We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya Kemer. Overall, the impression was positive, but there are a few things that could be improved.
On the downside: the hotel clearly needs some renovation, and the rooms feel a bit outdated. Also, there was a bottle labeled as hair conditioner in the bathroom, but it turned out to be empty — a small detail.
On the positive side: the food was excellent and very diverse, with plenty of options for every taste. The evening animation was fun and atmospheric, and the children’s entertainment was well-organized, which makes the hotel great for families. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Another big plus is that there were no pushy sellers of extra services — everything felt calm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s interior and the beautiful evening lighting, which created a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Overall, despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel left a very good impression.

Extremely Disappointing End to an Otherwise Beautiful Stay – Unprofessional and Embarrassing Experience
We recently stayed at this hotel and, up until our departure, it was genuinely one of the best holidays we’ve had. The hotel itself is stunning, the facilities are excellent, and we were having an amazing time with our family.
However, everything changed in the final moments, and I feel compelled to share this experience.
As we were checking out—with three young children in tow—we were suddenly approached by two stern, aggressive men who began showing us video footage of our room. Yes, the room was messy. We have kids. There were towels on the floor, a few things out of place—nothing remotely serious or unusual for a family of five staying in a hotel room. But the way we were treated was absolutely appalling.
They claimed we had caused some kind of damage and said we’d be charged extra. I was completely shocked. We travel frequently—up to four holidays a year—always in five-star hotels, and we’ve never been spoken to like this or accused of anything. Our rooms always look like any lived-in family room: a bit untidy, sure, but never disrespectfully so.
What really pushed it over the edge was their accusation that our kids had drawn on the bed sheet. Yes, there were a couple of felt tip marks—completely washable. I immediately acknowledged this and even offered to pay for the sheet without hesitation. But rather than handle the situation with understanding or professionalism, it felt like we were being ambushed and humiliated. Completely unnecessary and handled with zero grace.
To top it off, the manager suddenly changed his tune and said there was “no issue” at all—only after I made a point of defending myself. So why were we treated like criminals to begin with?
Even worse, today—after we’ve already left—I received a phone call from the hotel asking AGAIN why the room was messy. Ten minutes later, they called back to say there was nothing wrong. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like it.
I expected so much better from a hotel of this supposed standard. The final impression we were left with was embarrassment, frustration, and a sense of being completely disrespected as guests. This completely soured what had otherwise been a lovely stay.
Until the hotel seriously trains their staff in handling guest relations with professionalism and respect—especially families—I cannot recommend it and won’t be returning.

Our stay at the Double Tree by Hilton was superb in every way. The location is beautiful, with the pristine sea and the magnificent mountains around. The food is absolutely best, fresh, delicious, and varied, and always served with the utmost care for details. There is a huge pool at the hotel, where everybody can find space and peace. What stands out at the hotel is fantastic service, all the way from cleaning staff, waiting crew, bartenders, stewards and many more. I honestly admire how smoothly they take care of everything to make our stay so pleasant. This is a place to come back.

This hotel left a great impression. The staff was wonderful – always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was very tasty. The surroundings were well-maintained, beautiful, and cozy. The beach was also impressive – clean and scenic. The drinks were amazing, and the cocktails were simply excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay!

Fantastic 10 days at Hilton Double Tree Kemer!
Staff were great (particularly Funda in the restaurant - she was exceptional) & food was amazing. Highly recommend the smoked meats stall at lunchtime, and the evening bbq a la carte was fantastic experience. We never ate badly once, all the food was incredible.
Great location right on the beach - giving choice of beach or pool. No early morning lounger fights at this hotel, plenty of space and options!
Our room was Mountain View facing the Akra hotel, very peaceful and nice view.
Plenty of amenities and entertainment. Our 4 year old was never bored! The aqua gym classes were great fun.
