If I could give zero stars I would.
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. So much so, we left and flew home after one night instead of staying for the 8 nights we’d booked.
There was a distinct smell of sewage nearly everywhere on site. The place was filthy, hairs in the bed, black mould in the shower, filthy fridges, dirty pool area. Deck chairs are all wooden, broken and covered in rust.
The staff were terrible, smoking while preparing our drinks and being incredibly pushy and creepy with us. Our bathroom mirror was broken and taped up. The food was genuinely revolting. I’m a vegetarian, there were extremely few options for me. And my friends who eat meat were both violently ill after eating there. Food left out with no heat under them for hours with flies everywhere.
It’s also incredibly isolated and not near anything so we couldn’t even get out and about to try and enjoy our holiday despite the state of the hotel.

Firstly, the transfers were fine, we got to our hotel which firstly does not look like the pictures, the grass is dead and the area around the entrance and the pool looks like an industrial site with stacked broken furniture and rubbish bags (which remained there throughout our time there).
We check in perfectly fine and head to the room on top floor (5th floor), the elevators are dated, small and the control panels are held together with Sellotape and the doors would often get stuck or slowly open. It became obvious that the rooms, lifts, and hotel after leaving the reception area are dated and run down.
For a small double room, we had a fridge under the desk but 2 desk chairs that did not fit next to the fridge. We moved the chairs and a large coffee table into the lobby of the 5th floor as it was a tight squeeze in the room. There was a kettle (which was on the blink), a television and 2 broken safes in the wardrobe.
The Wi-Fi, my lord, the Wi-Fi was non-existent anywhere in the hotel, you might get the odd signal in reception but otherwise nothing.
The sheets were dirty most days or ripped, the air con was temperamental and worked on its own accord. The wardrobe was small and smelt fusty and then we had 3 hangers between 2 people staying for a week. The spare pillows were stained which we did not use.
Some of the windows in the corridors were screwed shut, when looking around the hotel, the 6th floor has smashed doors that had previously been bolted shut that looked like they led to the roof and fire escapes.
The balcony was tiny and overpopulated with chairs and the stains on the furniture were covered up by the cleaners as they just attempted to put the phone or the room brochures over these holes or stains. The bed frame and mattress were stained and looked filthy and old.
It was not shortly after arriving we started getting bit by something repeatedly (even with the door net being closed the whole time), after one day and numerous bites later we requested the hotel to do a deep clean of the room or move us to a different room. The cleaners evidently DID NOT do a deep clean as they just changed the sheets and left the seeds and tissue under the bed that was there prior to us entering the room.
With the bites getting more frequent, we had to ask the staff to change the beach/lounge towels that were different to the usual bathroom towels but on 2 occasions the staff did not have any lounge towels available, so we had to hand wash our towels ourselves to make them last longer or till the next laundry delivery.
The shower was temperamental and would either stop running or hot water would only work at certain points in the day, which is not what you want when you're about to go out to eat and you've been at the pool/beach all day. The water from the shower and taps is salty and like I've stated before about the rooms and hotel, the bathrooms need a lot of work doing to them as they were put together by a prayer and a hot glue gun, wall panels hanging off and loads of damp and mould in areas of the bathroom.
There was no hammocks or outdoor dining like it says on the website. The sun loungers need replacing as they were falling apart, and the staff kept taking the cushions for the loungers away.
Multiple people including myself became poorly on holiday, the numerous people who were in the pool unfortunately got ear infections or started to have skin issues, this might be due to the pool not being cleaned properly but it was the same people who were spending more time in the pool that became poorly.
(not relevant to the hotel but if you do need medical advice like i did, there is a pharmacy in the strip and a doctors opposite the pharmacy which the pharmacist will sort for you and translate all conversations).
Don't be fooled, the hotel looks pretty in pictures and I'm one of them people who say, "You've got to make your own mind up when it comes to these things, can't always go off reviews", however this hotel is not conveyed the way it is on the website or in the advert from on the beach.

The wonderful waiting staff made the holiday, most of them couldn’t do enough for you, especially Sinan.
The hotel is described as adult only but there were children in the restaurant and on the private beach and at the end of the holiday, even a baby.
The shop, indoor pool, gym, and entertainment were non existent.
Some of the music played loudly around the pool was pretty disgusting and not at all suitable for the clientele.
Great location, with a shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the beach.

Had a week here great location and great service.
Food was good and always a choice of items.
Sanin couldn't do enough for us each meal time.
Shuttle bus down to the beach and beach bar serving snacks at lunch.
Can't wait to go back next year.
