Had a great experience at this hotel, it was better than most in Egypt that we stayed at. The rooms were clean, service was fantastic (with a caveat). The shower did not drain very well, which was a recurrent theme at hotels in Egypt.
We were in the Beachside but anything reception related we had to go to Mountainside (checking in, breakfast boxes for excursions, etc.). There was a woman who spoke to us at the reception in Beachside but cut us off when we were speaking said whatever she said and walked away before we could respond. That being said the staff at Mountainside were phenomenal.
Resort overall is great, the pools are awesome. Beach space is a bit small but still cool to swim there.
Breakfast was great.
Taxis in this area are pretty expensive compared to other regions in Egypt. There are taxi desks inside the lobbies, there are also some taxis just on the road outside, guy with an older blue sedan is a good honest gentleman.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay! We enjoyed the best room on the first level with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The cleaning service was outstanding — everything was spotless, and we loved the wonderful towel and bedding decorations that surprised us every day.
Zakria, the bartender, amazed us with his incredible cocktails — each one was a delight 🍸👌😉. A special shout-out to Mohamed, the Chef de Partie, and the entire kitchen staff, who truly impressed us with stunning handmade food arrangements. The buffet offered a real cornucopia of variety, with plenty of delicious choices for every taste — Asian, Mediterranean, and so much more 😋.
And of course, a huge thank-you to Zeg Zeg and his fantastic activities team! Their energy during stretching, darts, aqua aerobics, and all the fun activities made our days lively and unforgettable 🎉💫.

We especially enjoyed the warm welcome of mr Adel and his help by resolving a reservation problem and providing us with a beautiful room.
Secondly, we really appreciated both professionality and kindness of ms Fatma Saud Alsharief. And eventually, but not less important, we would like to thank ms Hadya for enabling us a late checking.
We also recommend the massage, Tarek and Almira did a very good job. We were very pleased and they were very nice.
At last, the room service was also very nice; we found every day a nice decoration on our bed.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in a family room, which actually consisted of two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy while letting us stay together under the same roof. The spaces were great, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The only thing that could have been better was the room cleaning upon arrival — we had to wait an extra hour past the expected check-in time.
The hotel has everything you need and more. The restaurant service was excellent — great variety (never repetitive) and really tasty food! We also appreciated that the hotel provides its own shuttle service.
The staff were always friendly. Special thanks to Katty and Ahmed, from the reception, for making sure we enjoyed our stay as much as possible. If we ever come back to Sharm, we’ll definitely consider this hotel again!
