Wifi is terrible. Basically there is no wifi at the hotel. Racked up a large phone bill due to needing to be in touch with family back home.
The hotel would be challenging for people who struggle with mobility or young families unless you get a hotel room that’s near the pool as it is incredibly steep.
Good selection of food & drinks - we found the waiters at breakfast to be pretty attentive.
Hotel rooms are nice & modern but on the small side. We had a young baby so it was a tight squeeze with our little one & two adults. We had to live out our suitcases.
Ten minute taxi ride to Oludeniz. Taxis come super quick so we never had to wait around.
The shower in the rooms are powerful & the water is nice & hot. Need TLC.
The hotel looks abit tired in parts. There is a play room for children but doesn’t contain much toys.
We done the Turkish Spa + massage in the hotel & I would highly recommend. It was such an experience & well worth its money. We got a discount too.
The hotel was not a five star hotel. Maybe in the past but certainly not anymore.

My wife and I booked a long overdue holiday to Turkey, Ölüdeniz visiting the country for the first time. We went all inclusive to have the benefits of free food and drink.
We had a great time at the hotel, but we do feel it was geared more towards family then it was couples like ourselves. There was some good shows in the night time but quite often it felt like there was more children's activities then what their was for adults.
It's location has both strong and weak points, being only minutes away from several strongly recommended activities as well as on the door step of Ölüdeniz beach. However, it feels necessary to use a taxi to reach any location given the roads are not safe to walk upon. The taxi service is reasonably cheap, but continued use of them does begin to pile up on expenses.
Drinks wise, the selection was decent enough for All inclusive, featuring some well known favourites. Though the more premium drinks and cocktails that are available have to be paid for.
Food within the restaurant was probably one of the weaker features of the Hotel. The buffet was alright but often some of it could be a little colder than desired. There was plenty of options available, and some changes between the days with dishes, but little of the food really impressed save for two dedicated stations were the cooks made fresh dishes.
That said, we spent one night in one of the featured restaurants which you have to book 24 hours in advance for. We went to the Chinese restaurant which was actually fantastic and perhaps the best food we had on the holiday. We were able to eat free there as we had booked more than 7 days for our holiday, but it does cost to eat there normally. It is really worth it.
The room was fantastic, though we were very fortunate to get a free upgrade upon arrival (we were told we were lucky but we suspect because there was a little misfortune upon our arrival in the airport after getting left behind, but the hotel can not be blamed for that). The bed was large and comfortable, air conditioning was always available and two pools were easily reachable, one directly from our room in the back and one in the front with a bar. The only trouble was how far it was and how little facilities were available to reach it. There is a single lift besides 183 stairs upwards that only carries four people at max. Other than the venture to reach our room, we cannot really fault it save for a few noisy neighbours, but the hotel cannot be blamed for that.
I think the greatest highlight of the hotel is the service. Every member of staff we encountered were fantastic and faultless. I must mention the staff member Ahmet who was stationed for a few days at the pool bar by our room, he helped us decide drinks and even kindly brought some over for us whilst we sunbathed by the pool. All the staff were exceptional but I do feel the need to mention this individual. Tip boxes are frequently spotted around the hotel in relation to services, which seems to be the culture in Turkey to tip.
Another significant plus was free access to the water park. It is not the biggest you will find, but what slides are there were fantastic, and it made for a great day. Me and my wife had great joy sliding down together on rubber rafts before being hurled off into water on impact. For families or couples it makes for a good fun day, and the prices for food was reasonable too, making it a pretty cheap day.
Overall our experience was great, and I would recommend it for families certainly, though I do feel for couples it might not be a first choice hotel, but still worth your time.

The staff were lovely and worked so hard! But unfortunately the food, alcohol (without alcohol) and hotel layout leave so much to be desired. This is not a 5 star hotel but rather a 3/4 star that lacks all those little touches required to truly make a hotel stand out. But again, amazing staff and entertainment team was lovely. Otherwise, small rooms, hard beds, stairs and stairs and stairs (not super buggy friendly) and really bad food/drinks.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at and I don’t know how they got a 5 star rating.
Everyday in the lobby there was people complaining at reception about the rooms. Some rooms smelt like sewage and the beds are like sleeping on the floor.
One of our partys room even had an ant infestation that they did nothing about. There’s like 500 steps up to the rooms if your on a higher floor, it’s ridiculous that they don’t show this and has 1 escalator/cable car thing that takes you up and down but it’s never available.
Our toilet seat had stains from excrement and hair all over the shower, and they lied saying it was cleaned
You can’t have fresh air in the room as the AC switches off if the balcony door is open. The rooms are unbearably hot at times as we were on a basement floor. We had a total of 10 rooms as a family and every single one was bad so we weren’t just unlucky.
The staff are rude and never want to help and laugh instead.
They don’t clean the rooms daily, they make the bed and leave, we tested it one day By leaving items around to chuck away and they weren’t moved.
They don’t show their actual rooms in the photos. The photos uploaded and a lot of the reviews are fake.
Someone needs to do something about it as it’s a literal scam.

Just came back from our 10 day holiday with my 2 children and it's one of the best holidays we have had. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful, my 2 children loved the entertainer team they went above and beyond for my 2 and they joined in in all the activities and had a laugh. Big shout out to entertainment men who everyday came and chatted to us.
The waterpark was brilliant we enjoyed it, we went out alot to both towns and enjoyed the evenings there.
Overall a great holiday would definitely go back.
