Overall a quite pleasant stay at this hotel. We were all inclusive, and I never had a bad meal. Lots of choice. Rooms were spacious, and we also had a suite with a private roof terrace which I loved. Lots of shops nearby. Could do with a lick of paint here and there, but despite that I enjoyed my experience here.

We got upgraded to a bigger room that overlooked the pool area which was great until the evening entertainment started and the racket was deafening. Apart from that happy days. The staff were fantastic and the food was great. Hotel is a 10min walk to the beach with plenty of shops within a 3min walk. This is our 2nd time here in 2yrs and we will return but this time ask for a room far away from the entertainment area.

I read some dreadful reviews before coming here, but took them with a pinch of salt. For what it's cost this is a very good place. The surrounding area is bustling, with lots to see, well served by buses etc and 10 minutes stroll from the sea. Yes, the once beautiful rooms are now looking tired, but it's perfectly adequate, roomy accommodation. Our upgraded apartment even has a roof terrace! Beer & wine are self service, and if you haven't drunk enough by the time the bars close at 10:30 that's no one's fault but yours! The Animation team for the younger set do their thing well, but as an OAP couple it's not for us, so we took an evening stroll outside the complex. The restaurant food is hot, plentiful, flavoursome, and varied. Bring loose clothes! Every staff member I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern as a slightly doddery 68 year old with walking sticks is the number of floor level changes on the complex. Strategically placed ramps and steps are provided, but getting around isn't as easy as being on the flat. Also, the steps up to our second floor apartment have low side walls without hand rails. If you are frail, take care. All in all, I am very happy with the venue.

I am here just now, overall for the price this hotel is brilliant. Food is great, different every night but always something to suit us which is hard as we are very fussy. Drinks are good - self serve suits us. The rooms are clean and very roomy. Could maybe be doing with some decorating but doesn’t bother us. Tv has some British channels & the aircon is great. It’s in the perfect area 5 min walk to the busy areas but out the road enough that it’s quiet. The only thing I would say is annoying is the beds are extremely noisey and move around as they are on wheels but overall great and Will definitely return next January once dates are out!

I really enjoyed my holiday at this hotel. Its not set in a conventional style like others and its an older style hotel but they really look after people. The reception staff are lovely. Everyone speaks English and will always try and sort a problem or queries. When we were there it was mostly brittish holiday makers there. The hotel is wheelchair accessible in parts but the rest of it has a lot of steps so helps to stay fit lol. The rooms are a little dated but are spacious and clean. The maids come round every other day to clean and change towels if needed. They also had your very own roof terrace where they had sun beds. You do have your own kitchen In the room but it has no plates, cutlery or kettle, it has nothing but to be honest as it's a all inclusive hotel you don't really need anything. You have a safe in the room but have to pay 3 euro a day to use it. The food is amazing. I have read comments on reviews that said there wasn't much choice!! But there is so much choice!!! They had many choices every day. They always had pizza, chips, pasta, bread rolls. Fruit and salad pluss many other recipes. The breakfast is typical English breakfast. Eggs, bacon, scrambled, fried or boiled eggs, beans, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, omelet, bread/ toast, churros, fruit and dried cereal. Also mixed meats and salad. The choice you get is overwhelming. You also get snacks between mealtimes too. Drinks All inclusive drinks are good. You can even have cocktails! Yes you do have to pay for some certain drinks but that's your choice and the all inclusive drinks are till 10.30 pm. Location Is great. Its a 7 minute walk to the beach down hill. There are many shops and restaurants local too. 2 minutes walk to the closest shop and 1 minute walk to the bus stop. The prices for the bus are also really good. 1.50 each in to Los christianos. The land train also comes along the road next to hotel too. Remember adeje is quite hilly so wear sensible shoes. The swimming pools are nice, they are on the small side and there are limited sun beds but that is the only down side. It would be good if the hotel said no to saving a sun bed and not using it.
