We had the best service from our waiter Fathy at Parrotel Aquapark! He was incredibly attentive and really made our holiday special. We were a big group of 13 people, and he was constantly bringing over trays of drinks sometimes 13+ at a time making sure no one was ever waiting.
No matter which bar we were at, whether by the wave pool during the day or at the main bar during the evening entertainment, Fathy always found us and made sure we were looked after. His energy, attention, and friendly attitude didn’t go unnoticed.
Thank you, Fathy, for helping make our holiday so memorable you’re the best!

Subject: Feedback Regarding Hotel Services
I have been staying at your hotel for approximately two days. First of all, I would like to say that your staff are very kind, helpful, and professional. In particular, the staff working at the pide station named Said, Abdullah, and Musa (I may not be completely certain about one of the names) are doing an excellent job and preparing very tasty pide. They truly take pride in their work and deserve special thanks.
However, there are serious issues with the overall system of the hotel. During meal times, it is difficult to find basic items such as plates, forks, and spoons. For example, when you want to have soup, there are times when no bowls or plates are available. In addition, the overall quality and taste of the food are unfortunately below expectations.
It is disappointing that such system-related problems are negatively affecting the experience, especially when the staff are clearly doing their best. I kindly ask that these issues be addressed as soon as possible.

Very disappointed about animation.
In same week they have same show. If you can call it(guess the song). No imagination at all... Normally in every resort every day for a week ,each day they have different shows or attactions.
Kitchen clearly has not enough plates,coffe cups and glasses. Always need to wait for the clean ones.
Need to wait for free table... Poor guys working hard and running all day ,sweating,but that's not them fault. Just need extra dishes to have. Then problem is solved.
Not so happy with my staying here.
While room cleaners doing perfect job.
Also what is super weird. You can get wine ONLY at the lunch or dinner and even though,half or not even half glass. Usually wine is should be available everywhere like a beer. But unfortunately..
Coffe also not everywhere available.

Sorry but I don't understand how this hotel has such high ratings. I'm a solo traveller, arrived with no greeting, waited a while at reception before someone walked from the back and just handed me a form to fill in, no hello, no greeting in Arabic, not even a smile. The rooms are spacious but so incredibly outdated and shabby, sheets are stained and have cigarette burns, very little hot water, tiny TV with lots of russian channels, decent size balcony which never sees the sun. I booked a superior room and I'm yet to find out what is superior about it.
The food(even in the so called VIP English restaurant) isn't hot or particularly appealing. It's a needs must scenario if you eat here. I'm not picky but there really is little good to say about the food unfortunately. The staff in most areas are pleasant. Haitham in the spa is such a nice guy and helped my back immensely. Jimmy at the pool is very happy to help, very friendly. I haven't caught the name of the guy at the pool bar yet, but he was very kind and helpful too.
The gym is horrendous, truly the worst I've ever known. Filthy dirty, toilets haven't been cleaned in weeks, no toilet paper, no towels in the gym and everything is ancient
All in all, I'd say spend an extra 100-200 each and get a much better hotel....please avoid this one, it's the hotel that time forgot.
95% of the clientele are Russian, so maybe that's where the good reviews come from.

I wanted to give 1Star but location and some nice staff maybe me give 2 stars.
Currently here for 10days What can I say about this hotel. The hotel itself is in a good location the facilities at the hotel are a bit limited and Run down there is a huge water park but most slides not running has a lazy river which was nice and they supply the rings to lay in.
The staff are very friendly and most go out of their way to help.
There’s was an old Looking like river or something near the restaurant that has no water in it which was full of rubbish the whole duration of my stay and never cleaned.
The pool areas are nice and the deck chairs but will say the pool is freezing cold but after the first initial thermal shock your okay.
NOW THE BIG QUESTION the food was APPALLING substandard Food and also chicken served RAW in the centre and the same thing every day Lunch and dinner vegetables fish and past Which unfortunately I didn’t like and the food was cold EVERYDAY.
I travel at least 4 times a year for the past 6 years and this is the WORST FOOD I’ve seen on my travels and I’ve been to Egypt before also.
The snack bar both at the beach and hotel birds sitting in the food eating it so most like peeing and pooping in it also. the food from here was also stone cold every-time I checked The drinks are very good not flat coke like some places.
The beach section is very dirty and full of rocks and rubbish not really sand.
If there was an option for NON All inclusive I would take that option and eat out!! Very cheap to eat out locally at restaurants etc there’s Mc Donald’s Hard Rock Cafe and Some other steak place not far.
Just an update: today I see a senior member of staff looking like a manager maybe scrapping the old stale cold food of the serving spoon plate back into the fresh Food ready for someone to eat.. 😱😡
