we had a great experience for the price we paid - £220 for a week all inclusive. the food was tasty although very similar each night, and the beer/alcohol did the job, so you can’t complain at that price.
but from talking to other guests the rooms really differ massively and we were in the newest block so our room was quite nice. they did provide clean towels and do a bin change once a day for us - although a few times only giving us two towels when there were three of us.
some things weren’t great overall though - the cleaning processes at the bar and in the restaurant were minimal. not once did we see a glass be washed in a dishwasher, they would just collect them up, rinse under the tap and then pour your drink. you have to hope that a more thorough clean was done when you weren’t looking but i wouldn’t be surprised if not. they also didn’t spray or wipe any of the restaurant tables, just brush crumbs off and relay with cutlery.
pools were pretty cloudy and didn’t look clean, but i did smell the chlorine in them which was reassuring.
spa attached to the hotel was great and well priced.
overall, an acceptably good holiday if you’re only paying a small price!

Oh dear, what a dump, no1, I am disabled, they stuck us on the fourth floor, we found out later the lift has a long history of breaking down, which of course it did, repeatedly, we got home and put a complaint in, to be told, we were liars as we hadn't taken pictures of the out of order signs at the time, the fact that there were no signs was irrelevant to the management, no2 My partners pillow had a disgusting mark on it, apparently she did that as well, as we didn't report it immediately, the food was ALWAYS cold to Luke warm at best, not much choice unless you like meat balls every meal, there was so much wrong about this dump I could write for an hour and still not cover it all, from the "non" English speaking receptionists, "unless it suited them" to the water being carried from a hose in the pool area in one use, used water bousers to refill the squash machines in the so called restaurant, where the head "chef" old bloke wandering around picking food up from the serving tables and sticking it back on the serving trays with his hands that he had just finished having a smoke outside without washing his hands, I could go on but I'd probably be called a liar again, do yourselves a favour, go elsewhere, anywhere it has to be better than here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! the staff are rude and inconsiderate, the food is terrible and repeated every day, the rooms are dirty, uncleaned and towels and toilet roll are not replaced. we stayed here for a week and not once was our room cleaned, even when we requested it. on one occasion when a staff member damaged our belongings, he pretended to not speak english and laughed in our face when we complained to him (i had spoken english with him many times before), when we complained further at reception, there was no compensation or apology. we had to collect our own clean towels and toilet roll as we ran out, our bins were never changed so rubbish collected in the room and smelt bad. the wifi is terrible, the pool is dirty and over chlorinated and the drinks/ water machines broke on several occasions meaning we did not have access to drinking water when by the pool. i would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!!! the worst place i have ever stayed in in my life. we stayed in the adults only section yet it was filled with families and children and the staff did nothing to rectify this! a joke of a hotel. the fire alarm and electronics were hanging out of the wall which created serious healthy and safety hazards too!!

My second stay here and planning another one in 2023. The location is a good compromise, much quieter than the hotels on the boardwalk with parties till 1 AM but still close to the beach and the marina. The kids love the pool and the staff is welcoming. They must have high quality food vendors because meat and veggie dishes taste heavenly every time. Soups are not my thing but kids love them. The cleaning is done regularly and so far had nothing to complain about. Will come again.

Ok if your not expecting luxury and fine dining breakfast ok lunch and dinner quite repetitive and limited but always found something to eat the adult pool area is nice and location is good with beach and bars nearby
