I recently stayed at Aydinbey Queens Palace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices at every meal, and the service in the restaurants was always attentive and friendly. What really made my stay special was the guest relations team. They were always smiling, professional, and ready to help with any request. They provided useful information, solved small issues quickly, and made sure guests felt welcome and cared for. The pool area and beach were also amazing, offering plenty of space to relax.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Aydinbey Queens Palace to anyone looking for excellent service and a warm atmosphere.

So, I'd rate the hotel an 7/10. The hotel is clean, the all-inclusive option is very good, food, drinks, and towels for the sunbeds are available at all times. The staff is friendly. Greetings to Nichita, he was very helpful, the guest manager , and the pleasant, tall gentleman with glasses from the guest services department. The only things I missed were fresh juices, which they didn't have, more fruits and a gluten-free stand. The kitchen prepared gluten-free dishes for my daughter, but I had to ask for them every day. At breakfast, we also had to wait for bread. I think the hotel should consider a small gluten-free stand with bread, cereals, and pastries.

The service from the staff was quite shocking. But I thought to myself, no place is perfect, there's always going to be bad experiences etc. Now having gone to a different place this year (Voyage Sorgun), and other hotels/resorts in other countries, I realise that I was just excusing the poor treatment and justifying their avoidable mistakes.
Ofcourse there's always going to be bad experiences but it's how they're dealt with that is important. I explained to the guest relations manager that the staff I'd encountered had been rude or dismissive. E.g it seems like they favour a certain type of guest from specific countries, as I found myself getting served after these other guests multiple times. The guest relations manager however told me that the staff has no prejudice, it was probably a misunderstanding etc.
I also told her how a staff member got my drink order wrong, when I corrected him he simply laughed and gestured the next person to come forward to serve. I told this to the guest relations manager but she once again made excuses for the staff member. In all the instances I mentioned, not ONCE did anyone apologise or take accountability for their mistake.
Other than that, the Al a carte food was disappointing. Considering it costs extra, the dessert I was given was the same they served in the buffet. And my main was cold. And yes ofcourse I mentioned it to the waiter but he dismissed it saying it was the correct temperature and they don't want to serve it too hot to the guests.
The buffet food was nice, the room was decent, there was just essential things missing. E.g spoons weren't set out, I had to ask a waiter for them. Usually in other places, all cutlery is set out, not here though. And the soft drinks tasted extremely watered down. The tv in the room wasn't working.
Having been to other hotels and resorts, I realised this place is severely lacking.

We had a wonderful stay here. The food was delicious and plentiful, with something available almost all the time. One of the best surprises was the fresh, hot food also being served along the beach — something we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The swimming pools were extremely clean, and there were plenty of them to choose from.
We were travelling with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old daughters and had no problem finding space and activities for them. They especially loved the daily children’s show, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The live grill station offered every day was a fantastic bonus alongside the regular meals. Room service was prompt, and the rooms were always neat and clean.
Most importantly, the hotel staff and management were very considerate, understanding, and genuinely focused on creating a positive experience for guests.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and what impressed me most was the outstanding guest relations service. From the very first day, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. They were always approachable, ready to answer questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Whether it was helping with reservations, recommending activities, or simply checking in to see if everything was fine, their attention and professionalism stood out.
The guest relations staff also handled requests quickly and with a genuine smile, which created a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. They showed great patience and courtesy when dealing with different needs, making every guest feel important. It was clear that they cared deeply about guest satisfaction and worked hard to maintain a high standard of service.
Beyond the excellent guest relations, the hotel offered clean rooms, a wide variety of food, and beautiful facilities, but what truly made the experience memorable was the personal touch and kindness of the guest relations team. Thanks to them, my holiday felt special, relaxing, and unforgettable.
