I recently stayed at Aqua Mirage Hotel in Marrakech and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids, a fantastic water park, and a lovely swimming pool. The facilities are top-notch and really add to the overall experience. However, the food options were somewhat limited and could be improved. Overall, a great place for a family vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic Easter holiday at Aqua Mirage Club in Marrakesh! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.
The facilities were excellent, and the highlight for our children was undoubtedly the aqua park – they had an amazing time enjoying all the rides and water fun. The lifeguards were attentive, approachable, and created a safe and relaxed environment for both kids and adults.
The resort had a vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere, making our holiday all the more enjoyable. It’s a brilliant place for families looking to unwind and have some fun in the sun.
The only downside was the lack of privacy due to the glass window in the bathroom within our room, as well as the glass doors in the common toilets around the resort. Also, the bathroom accessories could definitely be improved – items like shampoo, body lotion, and moisturiser were either missing or of low quality, and the bath towels could be better.
That said, these were minor issues compared to the overall wonderful experience we had. We left with happy memories and would gladly return again. Highly recommend for a family-friendly, sun-soaked escape!

Absolutely awful experience – avoid this hotel at all costs.
We stayed at this so-called "all inclusive" hotel, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and clearly not trained to provide even the most basic level of hospitality.
First, the "all inclusive" is a joke. If you want a decent coffee, you have to pay extra. Otherwise, you’re stuck with disgusting coffee from a cheap self-service machine. Same goes for pool towels – they’re not included. You either have to pay or leave a deposit, but to leave that deposit, they make you walk all the way back to the reception. No effort to make things convenient.
When we got to the room, it wasn’t even ready for guests. Sheets were missing, there were no covers, no towels, no pillows. And guess what? No instructions on how to call reception – so we had to walk all the way back again just to ask for the basics. They eventually brought the missing items, but only after a frustrating wait.
The restaurant is an absolute mess. The food might look like it has variety, but nothing tastes good – it's all bland or just badly cooked. On top of that, the staff there is just as rude as everywhere else. They talk to guests with zero respect or courtesy.
And the final cherry on top: after just 24 hours in this place, we ended up with diarrhea. That tells you all you need to know about the hygiene and food quality.
We left feeling disappointed, angry, and ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We will never be coming back.

Family of 2 adults 4y/o daughter. We had an amazing week here, it was clean, there was lots to do. The food was lovely and different each meal time, plus there were bar side snacks available in the afternoon. The pools are clean and the rooms are well maintained by the staff throughout the stay. The animation team are really fun and super good for the kids, they put on lots of family fun shows and entertainment every evening! We loved the aqua park and the heated pool was great for everyone. Would love to return.

I stayed here with my 2 kids , and i can tell you we have had so much fun and really enjoyed every minute of our vacation.
We slept in building 2, i thinks the best place, everything is just in front of the building. The rooms are a little bit noisy but for us it wasnt disturbing.
Food was delicious and so much choice.
Entertainment team is the best I've seen for so far they were always happy, interacting with everyone, also with kids too, and full of energy!
Even the doctor is a good one, and very helpfully. Thanks for getting my boy better!
