One of the best hotels ever! This hotel is fantastic with a perfect location. The reception team is always friendly and makes you feel truly at home. The Guest Relations Manager Sule, is one of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve ever met. She was extremely supportive when I had a health issue during my stay, and I’m very grateful for her help. The overall atmosphere and the staff’s approach make you feel special and valued. I will definitely come back!

Nothing negative really, just not as positive as it would have been in the past. I’ve stayed at the Aqua for the last three years in early July and will probably be back in 2026. The first year we stayed my wife took photos of the buffet in the main restaurant it was very impressive, this is where you begin to see the cutbacks. I appreciate that all inclusive hotels have to cater for all nationalities, but this year I did get a little fed up with the same food and found it difficult to make a decent evening meal,I’m Welsh by the way.The result of this was we went out for food and Turkey isn’t cheap to eat out anymore! Another example would be the mini bar in the room it had less in it than previous years. I’m not a big drinker but on the few occasions when I did fancy a drink I would have to ask the waiter to make them a little stronger and put a more alcohol in. There nothing major, but the cutbacks are becoming more and more apparent, particularly in the restaurant and people who have been there previously have noticed. I don’t want to seem negative and as I said earlier I’ll probably be going back in 2026. The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location, it is also spotlessly clean.The waiters and waitresses are extremely well trained and managed, they are very friendly and attentive towards the guests. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I wish them every success for the future. I enjoy my stay at the Aqua, but there is a fine balancing act between cutbacks and maintaining the excellent standards they are known for. I hope to see you again in July 2026.

Ridiculous poor room for what is paid. We booked a promo room where the balcony view is worse as a ghetto. Discussing with the staff is running around in circles to offer a decent room. The room which could be offered is in an area with more noise. The place is also very noisy from 2 sides and definitely not worth the money. If we knew about this upfront would never have booked this Hotel. Many other guests are also complaining about how bad and noisy the rooms are. Don’t get scammed and book something else is my advice! Update 03-Oct-2025: the reaction of the hotel is also a joke; the entertainment they provide is poorest live music you will ever have to listen to as well as played way too high in volume. Please also avoid the “a la carte” restaurant where they were serving chicken which was still raw. The gym is very incomplete and not even the stuff you find in a 2 star Hotel. If you are reading this review, please do yourself a favor and find another hotel in Icmeler. Never coming back to this maybe worth 1-2 star hotel.

Just got back from Hotel Aqua such an amazing place. All staff are friendly, welcoming, can't do enough for you. Special shout out to Memmed, Sully & Aisha who served us every day. Rooms lovely, bed comfy, mini bar replenished everyday. Tea & coffee making facilities. Room cleaned every day,fresh towels. Great entertainment each night, tall guy was a great host. Food was amazing, plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Beach easy assessable. Nearby shops,cafes,bars just a short walk away. On the beach front there's a kiosk to book boat trips or get the taxi boat to marmaris very good. Would definitely recommend Hotel Aqua

A very warm welcome on arrival after leaving the hotel at the airport at 3 a.m then a four and half flight and then one hour and a half transfer we need it! All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, it's own beach with sunbeds with beach umbrella included. Okay midday snacks and the Effes is COLD! GREAT entertainment at night. Great holiday!
