This hotel is a good base if you wanna go exploring we were away from the main pool and had a quieter pool right next to our room. This pool was great apart from the walk to bar and restaurant were quite far. Food was okay always had chips and pasta, me and my partner are quite fussy but managed to always find something however had to eat out at end of the week due to lack of veg in our systems. Main Pools were big but we didn’t use these. Shame about the no floaties rule as we had brought our own but couldn’t use. There was also a no saving sunbeds rule but still saw plenty of towels on sunbeds with no people. Don’t do cocktails apart from 1 special cocktail a day which on all inclusive was a massive shame. Only have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer but clothes came out still wet. They said towels get changed every 2 days and bedding every 4 however our towels only got changed once and bedding never got changed. Both sets of towels had countless stains on them. Hot water didn’t work for 3 days. Woman on reception was lovely and friendly and incredibly helpful with all our issues. WiFi and signal is a big issue says we have signal but doesn’t work and the WiFi is shocking don’t think it’s worked once our entire trip. Despite my review this hotel has heaps of potential and like I said is a good base as it’s a short walk away from a couple shops and restaurants and around a 20 minute walk from the main strip. This hotel has been taken over by a new company so I’m sure all of this will be being fixed in due course. If I had to sum this place up with 1 good and 1 bad, the good would be the staff they have all been incredible and the bad would be lack of good WiFi and signal

Hotel was good, food let’s say: lunch and dinner really good, breakfast- every day the same (English breakfast of somone really like it)
Staff and hotel service were great!
Really friendly people, restaurant clean just a bit busy sometimes.
Really nice pools.
4stars for room because our air con was not working,
WiFi it’s really poor connection, so if you would like to check your phone evening time the best idea is go to reception.
And seriously bad point for hotel “towel reservation of sunbeds”.
One day I just want try to have a look and yes, 6am towels on sunbeds🤣💪
So if you would like to lay and relax close to pool… you know what to do 💪😆
Otherwise great hotel!
Highly recommend ;)

We have been to this hotel twice now. Management has been taken over and the slides/upgraded children’s pools are great for the children. The current entertainers (especially Juliet & Andrea) are outstanding, great with the children and a fantastic asset to this place. The bar staff have lovely personalities and learn to know your drinks pretty quick haha. The full team of staff make this place what it is, Paul on reception is a great laugh. The entertainment is 100x better than it was 18 months ago and hopefully with some more food varieties/themed food nights, this place could be better. The food has been a massive let down for us, my girls have lived on chips and spaghetti for 2 weeks (minus the nights we ate out). If you aren’t up for 6am, you aren’t getting a sunbed either. Some sunbeds have been absolutely awful and have probably been here for years. There isn’t enough sunbeds or seats/tables for how many people are currently in this place. The entertainment rooms/seating areas need expanding and many many more sunbeds need buying. I wish this place good luck for the future.

A fairly general hotel with some odd rules and non English-speaking staff, but it has a real DIAMOND In the Spa. An atmosphere I have never felt before, the most beautiful lady I have ever met who is even more beautiful inside. "Maria" not only made the experience the best I can remember, but she knows how to deal with muscle problems.
Having permanent Achilles damage, she worked the calf and thigh muscles to such a point that I was pain free for days.
I cant't praise her enough. She is a truly rare Diamond
A heavenly lady if I ever met one.

We have just come back from a 10 day holiday at Aloe, we loved the place, needs updating in parts but nothing major really.
We had 2 rooms the 1 me, my wife and youngest son was in was great, cleaned every 2days.
The 1 my 2 eldest had no aircon all holiday, we told the reception staff everyday, there where really good trying to get it sorted, but unfortunately it never got sorted. The Italian restaurant wasn't open at all whilst we was there which was very disappointing. It would be nice if it had a little shop on site, the nearest shop is about 12 mins away. The food was good typical all inclusive food, my kids got bored sometimes of the food. Most of the staff where very friendly, the pools are nice but cold and it doesn't help that fuerteventura is a very windy place, there isn't enough sunbeds, if you dont get your towels down early you dont get a bed. Me and my wife went down at 6 and there where already towels on most of the beds. The WiFi was really bad, it worked 1 minute then didnt the next! But we did really like the holiday and glad we picked to go there.
