The hotel is absolutely stunning.
Everywhere we went, we were truly amazed by the beauty of this place.
It offers several amazing restaurants and outstanding service.
What impressed me the most was the personalized experience, especially having a dedicated Joy Advisor at our disposal.
I have to highlight Marina, our Joy Advisor, who helped us reserve restaurants, sent us the daily hotel schedule, gave us great tips, and was always available to assist with anything we needed.
Lujo Hotel is truly a place my family and I will definitely return to.

Unsafe, unclean, and unapologetic — not what you expect from a luxury hotel
We stayed at Lujo Hotel expecting a five-star experience. What we encountered instead were serious health and safety risks, shocking oversights, and a complete lack of responsibility from management.
First, a technician’s ladder was left inside our room, while my son and a two-year-old child were present — a clear safety hazard that could have caused injury. Even worse, we then found stones under my pillow, which my child could easily have put in their mouth or swallowed. That’s not just careless — it’s dangerous.
As if that weren’t enough, our bed sheets were not changed, and general cleanliness was not up to the standards the hotel claims to offer.
Despite raising these issues with the hotel:
• I received no formal apology from senior management,
• There was no proper explanation for how any of this happened,
• And the only gesture offered was a room upgrade for a future paid visit, which is unacceptable. They wanted me to come again after this issues
I also have emails and what’s apps from the hotel and what sort of responses I got which I am happy to share
This experience completely ruined our holiday. I’ve now escalated the matter to Jet2holidays, the Civil Aviation Authority, and relevant consumer bodies — and will continue to pursue it until it’s properly addressed.
Luxury branding means nothing without basic safety, cleanliness, and accountability. Families: think twice before booking here.

If you are looking for peaceful vocation then you should avoid this hotel. The property maybe stylish and looks nice on photo but in reality there is no soul and relaxation experience. You will be torture with their rubbish loud music everywhere from noon till 1:30 am you won’t be able to open a balcony at night because techno loud music is playing throughout the property and there is no place to hide from it. There rooms are not soundproof for that. If you are already booked bring enough earplugs or boozed yourself to be able to sleep. I booked this hotel for 6 nights and had to move out after first night it was nightmare. They don’t care about your peace at night. They try to please few drunkards at their club who wants to party everyday until 1:30 am!!! They not aware of quite hours. Sleepless nights guarantee and not worth their design and not delicious meals.

Beautiful Place, but Children's Safety and Food Freshness Need Improvement
We stayed at Luju Bodrum in the fall, and overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is beautifully located, luxurious, and the staff is friendly. However, unfortunately, the Kid’s Club did not meet our expectations. It was not clean enough, and the caregivers seemed inexperienced and not very engaged. Children did not feel safe there, which should never be the case in a high-class hotel.
There is a definite need for better supervision of children and stricter hygiene and care standards. The quality of food for the youngest guests should also be improved – it should be fresh, healthy, and tailored to their needs. Another important aspect is warm water in the children’s pools, so they can play comfortably.
Another issue was the desserts – unfortunately, they were not always fresh, which is absolutely unacceptable. It would be better to prepare fewer desserts but ensure they are fresh and delicious every day. Several times, we had to return a dessert because it was stale. The staff member apologized and provided a fresh one, but in a hotel of this standard, such situations should not happen at all. There should never be desserts that are several days old. This is a place where not only adults but also small children and people with different health conditions eat. Freshness must be a priority.
The hotel has enormous potential, but it needs to focus more on the comfort and safety of its youngest guests, as well as the quality of the food served. If these issues are addressed, this place could truly be exceptional.

Don’t book this hotel. It’s not possible to sleep there. They have terrible techno music shows everyday until 1:30-2 am EVERY NIGHT. YOU WONT BE ABLE TO HIDE FROM THE NOISE. I had to move out after first nightmare night even tho I booked 6 night. I couldn’t sleep there. I don’t understand why they playing this terrible music that late if it’s quite hours. Food is also terrible there! Just waist of money. There are plenty other nice hotels in Bodrum. If unfortunately you booked it already and not able to cancel bring plenty earplugs!!! It’s like sleeping on the dance floor.
