Just come back from a week hoilday. Hotel on my opinion shouldnt be a 4 star it should be less.We had a room with a double bed a bunk bed and a single bed. No kettle in rooms got told we had to pay if we wanted one also no waterbottles apparently it cost to much to hand them out every day to people. U also have to pay for air-conditioning id u go before June (we wondered y our room was so hot) when we put the shower on to have a shower 5 mins after u ahve finshed the power in the apartment goes. 3 days before we came home the power was of for 3 hours I went to reception to report and fot told cant so anything till the next day. Internet is hit and miss.The slides are a bit outta date they need up dating the orange one if two people go down at the same time u get stuck and have to pull ur self down the kids slide half it wasnt working.the shared pool we had was freezing cold and I mean cold. Food was hit and miss we ended up going out for food in the local town. The man who greats u when u have food is the best. The on site shop is expensive we found a shop about 5 mins away that was cheap. The bus stop is at the end of the road but time table is in reception and really hard to find. The snack bar is really good but the same things everyday. We found that they dont bring thr ice cream out till 2.15 cause they want u to buy ice lolly's from the shop. The entainment team are the best interacting with kids all the time.

I am currently staying with my family and living my best life ☀️ pools are nice, food is great and the staff is the nicest people 🌈 We have become great friends with the bartender Dimitri who is always there with a good drink and better stories. When the shower broke, it was immediately repared. The kids love the ice cream bar and the mini disco in the evenings 💃 10/10 would recommend. Placed in kolymbia, right smack down in the middle between all the good tourist spots, is is easy to navigate the island by rental car.

In general a very positive stay at Golden Odyssey Hotel 🌟 We stayed at the hotel during week 41 to 42. The overall rating is 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars, the reason behind is the following: Rooms: 🌟🌟🌟🌟, good design and decor. The beds are standard. What takes away star 5 is the showers, which had very little water presure, the pilles, which was hard and the lack of finish In the room In general. But still far better than most hotel experiences 👍👍 Location: 🌟🌟🌟. Not a bad location, but still a bit of walking and traveling distance to all nearby shopping. However, very close to one of my all time best beach (tsambika beach). Facilities: 🌟🌟🌟. They have a small play ground, however it is old and worn down, yet still usefull. There are multiple pools, and a water park which is a big plus. Not to crowded, the big downside is that the pools is very very cold. Not that suited for small children. The main pool area is good and have good snackbar and high service. There is also some evening entertainment, and a bar + a mini marked at the hotel. Which all is a plus. BUT the big downside is the cold pools. Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I can only say top service level on all acounts, you always feel welcome and greeted with a smile. Nothing but positive thinks to say here. If you show the personal respect and kindness, they treat you as royalty 🙏🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fabulous friendly staff, family friendly with good entertainment, rooms were rustic, but spotlessly clean, good variety of food served from 7.30am till 9.30pm. Beer, wine, soft drinks available from 10.30am til 5.30pm. Beer, wine, cocktails 6pm served till 11pm in main bar and entertainment, could not fault the hotel, we had a wonderful family holiday there, 2 weeks, 2 Adults, one teenage girl and two boys in their early 20's. It had lovely grounds surrounded by hills, beautiful beach nearby with lots of watersports. The hotel itself has 3 pools with a a pool with slides, we all had a wonderful time, highly recommend

I never write reviews but my stay at the Golden Odyssey was so awful it needed a warning to others. The location is a basically in the middle of nowhere where, miles from anything remotely interesting. Forget excursions – you're stuck doing nothing with zero options. The staff, with a few exceptions, were unbelievably rude. The receptionists acted like we were bothering them, and the cleaners seemed to take personal offense if you were in your room. The only ecception here were the restaurant and bar staff, who were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, their efforts were wasted on the flavorless food served. A wide variety of food served yes, but every dish tasted like it had no seasoning. Getting to the beach is an ordeal in itself. The bus is always packed, and there are no signs indicating where to get off, so you're left guessing and hoping for the best. Once you're back at the hotel, there's absolutely nothing to do. No shops, no attractions, just the same bland scenery. Save your money and book elsewhere!
