We had an absolutely fantastic Easter holiday at Aqua Mirage Club in Marrakesh! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The facilities were excellent, and the highlight for our children was undoubtedly the aqua park – they had an amazing time enjoying all the rides and water fun. The lifeguards were attentive, approachable, and created a safe and relaxed environment for both kids and adults. The resort had a vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere, making our holiday all the more enjoyable. It’s a brilliant place for families looking to unwind and have some fun in the sun. The only downside was the lack of privacy due to the glass window in the bathroom within our room, as well as the glass doors in the common toilets around the resort. Also, the bathroom accessories could definitely be improved – items like shampoo, body lotion, and moisturiser were either missing or of low quality, and the bath towels could be better. That said, these were minor issues compared to the overall wonderful experience we had. We left with happy memories and would gladly return again. Highly recommend for a family-friendly, sun-soaked escape!

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. ❤️ The food was delicious, every single day. With lots of meat, pasta,pizza,6-7 tajine, 3-4 live food banks, lots of salads and desserts. At every meal bkf,lunch and dinner they deserve Best of 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Staff was the Best, friendly, helpful, smiley all the time, animation Team ❤️ Thanks OKiDoKi and Hamza from the restaurant and everyone. Spectacular garden ,loved it. Lots of acttivities around the hotel. Aquapark was amazing,kids and us adults had lots of fun. 100% recommended. Would love to go back . ❤️❤️ Amazing resort Thanks a million❤️

Amazing hotel! Arrived just after midday and received our wristbands until our room was ready so we could go and enjoy the facilities. Luckily our room was ready just before 2pm and we were driven to our room with all our luggage :) Very clean spacious and comfortable room that was serviced daily. A bit loud overnight outside the rooms but that’s more a reflection on other guests returning to rooms loudly than the hotel. Waterpark was a massive hit and eventhough not all slides were on at the same time there were plenty to enjoy. Heated pool a bonus in March as although it was hot it wasn’t enough to heat pools. Really lovely atmosphere around all areas in hotel and very clean. There is a photographer that captures plenty of memories and even offers family shoots. My daughter had her own little photo shoot and had a really fun time Many food options changed for dinner times every evening with some items remaining the same. Lots of choices. The 16+ area was a great touch and the waiting staff were very friendly and attentive with cleanliness and drinks. We didn’t make the most of the evening entertainment due to eating around 19-00 and it generally starting about 21-45 so it was a long wait for shows but that’s personal preference and we were tired due to long days exploring Marrakesh. We don’t have young children so don’t really like sitting through the kids entertainment but it’s perfect for young guests ! Chilly in the evenings so if you’re visiting be sure to pack something warm.. The hotels shuttle service in to Marrakesh markets is brilliant and a very good price. Can’t fault the staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful.. can’t remember names but the lady at reception was especially helpful :) the entertainment staff/cleaners/security/bar and waiting staff all very good!

Just at the airport on the way home, didn't even take an hour to get through to gates. This place is amazing as someone who is trying new places, I would definitely come back, Highly recommend. Food for everyone. Amazing choice. Yes can get very busy but it's a massive hotel. If you go towards the start of meal times it's less hectic and food is much hotter however there is a mircowave. Highly recommend the steak night. Entertainment team is the best I've been around. Always happy, interacting with everyone, they are amazing with kids too, full of energy and even came to say goodbye. Facilities are brilliant especially the heated pool. Waterpark brilliant. The rooms are a little small but do the job. Clean and comfortable. The spa was lovely. No issues like some of the reviews. Shop is expensive but it's to be expected. Staff go above and beyond especially the manager. Overall a fantastic holiday and I most definitely will be returning 🩷

Just got back from holiday at this location. We really enjoyed our stay here. The food was varied (and despite the moaning of other British tourists, we enjoyed that there were was Moroccan food in Morocco. Imagine that). The rooms were basic, clean and comfortable - exactly what we needed. The staff were always helpful and engaging, especially with our little one. Shout to Said who was always lovely during dinner service. Thank you. Our stay was pleasant, fun and we will definitely be back to explore more of this beautiful nation.
