I recently had the pleasure of staying at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is perfect for guests of all ages, offering something for everyone. The highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment — we were always looking forward to 9:30 PM each evening when the entertainment began. It was top-tier, and we thoroughly enjoyed each performance.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. When we encountered an issue with our first room (the balcony door wasn't properly sealed, and we were dealing with strong winds during our visit), the noise and draft made it difficult to sleep. However, once we reported it to reception, they swiftly moved us to a new room with no issues. That was much appreciated and speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
As for the food, I found it to be a bit repetitive after a few days, and the taste lacked some variety. While it was decent, I was hoping for more exciting flavors. On the other hand, the customer service was impeccable. Whether we were just hanging out in the lobby or asking for help, the staff was always around and eager to assist.
In conclusion, despite a few small drawbacks with the food, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely consider visiting again!

We had a great time in Turkey, and our hotel stay was mostly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Rami, the receptionist, made us feel welcome. He was warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which really made a difference to our experience.
The room itself was lovely spacious, clean, and with really comfortable beds. We slept well every night, and the room service was excellent. They were quick, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed.
We went for the all-inclusive option, and overall, it was worth it. Having unlimited access to food, drinks, and services made things easy and stress-free. The only real downside was the food. While there were plenty of healthy choices, the main meals were quite oily, and the menu didn’t change much. After a few days, dinner became a bit repetitive, which was a shame.
That said, we’d still recommend the hotel. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were comfortable, and we had a really enjoyable stay. With a bit more variety in the food, it would have been even better!

It’s worth noting that I’m giving this review from the perspective of a couple with no kids - we very much get the vibe this hotel is far more of a family type place than what we were used too.
The drinks (provided with the inclusive deal) were pretty bad. Not only in terms of choice but quality.
Food was excellent, seriously. It was flawless. The only thoughts we had would be that it was not Turkish. We liked the idea of visiting Turkey and having Turkish food.
The local area was our main issue, but again, our perspective was that of not having kids. During peak season I expect it to be busy and great for family’s looking to relax
The beach was ace with free sun loungers.
It’s worth noting that the hotel will sell you bus tickets at a premium price, walk down to the bus stop at the end of the road (2 minutes walk) and pay contactless with your phone or card, it costs less than £1 to go to the city opposed to the near £10 the hotel will charge you or £40 for a taxi.
Head to the Old Town and enjoy a walk around the shops - meet the people!
