I will start with the cons's. There are pro's just bear with me. For the first 3 days there was no hot water for showering. The weather was bad, it was raining and cold, so having to shower with cold water for a family with children was terrible. After complaints and being told it would be fixed, the water improved to luke warm, and didn't improve to my liking till we checked out. The decor in the rooms is old and dated. And there was some dust in room (there had been a dust storm the day prior to our arrival, which also dirtied the pool) The all inclusive drink options were the cheapest quality.
On the plus side, the all inclusive food was tasty, pleasant and varied, but it lacked bold flavours and that wow taste factor.
The staff were exceptional: Mario at the front desk, Mariana at the bar and Giasemi at the Spa were lovely and helpful. The spa is a great touch and I enjoyed my treatment, there are options for kids spa too. The entertainment could be improved but we enjoyed karaoke night and we enjoyed use of cards, tennis rackets and once the weather improved the kids swam in the pool. The location is close to the beach and a museum across the road. For bars/restaurants you will need to go further afield however.

Not a 4star hotel. Rooms are basic but fine, clean, shower could be better and curtain mouldy but cleaners around every day and did a good job. Food cant complain about good choices, coffee a bit weak and tiny cups, all inclusive drinks a bit poor and cheap. Location a bit far too but if you dont mind a 30min walk to main area then no issues. Lovely area for the sun and sea and pools

When arriving at the hotel, we weren’t even shown to our room. The hotel is huge and they told the security guard to show us to our room. He walked us outside and then pointed up into a certain building - which he ended up directing us to the second floor, when our room was actually on the third floor. There is no help with pulling up your luggage, despite gender or age.
We went down to the “all inclusive bar” where the drinks are an extortionate price - a single cocktail can be around €11/€12 and they’re in the smallest plastic cups! The water that we ordered was discoloured into yellow, and a single sip made one of us throw up. The bartenders are lovely but are very, very pushy when it comes to trying to leave - they want you to stay and drink more.
When we got into our room, the air conditioning didn’t work and it was so stuffy - reception didn’t seem to take this into consideration. Our balcony door does not lock and is so easily openable. The curtains have massive stains on them, whether they’re marking or mould is unknown and the towels provided had stains too. They provide very little toilet roll for the number of people in a room - 4 people in our room and we got 2 rolls!! The hot water in the rooms doesn’t work after a certain time which leaves you limited to when you can shower. The shower flooring isn’t very supported so every shower left the toilet and floor soaking wet - an extreme hazard. The walls are extremely thin which means you can hear everything that the people around you are doing. When we got bottled water for the fridge just to brush our teeth and have a drink, the fridge was warm. We put our drinks in the fridge and the next day they were like warm. There’s locks on the bathroom door and shared bedroom door that require a certain key to lock them, in which is not provided when you check in. The bedrooms have no plug sockets in which we’ve had to unplug the tv to simply just charge our phones. One of the lights in the main room doesn’t work, and the working one is hanging off of the wall.
The cleaning staff do a good job, except they have no sense for privacy. If you do not open your door quick enough once they’ve knocked, they’ll just walk in - regardless of whether you’re asleep or not. One of the cleaners knocked and when i said we just needed 10/15 minutes to get dressed as there is three boys and one girl in our room, she said she “didn’t have time” and was leaving.
The all inclusive buffet was more like school food, where it was the same thing almost every night and was very limited. They have at most 4 stations where you can get food, all in which run out very quickly. The seating for the meals is terrible too, multiple times we’ve had to grab extra chairs or stand up at our tables to eat. The food is bland, tasteless and sometimes even uncooked. There isn’t even a kids section for food!!
The location of the hotel isn’t much of an issue, except it is not what you see online. It’s right in front of a main road so no matter the hour, you can hear loud quad bikes and motorbikes driving past & to get to the beach, you have to walk under a tunnel that’s not even 5” tall.

An okay hotel if they were classified as 1-2 stars.
Dirty towels and bedding in the rooms.
Restaurant manager rude and arrogant.
Other staff very nice. All inclusive is only valid for a limited time and not everything that is included.
The snack bar is very high quality for a snack bar.
The pool areas are completely okay, but a few broken sun loungers.
The children's pools and pool bar were closed despite the sun and nice weather and a lot of guests even though they were supposed to be open, just because the staff didn't feel like working.
