I would rate the hotel 3.5/5.
The rooms were decent, although it’s clear that a small renovation would be beneficial. We had a room without a balcony, which was perfectly sufficient for someone who doesn’t plan to spend the whole vacation in the hotel.
There were daily entertainment activities, but at times it felt a bit too loud.
The food was excellent — you could really see the passion and effort the chefs put into preparing the dishes. Every day offered something different, such as Italian cuisine, Asian dishes, or seafood.
The hotel has a good location, close to the beautiful Los Gigantes.
The reception staff were helpful.
However, we had one unpleasant experience at the bar. After returning from an exhausting trip, we wanted to get something to drink, but we didn’t have our reusable cups with us. The bartender raised his voice and told me that this would be the last time he gave me a drink in a paper cup. It was our first time in this situation, and nobody had informed us earlier that a special token was required to exchange for the cups.
So, if you return tired from a long excursion, you first need to go all the way up to the 5 top floor to get the cups and only then come back down to the bar. On top of that, he asked whether I even had an all-inclusive wristband — yes, I had been wearing it for seven days already. It felt quite humiliating.

The hotel overall was great for our short stay. We booked a family room which has two separate bedrooms. The room was very spacious, both the bedrooms were a good size and had a large sitting area.
The rooms did seem to be slightly dated, we had a leaking toilet on arrival however maintenance attended the next day and fitted a brand new toilet.
There were a few cracked tiles around the room and a loose one in the bedroom which added the the sence of tiredness.
Overall the size of the room was great and was reasonably clean, as long and you didn't look too deeply.
The weather was not great but I understand this is due to the time of the year and not the fault of the hotel. The only issue this brought was there was nowhere in the hotel to sit inside of an evening. The only place available was the small indoor space where the entertainment was on. The lobby bar was shut and signs on the tables saying you can't eat or drink in the lobby. My only observation would be if you are going to open at a time when the weather can be sub optimal then there should be some alternative to sitting outside in the evening.
Food was plentiful and restocked regularly. The staff managed the main restaurant so it never felt overcrowded which was good.
In terms of location there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and places to walk by the sea. There was a beach about a 10 minute walk and you were close to bus stops and taxi ranks if you wanted to venture further.
Overall, nice basic hotel with friendly staff, ideal for a short getaway.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. Every member of staff was polite and couldn't do enough to help make our stay brilliant.
Both pools are well maintained with plenty of sunbeds with the areas kept clean and tidy.
The food was good and my fussy teen always found something to eat at meal times. The Italian restaurant which is included was a great booking.
There is tennis and table tennis on site which is a small refundable deposit for hire of equipment the views on the tennis court are brilliant.

The animation and entertainment staff ( jumbo club and TUI ) at this hotel are absolutely wonderful. They will get you involved in lots of fun and laughter if you participate. They put in so much effort and energy into ensuring you are entertained. The samba dancers and the soul music band were fantastic. The hotel is clean, the rooms sufficient, ask for a kettle at reception, the buffet has a good selection even for vegetarians. The staff are polite and helpful. The sun was out everyday during our stay so we were lucky. To Davide, Peter, Corin, Nicole, Ainara, Charlotte Jorich and Oceanna our Suneo family we have made good friends and good memories. Thanks for making our holiday.

Our overall impression was… well, okay. It really depends on what you’re used to, but we definitely had to lower our expectations a bit. Everything felt a little mediocre.. the food, the service, the drink selection, the room, the entertainment. Not terrible, just not great either.
The surrounding area didn’t help much, as there isn’t a lively boulevard with shops or terraces to wander around. That meant we were mostly dependent on the hotel itself. On the first day the entertainment was very loud, with blasting music and the animation team shouting constantly into the microphone. Luckily, the following days were much calmer and perfectly manageable.
We briefly considered switching to the other pool, but the vibe there was the complete opposite.. a bit too quiet and lifeless. A little energy is fine, just not that much
A special shout-out, though, to the lifeguard in the bright green shirt. You can tell he takes his job seriously. Constantly attentive, always on the move, and clearly dedicated. We joked about how many kilometres he must be walking in a single day. I don’t think you’re likely to drown under his watch.. except maybe between 5 and 6 p.m., when he’s busy helping to collect all the sunbeds and umbrellas.
The buffet restaurant took some getting used to. It felt chaotic, with people rushing around, and the atmosphere wasn’t exactly relaxing. The hotel seems to cater mainly to a British crowd, which also sets a certain tone. We also tried the Italian restaurant, but it wasn’t really an upgrade from the main buffet. The space felt a bit bland and the food was nothing special. If you’re expecting a cozy, intimate dinner experience, you might want to readjust your expectations.. Or simply dine elsewhere.
A small note on the all-inclusive concept: not everything is actually included. The drink selection is quite limited, and even basic things like ice creams aren’t part of the package.
Overall, we had an okay stay, but nothing memorable. For us, it’s a solid 3 out of 5 and we don’t think we’d return.
