I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall it was a really comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful. The food was also quite good, with enough variety to keep things interesting throughout the stay.
The entertainment team was definitely one of the highlights. They were energetic, welcoming, and managed to create a fun atmosphere without being overwhelming. There were daily activities that guests could join if they wanted to, and the evening shows were genuinely enjoyable — you could see the effort and passion the team put into them. They added a warm, lively touch to the whole stay.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and engaging entertainment. The animation team really helps make the experience memorable.

Service is very good. Rooms were clean and tidy.
Some of the shows and performances were not so good.
The worst was food. Most of the cakes taste the same - just sweet with no taste. Knifes were blunt.
The best thing from food was eggs beeing cooked in front of you every morning.
Pools were clean, but not all the pools that were listed on map as heated were heated.

Our holiday was amazing from start to finish! The cleanliness of the entire resort was incredible – the staff were constantly on top of everything, keeping the grounds spotless. Our room was cleaned daily, and the beds were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The staff were absolutely fantastic – we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling; nothing was ever too much trouble.
The food was great with plenty of variety, including lots of options for the children. Nobody could possibly go hungry! The slides and water parks were brilliant – fun for all age groups, from kids to adults.
The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored.
We had the most amazing time and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable holiday!

I usually can't stay in any hotel, especially when it's Inclusive ,for more than 4 days, but in this wonderful hotel we stayed for 9 beautiful days, the restaurant food was delicious and varied. The workers and chefs are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and tidy and cleaned every day. The water games are wonderful. We spent the most beautiful days in it. Finally, thanks to the reception staff, especially Ahmed, who was very cooperative and cared about the comfort of the hotel guests.

Had an amazing time with my husband and two boys. The resort was great with plenty to do. My boys 9 and 5 had an absolute blast in the pools and water activities. They also had a VR games room free to use, my boys loved it. Great entertainment in the evenings. The resort was nice and clean on a daily. The food was all inclusive but wouldn’t say it was delicious but ok. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall i would love to stay there again and would recommend to everyone. Fantastic stay.
