We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu result Sharm El Sheikh, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.
The food was consistently good with plenty of choice for everyone, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very impressive. Our room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It really made our stay extra special having such a large and relaxing space to come back to each day.
I would especially like to mention an outstanding member of staff — Liubov, who worked in the reception area by the lolly stand. Every single day she greeted us with a warm smile. Her English was excellent, and she was incredibly helpful, always happy to give directions, advice, and recommendations both within the hotel and in the surrounding area. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She truly went above and beyond and is a real credit to the hotel. We honestly can’t recommend her highly enough — she is a genuine asset to the team.
Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be looking to return in the future!

This was our first time in Egypt, and we chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends. We stayed as a family with two children. We liked everything: the food was delicious, the pool was warm, and it was great that the beach was very close. You can get there by shuttle bus, but walking felt even faster.
We would especially like to mention the hotel staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to Mohamed from the bar.
The rooms were clean, and every day the children were delighted with towel animals — very cute and a lovely touch.
The rooms could use some minor cosmetic renovation, but this did not affect our stay at all. Everything was clean and tidy. We especially loved the pillows :)))
Safety at the pools and water slides is well supervised. Children aged 5 and 7 were never allowed to swim alone, which we really appreciated.

Lovely resort. Very clean and the food was great. Young Mohamed who was in the Mediterranean and Soprano restaurants was so respectful and courteous. Lots of pools and water slides for all ages. Access to other resorts and a short walk to El Fanar beach and Old Town. Great taxi service from White Shark in reception. Comfortable beds in our family room Lots of space. Housekeeping were excellent. Good wifi on site. Excellent resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeper was very friendly, polite, and hardworking — it was a real pleasure.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. Entertainment programs were diverse and fun for both adults and children. The hotel is especially perfect for families with kids — there are many activities, and children can truly enjoy their time there.
Everything was great, and we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to especially commend the cleaner, Mohammed Yasser, for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the room was kept spotless, fresh, and welcoming. Mohammed’s attention to detail was remarkable—everything was perfectly arranged, and he always made sure the room felt comfortable and inviting.
Beyond his professionalism, Mohammed showed genuine kindness and respect, which made my stay feel even more special. It’s rare to meet staff who combine efficiency with such warmth, and he truly stood out.
The hotel itself was excellent: clean facilities, well-maintained surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere that made my time here relaxing and enjoyable. Staying in room 3120 was a pleasure, thanks to the comfort provided and the care taken to ensure everything was in top condition.
