Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. We felt comfortable and well taken care of during our entire stay. It was so enjoyable that we were genuinely sad to leave. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, and the whole place is elegantly designed and very well maintained. There are plenty of loungers by both the pool and on the beach, which makes relaxing very convenient. The toiletries are of high quality, a real plus.
Dining is impressive: three à la carte restaurants, delicious food in the main restaurant, tasty ice‐cream at the parlor, and Italian snacks in the bakery. The rooms are spacious, the elevators fast, and the spa facilities top notch. One of the best things: the hotel staff make sure no one reserves loungers in the early morning—any towels or items placed to reserve spots before 10 AM are removed. That’s a big plus for fairness.
It’s also very helpful that prices in the hotel shop are comparable to those in town—not inflated—which adds to the good experience.
Every evening by the sea there's a live
performance (soft, gentle music), and then at the pool different entertainers or bands perform each night—nice variety.
If there’s one thing that could be improved: it would be more pleasant to dine in the main restaurant if the music were calmer—something like the gentle music you hear in the elevators. The upbeat, beachy music is fun, but it’s a bit distracting during meals.
Overall, a highly successful stay. Highly recommended!

It's a nice hotel, the staff are amazing and very kind and polite. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The place is clean and the food is good. The pool area is large and really lovely and the property is located on a stone beach, not far from the main shopping strip. However, the cocktails at the hotel are quite disappointing. Very cheap and made entirely with syrups, no fresh ingredients at all. One type of beer, no flavoured vodka's. The rooms also need a bit of love. Our door has a lot of nicks in it and the walls are cracking. It's a solid 4* but not a 5.

Just back home from a week at this fantastic hotel. It was the first holiday me and my partner have brought our young son Seth on and I just want to say it ticked every box!
The food was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier with the variety on offer to such a high standard. Would like to also say thanks to Betty and the rest of the staff in the restaurant who took a great shine to our son and made coming to breakfast, lunch and dinner that bit better with how they treated him.
We’ve already talked about coming back to stay here and can safely say it won’t be our last visit!

The Electra Palace Hotel has some great facilities and a good location. The outdoor pool, whirlpool, and private beach are lovely, with clear ocean water and amazing sea views. Our double sea-view room was a good size, with nothing blocking the view. The hotel has buffet and à la carte restaurants, several bars, and nightly entertainment. It’s also close to the airport, with a shuttle bus to Rhodes Town (8 euros return).
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Staff were not proactive or customer-focused. At check-in, no one explained what was included in the all-inclusive package, how to book restaurants, or where the facilities were. When I asked, the receptionist told me to “explore myself.”
At the buffet, no one served drinks—we waited ages for water, and one waitress snapped when I asked. Food was repetitive with little variety compared to other five-star resorts (no shrimp, limited seafood). At the Italian à la carte, service was slow and the waiter forgot basics like bread and a spoon. Most à la carte slots were already fully booked when we arrived; the only Greek restaurant slot available was 9:30 p.m., which was too late for us.
On our first day we even struggled with a sliding door near the lobby—staff nearby saw us and didn’t help until I asked loudly. The bakery only had salad, cookies, and wraps (no pastries), and staff there were unfriendly. The sauna had to be booked well in advance, with slots often gone a day or two ahead.
Our shuttle bus back from Rhodes Town was also frustrating. We booked 5:30 p.m., but three coaches came and went. Each time staff said, “the next one is for Electra Palace,” but it wasn’t. Other hotels were always served first, and we were the very last picked up.
Cleaners were polite in the corridors, though room cleaning was average. The evening entertainment was energetic but too loud and chaotic for me, and the Islander Bar didn’t have enough seating. Airplanes fly close overhead but not often, so it didn’t bother us.
Overall: The facilities and location are great, but poor service and unhelpful staff made the experience disappointing. With better service, this could be an excellent resort.
