Our stay at Helea Lifestyle Resort was extremely disappointing, and I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
• Freezing pool water – We traveled in August, with extremely hot weather outside, yet the pools were so cold that it was impossible to get in. The kids were frustrated and upset, and during our 5-day vacation, we didn’t go into the pool even once.
• Poor service – The staff is neither helpful nor friendly. On the very first morning at 7:00 AM, I called the reception and asked for hot water for my baby’s bottle. They simply told me to go to the restaurant, as there is no room service available at that hour.
• Dirty and smelly restrooms – The public toilets around the hotel were in terrible condition, unclean, and with a strong unpleasant smell.
• Low-quality food – The food was tasteless and unappealing. We barely ate anything from the all-inclusive package.
• No cleanliness or service around the pool – No waiters, no order, just chaos. The pool area was full of leftover cups, snack wrappers, and garbage. It felt like being in a dump.
• Housekeeping issues – One day we returned to our room at 4:30 PM and it still hadn’t been cleaned or organized.
• Elevator problem – The hotel has only 3 very small elevators for a huge number of guests. The waiting time is endless, and the elevators are tiny (barely 4 people can fit inside).
• No real all-inclusive experience – The food stands are located far from the pool, and it is inconvenient to walk back and forth just to get something to eat.
• No kids’ club – There are no proper facilities for children. No kids’ club, no play area, no indoor playground. The children had nothing to do and ended up running around the lobby out of boredom.
In conclusion: Our kids did not enjoy the vacation at all, and neither did we. This hotel is far from what it promises, and I cannot recommend it to families.

Exceptional Experience at a Five-Star Hotel – Ultimate Luxury and Impeccable Service!
My stay at this five-star hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional, with the staff showing genuine care for my comfort. The room was stunning, spacious, and perfectly equipped, with attention to detail and luxurious décor that created a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.
The hotel’s amenities were outstanding: the pool and spa offered the perfect spaces to unwind, while the gym was fully equipped and well-maintained. Dining at the on-site restaurants was a unique culinary experience, featuring a variety of exquisite dishes that beautifully blended tradition with modern flavors, always presented with impeccable style and friendly service.
The location is ideal, providing easy access to the area’s main attractions while also offering privacy for those seeking tranquility. Cleanliness and safety were top-notch, enhancing the sense of comfort and well-being throughout my stay.
Overall, my experience was flawless, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, quality, and exceptional service. Truly an unforgettable stay!

An excellent luxury hotel. We arrived for a family holiday and l can say with certainty that it was exactly what we were looking for. Excellent food wherever we ate and a big thumbs up to all the people in the main restaurant who really provide an excellent food and service experience even though there are many customers who do not respect the staff and their work.
Excellent work, keep it up.
I can't wait to come back again!

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The place is absolutely not stroller-friendly – endless stairs everywhere, very old and slow elevators (often out of order), and rooms located extremely far from the lobby. With a baby, it was a nightmare to get around.
Cleanliness was poor, with rooms sometimes cleaned only late in the day. The pools were unusable because the water was freezing, and the kids’ club only accepts children over 4. For younger kids you have to pay extra to leave them with staff, which is unacceptable. In practice, toddlers have nothing to do except the freezing pool.
We also couldn’t book any of the specialty restaurants because they were always “fully booked,” so we ended up eating only in the crowded main dining hall. On top of that, there are long lines for almost everything.
Overall, this hotel looks good in pictures but the reality is very different. Definitely not recommended, especially for families with small children.

Helea Lifestyle Resort impressed us! The facilities are brand new, stylish and perfectly clean, while the location on the sea is magical. The staff was always kind and willing to help. The variety of food covered all tastes. A truly family hotel that combines luxury with relaxation. We will definitely choose it again!
