Overall, the hotel is spacious and ideal for families with children, boasting helpful staff. However, the dining experience was average, with a rating of 6/10. The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, and essentials such as tissues and bed covers were missing. And there is no cups at room. Additionally, the in-room phone didn't work, making it difficult to contact reception.

Life Like a Journey

I recommend this hotel, it is a clean place, where you can spend your vacation at a good price compared to the other hotels in Sharm el Sheik. Diversified food, clean linen and towels, changed every day. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the city center. The employees are respectful to the customers, greeting and doing everything in their power to make the stay at this hotel a pleasant memory. We thank the manager for all the availability offered to any request received from us! Hotel rated 10!!!

Basically this hotel is useless , first : * food is 1/10 * They gave us 1 Towel and we were 2 guests in a Double room which is WEIRD * we call the reception more than 5 time in 3 hours to get us Towels and they didn’t !! * Room is very Dirty * in the bathroom you can’t take a clean shower since they didn’t gave you shampoo or any shower giel to wash your body which is weird * In the room you can find the Water heating jug ( electric Kattle ) but they dont gave you any Tea , coffee or even WATER to use it! Is that normal? I mean you call yourself 4 stars you don’t deserve 2 stars even😀 * reception they are not responsible for the flight reservations so the BUS that supposed to wait us in our flight day he choice to leave us in the Hotel and leave for us a message that they called us and no one answered which is fake Flace and not true they did nothing😀 they just skip us and told us to take a taxi instead of waiting them! we were 3 persons .. * in Tivoli aqua Park there a disco part of the hotel (inside ) The security told us if we want to join we have to pay 15$ and this is SCAM because the disco is for free For the visitor at the hotel .. * Water was yelloOOw 🤓 * zero appreciation for any worker there they were very disrespectful and not matured even instead of helping us they just chose to scam us !! * electricity and the AC not good . * Rooms aren’t prepared was to sleep in ! Sorry if I disappointed you but thats out experience and we will never come back for sure for this useless HOTEL

Very bad service, they clean rooms and take the towels leaving the room without towels, theres no ash tray l, don't clean the rooms just change bed covers and all staff wants more money for services, also the water is yellow colored in the toilets our room had just one lamp and the 4 others are broke we asked the reception and they said "we can't do anything for u". No tea box or coffee also no water for drinking, no tissues , and 1 closet in a doable room , also theres no catering and we can't bring from the hotel. And some of the staff are friendly but most of them are so aggressive

This was the worst experience ever!! I highly don’t recommend it, this is a total waste of money. We changed the hotel in the next day. In the room, they had only sheed and no blanket- we needed to ask sheed to cover and blanket:). Very old rooms and furniture (even broken). the sheets were not clean, an old blanket everything covered in dirt, floors very dirty, no shampoo in the bathroom. The room was filled with the mosqitoes. No drinks and snacks in All Inclusive packages. Horrible food and not much of varieties. Plastic cups even for the coffee. The aqua park is NOT a park, there are just a couple of rusty slides that don’t even work, the jacuzzi hasn’t been cleaned for a while and was filled with insects. This was the dirtiest hotel I've visited., leaky air conditioning, electricity turns on and on every minute, very unpleasant and rusty stuff!!
