Great holiday, really friendly and helpful staff all round. Late night food too which was a bonus, there was a big variety of food and the pizza was 5*! The only slight negative was the location, walking isn't really an option, but they have taxis on site so getting to the nearest town is easily accessible. The apartment was great, the room was great really spacious and there were great views. The private beach section was really good, drinks and food available and transport to and from.

Incredible staff that are so friendly and happy to help with any problem! Location is tucked away in the mountains and has beautiful scenery over the valley or out towards sea. Staff are happy to chat and the taxi service takes you outside of the resort for reasonable prices too! I recommend for a relaxed holiday.
We emailed ahead to get a room on a lower floor (medical issue in the party) and they were happy to accommodate as well! Just a warning though, the resort is on a mountain, be aware there’s a lot of slopes and hills to climb up lol

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid Unique Residents Hotel Golf & Spa.
Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. From the moment we arrived at 11 PM after a long journey, the issues began. The hotel had mixed up our rooms, which led to unnecessary delays and confusion at check-in.
Once we finally got into our rooms, we were shocked to find they hadn’t been cleaned. The rooms were in poor condition with multiple maintenance issues: broken toilets, non-functioning kettles, shower with no hot water, and curtains falling off the rails. In the so-called "superior suite," the washing machine didn’t work and when we raised the issue, we were casually told “it is what it is.”
The staff were not only unhelpful but outright rude. They lied repeatedly about room availability and cleaning schedules and laughed in our faces when we expressed concerns. There was absolutely no sense of professionalism or courtesy.
The food offered was limited and extremely poor in quality. When we asked if they catered to vegetarians, they dismissed us with a laugh and told us to just eat salad. Even the plates handed to guests were dirty and oily.
Booking activities through the hotel was another nightmare. Although they promised high standards, they demanded cash payments—despite having a card machine—clearly to allow middlemen to take a cut. Pickups and drop-offs were always delayed by 30 minutes or more, with no communication whatsoever. This was in stark contrast to the activities we later booked independently.
Basic services were non-existent. There were no bell boys to assist with luggage across the steep hills on the premises. We were told to collect our own fresh towels and water from reception. Room service and even setting up a requested sofa bed became a DIY task—the staff member who eventually came asked us to help him make the bed.
One of the worst moments was being stranded at a beach by a hotel-associated taxi driver who we called and had said he will arrive in 20 mins, who later ignored our calls forcing us to find our own way back through another taxi company 45 mins after searching the area.
The hotel constantly smelled of sewage. The WiFi barely worked, and there were no instructions provided in the rooms for calling reception. On the last day, we were told our checkout was at 5 PM—which suited our airport transfer—but then were stopped during lunch and told to vacate the room by 12 PM. After arguing, they allowed us until 2 PM but continued to call us liars despite clear miscommunication on their part. This gaslighting behavior was a pattern throughout our stay.
Finally, upon arrival, we were told that a “5-star all-inclusive hotel in Turkey is not the same as in Europe.” While we understood that standards may differ, there is no excuse for the appalling treatment, lack of basic hospitality, and blatant disrespect we endured.
This was our first trip to Turkey, and thanks to this experience, likely our last with Unique Residents Hotel Golf & Spa. We spent 6 nights and 7 days feeling unwelcome, ignored, and disappointed. We would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

A Complete Letdown – Will Never Return
Our experience at Unique Residents Hotel Golf & Spa was truly disappointing. We arrived late at 11 PM, exhausted from a long flight, only to find that the hotel had made a mess of our room reservations. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and we were left waiting.
Once we finally got into our room, it was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned. There were multiple issues: broken toilets, no hot water in the shower, curtains that were falling off, and a kettle that didn’t work. In the so-called “superior suite,” the washing machine didn’t work, and when we mentioned it, the staff’s response was a shrug and “It is what it is.”
The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They lied to us about room availability and cleaning schedules, and when we complained, they laughed at us. We were made to feel completely unwelcome.
The food was terrible, with a very limited selection. When we asked about vegetarian options, the response was a dismissive, “Just have a salad.” Even the plates were dirty and greasy.
When we booked activities through the hotel, we were told to pay in cash, even though they had a card machine—likely to benefit middlemen. Pickup and drop-off times were always delayed, and we were left waiting for long periods without any communication from the hotel.
Service was basically nonexistent. We had to carry our own luggage up steep hills, and when we needed towels or water, we were told to go to reception ourselves. The staff even asked us to help them set up a sofa bed in our room. It was beyond frustrating.

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs
I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
After arriving exhausted at 11 PM, we were greeted with disorganisation—our rooms had been mixed up, creating unnecessary delays and stress.
The rooms we were eventually given were dirty and run-down. The shower had no hot water, the toilets didn’t flush properly, and basic appliances like the kettle were out of order. In our suite, the washing machine didn’t work and staff offered no solution besides a dismissive response.
We were appalled by how rude and unhelpful the staff were. They misled us multiple times and made jokes at our expense when we raised genuine concerns.
Food options were severely lacking. When we asked if there were vegetarian meals, they smirked and told us to eat salad. Even worse, the dishes being served on were clearly not washed properly.
Excursions booked through the hotel were chaotic. They insisted on cash payments and provided little to no information about the schedules. Pickup times were always late and coordination was poor compared to third-party tours we booked later.
Even basic services like room service, towel delivery, and luggage assistance were ignored. We were forced to carry our bags up steep hills ourselves and collect our own supplies. One staff member even asked us to help him make the bed we had requested in advance.
