The hotel welcome was excellent, with warm, friendly and always helpful staff. The housekeeping team did a remarkable job: the rooms were clean, well maintained and carefully looked after every day. The animation/entertainment team was dynamic and friendly, creating a great atmosphere throughout the stay.
The meals were good, although there could have been a wider selection of specialties.
The bar staff was truly wonderful: the whole team was pleasant, friendly, helpful and very kind. You immediately feel welcome, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. A real pleasure to spend time there, thank you all!
A very nice experience overall, thanks to the entire hotel team!

January 2026 stay
To all the complaining people:
What are you talking about?
The hotel is located 100m from the beach,
The pool is always warm because it's sheltered from the wind.
The food is okay, the chef supervises meals and makes sure nothing is missing.
The rooms are large, clean, and regularly cleaned.
The staff are always smiling and helpful.
The all-inclusive drinks selection is extensive; drinks come with ice and lemon/orange.
To those who write that the pool isn't heated.....
People!!!
This is a budget 3-star hotel, but it's a very good value.
The value for money here is fantastic.
There's even Tabasco sauce, which I couldn't find in 5-star hotels.
If you're looking for luxury, pay 10 times more and don't complain.
I recommend this place!

Overall this is decent accomodation for the price. All the staff we met are friendly and helpful.
The room (310) was spacious and had a good balcony to relax on. The linen is clean and I slept very well.
The bathroom is generally ok but tired. The condition of the bath is very poor. They could do with getting rid of the bath and having it tiled as a shower only.
We stayed as Bed & Breakfast. Again, I realise we didn't splash out on the cost of the holiday but the cooked food for breakfast was cheap, bland and barely luke warm.
Location, if you don't mind walking or getting a taxi everywhere you're ok. We found a commercial centre around 10 minutes walk away that had great bars and restaurants. To walk to the main centre was a further 15 minutes ish.

Extremely serious and unacceptable experience.
Due to a truly dramatic personal situation, with my partner currently hospitalized with no discharge date, we were forced to give up our trip. I requested a change of dates, not a refund, and provided an official medical certificate from the hospital.
The hotel’s response was simply indecent: the request was rejected with no explanation whatsoever, no email, no justification, no human contact at all. Just an automatic “request rejected” message through the Booking app. This is not customer service — it is complete disregard for the guest.
The property deliberately chose to keep the full amount already paid, despite being fully aware of the documented medical situation, and then resold the same room for 7 nights during high season at a higher rate. Calling this behavior unfair would be an understatement: it is pure opportunism.
Policies do not justify the total lack of humanity, communication, and professionalism. This is not about flexibility, but about basic respect for customers.
I strongly advise against this hotel to anyone who expects even a minimum level of fairness when facing serious and unexpected circumstances.

I just had a 5 days all inclusive in this Hotel and have to say I have mixed feelings, in General the hotel is really good, BUT.. there's a lot to improve.
We initially booked this hotel as we loved what the pools looked like, however they were a big let down! They were insanely COLD! Which made it basically impossible to use them. (They were much colder than the sea water and it was November time) so that was a big let down cause we didn't use them, they also charge to use the spa and the indoor jacuzzi, which I thought it was included in the all inclusive.
Internet, there's no WiFi in the rooms or communal areas apart than the main reception, once you're past reception there's not even signal to use your own Data so the whole time we had to keep going to reception to check our phones. Ideally they need to solve this ASAP
The entertainment was absolutely awful, in sure if it's because it's November, however, the hotel was busy. There should be more, budget for the entertainment.
The all inclusive drinks, well, they were ok, however I hated that you're extremely limited and that cocktail of the day rule, I tried the cocktail of the day everyday and they were terrible, HOWEVER, the staff at the bar was incredibly nice and helpful so they will try offer something else that adjust to the all inclusive rules. (Big shout out to all the Bar staff who were excellent)
Food, now, for we paid I wasn't expecting much from the restaurant, however they really surprised us! Everyday the food was to die for, and the amount of selections and options were extremely good. The amount of variety on the salads was really good too, in general the Food was really really good, well done to the kitchen team for the great food and the logistics at the restaurant.
The location was really good too, there are bus stops close by, so you can get around easily and be in Grandes Playas in less than 10mins.
I would definitely be back, but please sort out the freezing pools!
