Stayed at the Jaz Fayrouz in Sharm in February 2026, my first time in Egypt. The resort is beautiful surroundings with amazing staff who cannot do enough for you. We spent a lot of time around the pool Bar and Ahmed the main bar Man was always with a friendly smile and works hard all day to make sure we were looked after well. The beach is beautiful and the pool staff were great finding sunbeds for us. The food selection was good choice with something for everyone. We ate at the Pirates Bar where you can pay for a meal and drinks, the meal was delicious and service was superb. We will definitely be coming back to Jaz Fayrouz in November 😃🇪🇬🍸💃

Looks beautiful with cabins set in manicured gardens with flowers and palm trees. Also has a prime slice of beach with excellent snorkelling Various restaurant and bar options. However. First world problems, but this chain doesn’t think about the details - officious signs everywhere - don’t step on the grass, don’t pick the flowers etc that look shouty and rude - they need a rewrite and redesign. One of the two big pools was drained and closed - we didn’t realise this would be the case. Room wasn’t ready when we went to check in around 5:30pm. Wi fi code seemed to be secret, only keyed in on our phones by reception - they didn’t tell us it. Info provided in tiny type on a single sheet of paper that was almost unreadable to our ancient eyes. Coffee at breakfast was pretty bad. Prime sunbeds at the pool were reserved by people who only turned up around 2pm, and this was enforced by the attendants upsetting people arriving at 11am to find none available despite saying in the hotel info that reserving sunbeds isn’t possible. I’m sort of surprised the hotel gets such outstanding reviews rather than just good/ok ones to be honest. We did like the pirate bar though and the nice guy that runs it

Our stay at Jaz Fayrouz was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the sea, a clean sandy beach, and crystal-clear water. The территории is beautifully maintained, green, and cozy, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, with regular and high-quality housekeeping. The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help — you truly feel their genuine hospitality.
The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the calm, comfortable, and safe environment.
Jaz Fayrouz is definitely a place we would love to return to. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

❤️I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Beautiful bungalows close to the beach, beautiful vegetation, and wonderful staff. The staff were incredibly smiling and polite; it's clear they work hard to please their guests. Special recognition goes to the entertainment staff! Friendly, smiling young peope entertained us every day: aerobics, yoga, volleyball, shows, and dancing! We weren't bored! We thank the entertainment staff and appreciate their work—they deserve a raise.
❌The downside is the lack of toilets on the beach and very poor hygiene in the spa: very dirty, the same towels used for every guest, and wiping faces with a smelly sponge. Gym and the spa are far from European standards.
🌴It was a very successful vacation with friends!

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are nice and serviced every day. Pools are clean and not too crowded. The beach offers many opportunities for relaxation and there is much to see if you snorkel, including colourful fish and other creatures.
Small shops are a short walk away and you can probably buy literally anything.
