Let me save you the time, money, and sanity: do NOT stay at this hotel. I’m honestly convinced the good reviews are either fake or written under duress.
First off, the rooms. They look nothing like the pictures online.
Second, the so-called “all-inclusive” deal. No cocktails. Apparently, their version of “all-inclusive” includes warm beer and soda from a dusty machine.
Now let’s talk about the staff. Rude doesn’t even begin to cover it. They treat guests like we’re ruining their day by showing up.
But the crown jewel of this disaster is Chef Angelo. There are no words on the vocabulary to describe how he treated me and my friend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Staying at Hotel Mediterraneo was like a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff are rude and utterly unhelpful. No smiles, no greetings – just cold stares, like we were bothering them by just existing.
But nothing could prepare us for the horror that is the restaurant – specifically the chef of the restaurant: Angelo. I don’t know what qualifications he has, but based on his revolting attitude, I assume he has no manners and he should be fired. Not only was the food bad, but Angelo constantly made rude remarks. He even shouted at us one evening just because he didn’t like the pink summer dress one of us was wearing. Yes, really – he yelled across the restaurant about it like we were in his personal house and he could just say whatever he wants, when we were literally paying to stay in that hotel.
The food? Cold, greasy, and barely edible. The service? Nonexistent.
Do yourself a favor: stay literally anywhere else —just don’t subject yourself to the hellhole that is Hotel Mediterraneo. And if you do go? Avoid Angelo like your vacation depends on it. Because it does.
Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was a complete disaster. The staff were shockingly rude from the start, acting like they couldn’t be bothered with anything. But the worst part by far was the so-called chef, Angelo, at the hotel restaurant.

You have a lot of options on the buffet, the food is very nice and tasty.

Amazing hotel in hersonisson, nice location and great view. Warm hospitality decent behaviour of staff . Cleaning and other services are really nice and food served is delicious.
I was there with my best friends we had a great time and we already booked for august in this hotel.

We just came home after a week stayed at this hotel it looked all those photos nice at the website but unfortunately are not like that at all !!
This is not a 4 star hotel!!
All those facilities has I can say it’s highest 2 stars ! I have stayed in 5* 4 * 3* hotels , but this hotel way below 3 stars !
❌ one of our room had cockroaches 🪳 and spiders 🕷️ my boys couldn’t sleep the first night and next day has changed but still wasn’t wasn’t good enough I think that’s why the cleaners keep coming and cleaning every day as they aware of them!!! Not good specially for who aren’t like spiders because theirs is so many of them!!!
No kettle in the room
No internet in the room
Tv working only for 6 channels which boring boring!
No fan an activity for children staff are quite rude
Pools are freezing cold and salty water!
But in general we did enjoy as we not stayed in mostly keep going out beach was nice and children’s are like playing snookers … again you have to pay for them which not ideal
Please please avoid this place and trust all those negative reviews!
