We loved the hotel! The aqua parks were incredibly fun 🤩, and the VR games were available for free 👌🏼. The food, coffee, beverages, and ice cream were both delicious and plentiful 🙏🏼. There was a shuttle service to the beach, where we could enjoy swimming with fish 😇. Additionally, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Manager Mr. Ahmed Mostafa, who personally took care of us since our arrival at the hotel. A special thanks to Mr. Amgat Rafete, who continuously directed the cleaning teams every day, and to all the hotel staff for their excellent service. It was a perfect choice for a fun and enjoyable vacation! 😇

They made our son's 5th birthday so special. Their service, hospitality, everything was soo good
The water slides there's something for everyone and you have access to the sister resort across the road, beach shuttle bus to the beach which I didn't find as good if I'm honest. The food does get boring after a while, a suggestion would be a themed food every week like Chinese one week, Indian a different have a wide range of variety Instead of the same food.
Evening entertainment is bland as the majority of guests are Russian, again have variety, have traditional Egyptian dancing etc
Ahmed fawzay at the restaurant is just an amazing person, made us feel special every single night, polite, always has a smile on his face made sure we was looked after. Definitely needs to be promoted he is one of the best and represents the hotel very well.
We stayed in room 6116 and the guy who did our room again AMAZING, always smiling. Sorry didn't get his name but he is short, very nice person, no job was a problem for him, made sure we was OK and so polite
The bar staff at la veranda mohamed moataz and abdelbaset really looked after my husband and made sure we were happy and had an enjoyable stay

Rooms 5120 and 5121 are very clean and nice. Abdel Hamid helps us a lot with keeping the rooms clean. There is no dirt or dust, the rooms are very tidy, and he always changes the towels. The hotel service is excellent.

This isn't my first experience at Albatros. Cleanliness is excellent. The variety of restaurants and food quality are amazing. The variety of aqua parks to suit all ages is amazing. The service of the staff and reception is more than wonderful. The number one destination for rest, recreation, relaxation, and fun for children (Albatros). Entertainment was great my dad (David) was crowned Mr Hotel we all had a great time shout out to Khan Lyly and Trki at the animation team I was crowned champion of darts.Waiters were excellent shout out to Ahmed Ali and Metwaly the manager food was excellent apart from the Moroccan food which made two of us a little bit ill.The bar was very well run the drinks were amazing
