We had a great time here. The views of the mountains and ocean combined were superb, both from our room and the rooftop pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful, issues were sorted very quickly when they were made aware of them. Location was also good, 5 mins from the beach, 15 to Loro Parque and 10 to the town centre (all on foot). I had the all inclusive which had a good selection of drinks available. Food options were generally decent, perhaps nothing special but good enough. For a 3-star hotel this was a very comfortable stay. The only downsides were that it was a little loud next to a bus station and the WiFi except for the ground floor wasn't great (that could've been my fault though).

It was my first time experiencing service like this.
First of all, if you have “all inclusive,” be prepared to ask for drinks during meals. We waited, but no one came to our table — we were simply ignored.
Second, the food was exactly the same every single day. After 9 days, we were just dreaming of normal food at home.
Third, the cleaning service. We hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but they ignored it and came in to clean every day anyway. This is unpleasant and feels like a violation of personal space.
Another big issue is the attitude of some staff. A young waiter, after learning we were staying with an all-inclusive package, simply stopped noticing us — it felt like we were treated as second-class guests.
The way they treat guests who speak Spanish is very different from how they treat those who speak English.
Of course, there are exceptions — one bartender, a waiter, and a chef were truly amazing: friendly, attentive, always smiling. But the rest either ignored us or looked unhappy to be there. This really spoiled the overall impression of the hotel and the vacation we had been waiting for all year.
A particularly unpleasant moment was on my birthday. The day before, another guest was congratulated with a cake and candles, but on my birthday the hotel did absolutely nothing. It may seem small, but it left a bad feeling.
Overall, “all inclusive” at this hotel does not mean comfort — it means constant asking and repetitive food. And judging by other reviews, we’re not the only ones who felt this way. It’s disappointing that the hotel clearly doesn’t intend to change anything.
Dear GF Noelia Team,
Thank you for your reply.
However, I would like to clarify a few things. There was no birthday card or any other gesture in the room at all.
Also, the room was cleaned every day, not every three days. I left my belongings as they were, expecting that no one would enter the room. When I returned in the evening, I saw that my things and suitcase had been moved to a completely different place, which was unpleasant.
So, unfortunately, what you mentioned in your message does not match what actually happened during my stay.

I stayed here for a week with my fiancé to celebrate our engagement and we book through Jet2Holidays.
We can easily say it was the worst holiday we have ever been on. Most of the time the food we got was the same or it was cold most days we had it and what ever meat was left over the night before was served up the next day.
One of the bar staff was very rude to us and some other people there, as he start to take our order and someone spoke to him in Spanish he went to serve them and let us waiting.
We paid for all-Inclusive and yet still had to pay for some of our drinks which wasn’t a issue but when we asked about what type of drink some of it was it was made up for us then we was asked to pay when we didn’t even want the drink as we was just asking about it.
Don’t t even both trying to pay with cash as they wont take it as the only except card which we didn’t know about until we got there as nothing was mentioned about it and they got very hostile one of the bar staff when you wanted to pay by cash.
Our room was clean but we had ants coming up from the sink and the shower head kept falling off the wall so had to get that sorted so we could have a shower. not what we wanted on our first night there.
Outside of out room was a basketball court which wasn’t mentioned to us so we would hear games being played in there until late at night.
It was by far one of the worst places we stayed in they didn’t seem to care and some of the bar staff was rude and if you went to the local shops you was followed around like you was thief!!
We didn’t feel welcome at all there and we definitely wont be coming back!!!

I've travelled all over Europe for work and holidays.
I've been here for two days and
I'm undecided about this one.
Whilst there are some good points and also some bad points.
The location not the best, the staff are good, downstairs whilst modern and very clean but is lacking in comfort.
The bedrooms again are spacious enough but needs a lick of paint and some repairs here and there.
The food is decent enough and there is a good choice for just one canteen style aisle pick up collection.

We have just returned from this hotel. On arrival we noted the rooms are very dated, paint work wood work, tiny kitchen area. Bathroom not clean at all. Hotel reception, in the middle of signing us in, disappears to talk in Spanish to someone. Not once but twice. They don’t understand English very well, or make an effort to understand. The area is more for residential so locals in shops don’t understand what you’re asking. Would not advise staying there until they redecorate to hotel.
