is fantastic the staff are absolutely gorgeous and the food is to die for. The hotel is tucked in Between some mountains which makes it private but the downside is it a 20 minute walk from Içmeler or a 5 minute bus trip I have been here multiple times and never left feeling disappointed

Stayed here in September and had a brilliant time. Our first time visiting Turkey but not our last. Rooms were large and spacious, cleaned daily, food was varied and plenty of choice available. A bus regularly left from front of hotel to icmeler, the people were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment was exactly what you would expect. A very good experience and will definitely be back next year.

Waited for 1 hour for checking in. Then we had to wait another two hours for the beds to be made when they told us 20 minutes. There were 2 power cuts. There was air conditioning in one room only. It was too hot everywhere around the Hotel including The first bedroom. Folding beds were the worst quality. .ever.
