Lovely Place! We were here as a couple on a 7-night holiday. The apartments are spacious and clean. Fresh towels and sheets twice a week. The staff is really nice and waited for us even though we arrived well past midnight due to a flight delay. The pool is mixed salt and fresh water. Not big but there is a deep end and it is clean. We were surprised how quiet it is here at night given that Malia is quite the party place. Thank you Maliatim staff for a really nice vacation.

Michalis and Kris were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was a great start to the day. The location of the hotel is off the strip in a quite neighborhood, though just a few minutes from shopping, numerous bars and dining establishments. I would also recommend trying out the hotels dinner options as they are all prepared fresh, and by a local cook. Well done

Very nice and quiet place located in the beautiful old town of Malia close to airport and the crowdy Herakleion city
People and service are excellent!

Located on the street that clogs up, between some semi-demolished buildings, haunted by cats and with an unbearable smell, the location appears as a beautiful oasis, but totally unmarked. even the neighbors with other hotels in the surroundings do not know how to guide you
The man at the reception of the hotel rated as having 3 stars does not overflow with kindness.
The lady (grandmother) is kinder because even though she doesn't know a word in English, she at least smiles.
The kitchen, if you want to prepare food, is very poorly equipped. 3 glasses/ 3 coffee cups/ a huge colander and 4 plates. No bowl/bowl to even make cereal with milk or a salad. And as cooking utensils, a pot and a pan, both without a lid.
I liked the linen and towels which were immaculate white and made of cotton.
The pool in which the water is changed often.
There is no private parking.
I found the car scratched on a wing one morning, luckily I had full insurance.
There are no mosquito nets on any window and air conditioning is available for a fee of 9 euros per day.
With a minimum of investment in some insect nets and kitchen equipment, it could become an option to be considered, but that's how I would recover...
No one was paying attention to the loudest children at the pool, not to scream at least during swimming hours. (14-17).
I noticed the scratched mint on the wing...parking is on a narrow street.

Quiet location, behind the Malia church, in a very quiet street. Close to shops, restaurants, the main street of Malia where you can find a SPAR for doing some shopping.
The rooms are spacious, large terrace but the view of the electrical poles is not great. The only problem too, in the bathroom, too many little midges which bit me
