We spent 10 days here and had a very enjoyable stay. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade for both rooms, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s beachfront location was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the sunset each evening over dinner. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were consistently clean and well maintained.
The only downside was the Italian à la carte restaurant. Both the food and service were disappointing, particularly given that reservations needed to be made well in advance.
A special mention to Tim of customer services, and Hayat at the wine bar, who were exceptional throughout our stay and truly enhanced our experience. I would happily recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and the overall quality of the hotel. The seafront location is excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely, rocky beach, which served as a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The facilities were very good, the food was delicious throughout the day, and your staff members were consistently helpful and welcoming.
While the frequent planes flying overhead might be a point of contention for some guests, we found it to be a unique aspect of the stay that many would actually enjoy. The beach itself remained a very pleasant highlight of our trip.

The hotel is wonderful. My wife and I had an excellent stay. We were very well taken care of in almost all areas of the hotel. I would like to emphasize that the only complaints we had were about the pool bars and the lobby bar. However, we don't only have complaints; there were essential people who contributed to our excellent experience, and I would like to give special thanks to the staff: Angela, Anna, Pethros, Zane, Emilia, Emmanuela; without them, our stay would not have been as unforgettable as it was.

This was our second time at this hotel. We came in 2023 and loved it. We really enjoyed our time there this time. With it being off season we didn’t expect the same level of entertainment we got back then and the weather obviously didn’t make it easy to go swimming in the pool or sea. Not their fault obviously. There was always plenty to eat in the buffet and the lunch time Italian was always decent (we liked the flatbread pizzas). The staff were friendly as always. We would definitely come back again. Only slight negative this time around was the time it taken at evenings to get a drink from one of the bars. People ordering cocktails made everyone wait in line for ages. I think it would be a good idea for the hotel to have a bar especially for cocktails and another bar for beers, wines and spirits.

This hotel is amazing. Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and we want to go back again. The food is amazing, bakery is delicious and the ice cream i could eat more and more. The Buffett was delicious and you have to eat at there other two restaurants. Their cocktails were amazing (might of tried a fair few). The reception crew were always helpful and smiling. If I could give you guys more stars I would. Hopefully we will be back soon
