Was supposed to stay for one week at this hotel, as we thought we booked a 4-star hotel, (according to their website).
Ended up staying only two nights and then decided to change hotel.
This hotel is (to be nice) a 2 star hotel.
When checking in they told us that there is some problems in our room so we will be given another room for the night. The receptionist told us that we’ll receive our room the following day at 10am.
However the next day when we took our suitcases down to the reception at 10:15 we were asked who told us that we could have our room at 10, and that we would have to wait until 13:00.
The beds were so uncomfortable that we had to try to make them softer by sleeping on our towels AND blankets.
Breakfast OK, no fruits and the bread was dry.
If you wanted a safety box you had to pay extra.
Pool area and snackbar was nice, but if you wanted a sunbed by the pool for the day, you had to reserve them by 07:30 in the morning.
We had to throw away beer bottles and snacks from previous guests by the pool since no one cleaned it after the closing of the pool or before opening.
When checking out we witnessed two Finnish men (with no good English skills) trying to get service by the reception, the receptionist would look at us standing in line and say things like ”where can I buy patience so I can work with people like these”.
Will not return!

Four stars rating is too much for this hotel. It's really old fashioned, the pool area is messy and the beds are rock hard. Nothing is included in the price, you have to pay separately for the air conditioning and the use of the television in the hotel room, even water is chargeable at dinner.
The pluses are the hotel's location near the center of Kos and the friendly staff (despite the rush). We spent a week in this hotel, first and last time.

Stayed here for a week in September 2023 and had a great time. The hotel is in a great location, Kos town is a short taxi ride away, €7 each way. The rooms are what you would expect from a 3 star establishment and are cleaned daily. Breakfast has hot and cold options, and evening meals have a varied selection. The food is of an acceptable standard. Again, exactly what you would expect from a three star hotel. There is a decent size pool, which is where you'll find one of the hotels two bars, serving snacks and light bites in the afternoon and a separate children's pool to the side. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and always available. There is limited free parking. Hiring a car is advised to get the best out of the island.

Location is perfection, the staff are lovely. The food was lovely for what you pay, the rooms are slightly outdated but by no means bad, they’re clean and well kept! The beds are harder than a normal mattress but wasn’t a problem for us, still slept like logs! The balcony’s are beautiful and the pool area is clean, tidy and fun!
The hotel is getting some rather harsh reviews, but all in all very good hotel!! Will be back☺️

The hotel is in a good location with a small beach opposite and 3 nice beach bars . The staff are very helpful and hard working, everyone from the room maids to the restaurant, bar and reception do their best to make your stay enjoyable. The food at breakfast and evening meal is plentiful but a bit repetitive but always something for everyone . The drinks aren't to expensive and the food at the pool bar is enjoyable and good value ..
