I visited the hotel for the first time in early October and would like to share my impressions. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted at the entrance by a polite and smiling staff member who checked us in quickly and professionally. We asked if there was any food available at that time and were directed to the restaurant, where soup, vegetables, and cheese were offered. Although the selection was limited, the gesture was thoughtful and very much appreciated after a long journey.
Accommodation:
The room was clean, however, in my opinion it would benefit from a refreshing renovation. The soundproofing could be improved, and there was a slight sense of dampness in the air. The presence of a bunk bed in a double room used for single occupancy made the room feel smaller, so I would suggest considering an alternative layout for better comfort.
Staff:
The staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. I would like to give special thanks to Ferhat from the lobby bar for his kindness and excellent service. The reception service during one interaction could have been a little warmer and more welcoming, but this did not negatively affect our overall experience.
Dining and Facilities:
The food was varied and enjoyable. There were different themed options or evening programs each night, which added a pleasant atmosphere.
The beach is pebbly and gets deep rather quickly, which may be important to note for families with young children or guests who are not confident swimmers. However, the swimming pool was very well maintained – clean, calm, and perfect for relaxation.
Additional Comfort:
I would like to express my gratitude for the thoughtful gesture from the hotel management. Our transfer to the airport was scheduled for 18:00, and although the official check-out time was 12:00, the manager kindly allowed us to keep the room until 15:00 and continue using the hotel facilities until our departure. This was highly appreciated and left a very positive impression.

We had a lovely stay at the Stella beach end of July 2025. The hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are very friendly and work so hard keeping the place ship shape. Anyone saying it isn’t clean, is looking more at the mess the guests create throughout the day, but the cleaning stuff are constantly on duty. The life guards were brilliant with our 4 boys. Tuna was so welcoming and helpful, as was the reception team. The food was ok, plenty of choice but my advice is to walk round to look at the options so you put together a dinner and not a plate of random stuff you like. Location wise I was disappointed with this, only because I like to be able to walk out of the hotel and there is nothing really around, plus it is on a main road. For those who are happy to stay in the complex this hotel is perfect. Private beach, although pebbled is lovely. Animation team were great, always something happening throughout the day. One thing I would say is some of the Turkish guest were incredibly rude at times and often pushed in and didn’t care, what was more frustrating was the bar staff didn’t bat an eye lid. This is an honest review and value for money this hotel was brilliant. We would recommend to others.

If you’re British don’t visit this hotel, from the moment we walked into the lobby we got the feeling we weren’t welcome. We got given a tiny room overlooking a motor way, to quickly realise we were overlooking a main road and our balcony door didn’t lock. When my partner asked to upgrade the room and said it was tiny the receptionist said ‘you booked through an agency what do you expect’
The food was awful (with no allergens which as a dairy intolerant person is an issue) we were both ill on multiple occasions.
The entertainment team were lovely - hassan and the others were by far the best part of this hotel

More of a 3-star hotel, but overall we had a great time. The food was decent, and the service was consistently good. We noticed the resort was mostly frequented by local Turkish families, so not many people spoke fluent English — but Google Translate came in very handy!
The beach was mostly pebbly with just a bit of sand, so water shoes might come in handy. That said, the pool was clean and well-maintained, and the entertainment team (aka the animation crew) really made our stay and each and every one of them was so friendly!. Step aerobics and water aerobics with Sam were definite highlights!
The staff were always polite and helpful, doing their best to assist despite the language barrier. A fun and relaxing getaway!

Stayed here for 5 nights, this is not a 5 star hotel food was shocking, location was terrible and the people inside and out are just rude, staff are not so bad some rude some polite and helpful, I would never recommend stopping here or coming back myself when we got there we were given a box room not even big enough to stand up in which then we had to upgrade for a £75 charge this room was not shown on the photos nor can we see, also there is pictures online of maggots in the food avoid stopping here. The only decent thing about this hotel is the rooms r clean to a standard
