Location – 4.5/5
The hotel is conveniently located near the sea front, with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Marmaris is a 30-minute walk or a 30-lira bus ride. The sea view, with mountains and islands, is beautiful.
Hotel – 4.5/5
The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a shop, spa, gym, indoor pool, a la carte restaurant, games room, on-site doctor, indoor coffee area, snack bar, main dining hall, and a beautiful outdoor pool. The spa services, especially reflexology, were impressive. The shop was well-stocked with useful items. However, the sunbeds were uncomfortable due to worn-out mesh.
Room – 2/5
The room (115) was spacious and well-equipped with a comfy bed, safe, and a restocked fridge. However, the thin walls and location at the top of a stairwell made it extremely noisy. Night disturbances were frequent, making sleep almost impossible until the early hours. Staff did not manage the noise effectively.
Cleanliness – 5/5
The hotel was spotless, with diligent and friendly cleaning staff. The hotel's cleanliness was maintained to a high standard, with staff frequently picking up dropped items.
Service Staff – 5/5
Service was generally excellent. In the main dining hall, Cihan was outstanding, and Mirza at the outdoor bar was friendly and efficient. Ibrahim, although very organized, could improve by smiling more to set a better example for other staff.
Food – 3.5/5
The food quality in the main dining hall varied, with some dishes being excellent (e.g., Mexican night, chicken curry) and others disappointing (e.g., lasagne). The snack bar offered simple, tasty food. The a la carte restaurant was fully booked, but it appeared inviting.
Entertainment Staff – 5/5
The entertainment staff, including Kadir, Nida, Iso, and Yasmin, were personable and engaging. Kadir and Nida stood out for their extra efforts to make guests feel welcome and entertained.
Entertainment Schedule – 2/5
The daily activity schedule was lacking. There were few activities compared to other Turkish hotels, and staff could have been better utilized. Sundays were particularly dull, and more variety, especially for teenagers, would be beneficial. Pool games were notably absent.
Evening Entertainment – 2.5/5
Evening entertainment was generally poor. Karaoke night was fun, and the B-boy and Michael Jackson nights were decent. However, live music and other performances were subpar, with the magician night being especially disappointing despite the cool snakes.

Omg wow, great food and lovely staff. The weather was very hot the week we was there but we always had plenty of water and juice in the room fridge. The bonus was air conditioning in rooms plus beds was so comfortable too. Would love to go back

Location is great, first time staying in this hotel and been going marmaris for over 12 years, wouldn't rate it 5* , no entertainment for kids around the pool, fighting for sunbeds everyday as people are putting towels down from 12am, the lifts are ridiculously slow so if you have a pram/wheelchair it's not ideal, hot drinks served 24hour but won't provide milk for tea in the lobby, no kettles provided in the rooms. Wouldn't stay here again

Absolutely loved Marmaris but will not return to ideal premium hotel. Thought the staff were very unapproachable, no chat or getting to know you. Maybe chit chat isn’t for everyone but even the miserable look on all of the staffs faces was very off putting from the moment we walked in the men on the check in desk appeared to hate their life’s, staff at dinner time including waiting staff and chefs and especially the pool bar men all appeared very unhappy in their role and not accommodating at all. The “night club” is not all inclusive only sex on the beach or blue lagoon cocktail and effes beer and despite stating it’s open until 3am it was closed most nights by 1:30 meaning that even if you woke up in the middle of the night and wanted a fizzy drink etc you would have to wait until the morning. No other options. Tried to pour me a pint half foam and I said I’m not taking that and she was reluctant to pour me another one even though we are all inclusive??? Only Wine beer or soft drink with your dinner and even requesting ice in your Pepsi is met with dirty looks and seems inconvenient. The white Wine is disgusting, never served cold. Food was very hit or miss and we found ourselves eating out at least twice a day because the food in the hotel was often cold at breakfast and lunch time. The outside waffle station was advertised as all day lunch for kids but they were very stale most days with the same waffles being left out from 12-4 without being changed. Dinner was alright most nights especially the outside part with the baked potato stand. The entertainment was just okay, pool and dart tournaments on most days but the evening entertainment was pathetic. “Michael Jackson” night lasted about 3 songs and then there was nothing on afterwards. Maybe if you are going with kids the hotel is okay but I would say they would even struggle to find something to eat, chips or spaghetti in the kids section every night. Also you can only get snacks like ice cream with dinner which I was disappointed by because sitting in the sun beside the pool all you want is ice cream. There is a shop on site selling ice lollies and crisps but I feel this defeated the purpose of all inclusive. On our last day we checked out at 12 and had to wait until 7 for our transfer. There was a room available to store our luggage and we had asked if there was a shower we could use before leaving the hotel. They let us use a room beside the spa with a shower, toilet and changing room in it but we were interrupted multiple times with knocking on the door and when we asked who was there there was no response which I felt was unsettling especially as we were showering.
Despite this the rooms were very clean and the maids did not interrupt if you did not hit the make up room button. The hotel was decorated very nicely and was overall very clean. We also had a Turkish bath in the hotel for £45 each and it lasted about 2 hours. We felt it was a really nice experience but it is definitely not a hotel for couples or adults in general. The sour unhelpful staff would put me off even booking a different hotel in Marmaris out of fear of the same treatment. But all the people we met outside the hotel including shop keepers and bar staff really make the holiday an amazing experience, particularly in Ohanas bar along the beach.

It's a decent hotel, food is a bit samey or was for us but we went April just before the season started fully. Staff are great, rooms are OK but 1 key card so you can only charge your tech when you are in the room which is slightly annoying. Location is great.
