We are very satisfied with the hotel, food, service, cleanliness. The food in the hotel is varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is especially good for families with children because it has a large pool. We enjoyed our stay here for 10 days.

The hotel is really good for its price and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They brought my baggage to the 3rd floor.
The all inclusive service is also good , you can grab something to eat or drink at any time during the day (23;00 o'clock).
The food is delicious, I only miss the seafood.
The rooms are being cleaned every day.
The negative side is that the pool does not offer many lounges and are always occupied by towels without really people sitting on them.
The hotel is near the beach with beach bars.( 5 minutes walking, cause the nearest beach is for the next hotel).

The food is awful and its very similar every day. Food is very bland and kind of tasteless. The breakfast is decent. Beverages are water with color. Air conditioning is really old and it takes too much time to get room cold. After few days it started leaking. Except the staff everything is bad. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is okay. Its clean but outdated. Connection to the center is good and near the beach. Realistically this hotel is 3 star.

There was a school trip planned weeks before we entered the room and the hotel knew that a big group of kids would visit. At the beginning we had to carry our bags by our selves until the 2nd floor because the elevator was not working.Secondly the card keys of the rooms were not updated and we had to stay locked outside until they came and fixed it. There was a variety of food, but unfortunately not much of it was actually enjoyable . Some of the air conditioners were not working properly and the room we gad to stay in was too small for three people. On the other side the staff was really helpful and polite.

I’m giving this hotel 2 stars strictly out of respect for the staff, who were absolutely amazing. From the reception to the cleaning team, the pool attendants, and the restaurant staff—everyone did their job flawlessly and with kindness.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The real issue lies with the owner/investor, who appears to have invested absolutely nothing in this hotel since around 2001. The air conditioning unit in my room must be over 20 years old, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the early 2000s. The shower fixture was honestly something I haven’t seen since the communist era—completely outdated and barely functional.
But the worst part by far was the food. While the buffet was incredibly diverse, the quality was extremely poor. All three daily meals were made from low-grade ingredients. The ketchup was clearly watered down, and the fish served was pangasius—seriously? I'm in Crete, surrounded by fresh Mediterranean seafood, and you serve me canal fish from Vietnam?
I’d rather have two simple but tasty dishes than 100 bland or inedible ones. And no, taste is not purely subjective—there are plenty of reviews from previous years pointing out the exact same issues with the food.
I will definitely come back to Crete, because the people and nature here are fantastic. But I will never stay at this hotel again. It’s a shame, because the staff deserve better than this.
