We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness.

The hotel offers very good value for money. We stayed there for 9 days and, despite some minor drawbacks, we were very satisfied. The drinks were good, including imported alcohol such as whisky. There was always enough food, we never went hungry, and the food was also very tasty. There was also a snack bar with delicious handmade pizza and tasty tortillas. Everyone could find something for themselves.
We had a few issues, but every problem was solved quickly by the staff and with a smile.
One big positive point about the service is that we also lost some items of significant value, and everything was found at reception and returned to us by the staff.
I am surprised by some reviews from people complaining about the distance to the beach or to Land of Legends. The hotel description clearly says that there is a shuttle bus to the beach, and Land of Legends is a 14-minute walk away, which is actually a nice opportunity for an evening walk, unless you are so drunk that you cannot even manage that.
People pay reasonable money for a new 5-star hotel in Belek and then expect the staff to carry them to the restaurant on a throne. The value for money is excellent: there is plenty of food, good alcohol, entertainment for children and adults, and a great animation team organizing water polo and darts every day.
Very professional service and quality from Nikita, who was very helpful and friendly, as well as Gulcan and Ali from the bar, the entire reception team, the animation team, and the housekeeping ladies, who practically work 24/7 and are very kind.
We have stayed in many more expensive locations and hotels, where the standard was worse than here.
The only thing we are disappointed with is Belek itself, where there is basically nothing apart from Land of Legends, but this is not the hotel’s fault.
I truly recommend the hotel.

Great hotel for a family vacation! The location is very convenient, right next to The Land of Legends, which makes it easy to enjoy the attractions nearby. The food was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options every day. The large swimming pool was a huge attraction for the children and provided lots of fun throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to families!

Our stay at the hotel was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and that set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special mention must go to Dilyara at the reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, helped us with everything we needed, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her kindness and dedication really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay.
The hotel itself has so much to offer that it’s hard to know where to begin. The facilities are exceptional — the spa is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect escape after a long day. We also enjoyed the massage services, which were top-notch and left us feeling completely refreshed. The gym is very well-equipped, clean, and ideal whether you want a quick workout or a full training session.
Everything about the hotel reflects quality and attention to detail, from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about anything.

The hotel its self is great.
The rooms are great and the house keeping service is great too.
I became very unwell on holiday and asked for a doctor, I was told there was no doctor as it was out of hours, I asked the young boy to call me an ambulance as I can't breath properly, he looked at me blankly. I left and
I had to struggle walking to a pharmacy down the road to get an ambulance.
When I spoke to the guest service manager the next day ( I was still unwell) he tried to quite me down and said, well youre better now, to which I replied, I wasnt. There's much more to this. But I spent most of ny holiday in the riom as when I was sat still I was ok but walking was so bad. I flew home, I had to ask for oxygen on the plane. I went to my local A&E department, I had a double pulmonary Embolism, I could of died. The hospital team, said it was a miracle I didnt die. The hotel need to do better, when it comes to someone asking for help when unwell. I will never come back to this hotel.
The guest manager knew I was unwell and never checked on me knowing I was in my room unwell.
