We recently booked a 3-night stay at Rose Aqua Park and overall had a mixed but memorable experience.
The location isn’t too bad — it’s roughly a £5 taxi ride to the Medina, or about a 40-minute walk if you fancy stretching your legs. It felt convenient enough without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
The all-inclusive food and drinks were fairly basic, with a limited choice available. There was enough to get by, but it didn’t offer a huge amount of variety, especially over a three-night stay.
One of the real highlights of the hotel was the Spa. It was excellent — so much so that we visited twice during our stay. Definitely worth experiencing if you’re staying there.
However, the absolute jewel of this hotel was Hicham, one of the concierge team. He was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us when my wife fell ill. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a difficult situation much easier for us. He is a real credit to the hotel and made a lasting impression on our trip.
Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, the exceptional service — especially from Hicham — and the fantastic spa experience stood out the most.

I normally never post a review but we had an overall great time at the hotel. We were able to check in early which was great.
Rooms: A big shout out to the housekeepers who were very helpful, professional and friendly.
Food : we had a mixed feeling about the breakfast who was particularly disappointing. The food was mostly cold and not much of variety and the cup were dirty or broken. The hotel really need to focus and invest more in that. Also there were two members (a male and female ) of staff who were friendly at first by preparing our breakfast table every time, (don’t know why) which was much appreciated but starting to become awkward as they kept coming very minute to ask if everything was ok, so we gave them both a tip. But they wanted more . So during the five days there, we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast in peace. One time the female was cleaning up a table so we took the opportunity to “run”, but she literally run to us asking if everything was ok and if we’re coming to lunch. It was too much.
Aqua park pool: it was very good overall but little bit dirty. There were empty cups, and cigarettes everywhere.
Sauna: Soumia was very professional.

Hotel is very poor customer services with zero hospitality for anyone other than the French tourist!
Rooms dated, faulty and hazardous.
Only stayed for 3 nights as could not grasp the rudeness of the staff front of desk, rudely speaking about you in Arabic. I used translate to record and they was laughing that my 4 year old daughter and myself had fell on their dangerous slippy stairs.
I ignored the reviews of previous guests complaining about the difference with the service for English and French.
And it's fair to say the French are treated like royalty.
Due to a lot of safety hazards and concerns with the room provided, we was ignored until I requested to speak with the top manager when a young girl called Islam finally made action and changed the room on the second day, making false promises of doing something special for my daughters upcoming birthday due to the inconvenience caused.
Along with her saying she would bring ice to the room to sooth mine and my Baby's pain from falling on their dangerous stairs.
No Ice pack brought, she disappeared.
Also no help or assistance with a porter or anyone to help move my luggage from the other room despite injuries caused from the fall I struggled.
It may seem or sound like I am exaggerating but believe me, I am a well travelled person and I have stayed all over the world in 4-5☆ hotels and this is by far the worst.
The only good points is the location and the aquapark.
The food is awful along with the lack of customer service and hospitality towards guests who are not Arabic or French.
Very racist and prejudice in my experience and opinion
I also never bother leaving reviews but this has to be known.
If you don't mind paying for a 4 star hotel with a 1 star service then be their guest.
Sadly I would never return

We came here end of July 2025…. Unfortunately our stay was extremely far from excellent and closer to a disappointing experience. Sadly I was so unimpressed I didn’t feel focused to take pictures so this one’s going to be detail. Absolutely no way near of a 10 rating!
When we arrived there was a delay with our room so we were asked to go have lunch and come back, then the room wasn’t what I “paid extra” for so we moved to another room and had to wait again for the cleaner to finish. The food was very very limited, not a good selection, not everything was labelled, my child had to eat spaghetti bolognaise everyday and there were other children putting their hands in the cheese. I pulled up on of the chefs and there was a language barrier but she knew what I was showing her and she just smiled, there was no control. There was nothing “all inclusive “ on my time here, everybody had the same privileges as me from what I could see. The bar staff were selective as to who gets a full cups of drinks and size glasses, I could go on... We definitely won’t be coming back!!!
When we were waiting to change rooms we came down to reception, saw there was a huge amount of people checking in so we went to the seating area only to find all the seats were wet… we sat on our suit case waiting for cleaner to finish.
If something is not in your control why should I allow it to stress me.. this was a surprise birthday treat for my daughter and I didn’t want for her to see my disappointment/anger. I’ve a 20+ year very strong background in management/customer service facing customers and sometimes less is more! I asked if there were any facilities to iron my clothes and the response was not what I expected. I was told “IF the cleaning team have one they will bring it to me” I replied “ will you call me if they do have one” there was a pause and a look as if y’all had no idea and there was no reply to convince me that I’d get a call if there wasn’t an iron… I had to repeat “can you call me” I gave my room number and was told yes! After 30 mins still no call, I came down 1hr or so later and the lady just smiled… I not the kinda person whose gonna make a scene I’d rather a yes we have it or no we don’t, didn’t get an apology. The food was poor, I honestly could’ve stayed in London and introduced my child to a better Moroccan cuisine experience. All the issues I’ve had are consistent with reviews I’ve seen on google. I think you should look at rooms in more detail.. bathroom doors don’t close, balcony door doesn’t lock, stains on beds and faulty remote controls, no handle and the mini fridge door, we had to pull from the side..these are basic things. If I came down for everything and wait for that lift, I’d be very annoyed. It was nice to get a 1 on 1 greating on our arrival, but y’all should checked my room.
As for the water park it was waaaaaaay too busy, too many people in that size pool area!! There was no way I was letting my child go into the main slide area. This hotel looked good online, but definitely wasn’t for us!

Stayed here during the recent half term and very disappointed with most things here. To start the place in general was pretty run down and not very clean even inside our room. Secondly the hotel staff were very ignorant and rude and unwillingly to help, especially a young girl called Islam whom i found particularly rude. What made this worse was Islam was the only english speaker who worked there so there was no getting away from speaking to her if you needed help. And thirdly to food was lackluster at best, waiting 10 minutes for a undercooked pizza or some cold Tagine. All in all would not stay here again and to be honest probably would not visit Morocco again either.
