                                        We stayed at Titanic Luxury Collection Bodrum from 16–23 October. The place itself is beautiful with amazing facilities, stunning location, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The guest relations and service staff were honestly fantastic, so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really are the reason this resort gets such great reviews, and they deserve all the credit.
The first few days were great and we were really enjoying ourselves. But halfway through our stay, things completely changed. The hotel hosted a private event, which we were never told about when booking or even when we checked in.
For three nights in a row, no one could sleep as guests from the event were shouting, partying, and playing loud music in their rooms and pools until 5 a.m. It was awful, especially for families with kids. We complained several times, as did other guests, but management did absolutely nothing to control the situation or help those affected.
When we checked out, there was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, no offer of compensation, absolutely nothing. It felt like management didn’t care at all about the comfort of their regular guests.
It’s such a shame, because the resort and everyday staff are amazing. But the way management handled this was really poor, and it completely ruined what started as a lovely holiday.

                                        Great vacation! Absolutely recommended! The quality and variety of the food were unbelievably good. There were 3–4 (included in the price) à la carte restaurants (some with an extra charge in the evening) and a very good buffet restaurant with a huge selection. At the beach and pool, you can order drinks directly via QR code, so there’s no need to go to the bar or order verbally from a waiter.
Our guest service (Arda Ariş and Ece Dokumacı) was also absolutely amazing — they were simply fantastic! Super easy to contact via a WhatsApp group, always available, and they responded to any requests or reservation inquiries within just a few minutes. Even my glasses, which I had forgotten on the beach, were returned to me thanks to them. Both are truly wonderful!
There are more than enough sunbeds available. At the pool, they’re never all taken, and even at noon it’s still possible to find a spot in the front row on the beach.                                         A picturesque hotel, furnished with meticulous attention to detail. This is exactly what I expect from a perfect place for relaxation and fun on the Aegean coast. The rooms, restaurants, beach, sauna, and other attractions ensure a comfortable stay. The phenomenal availability and variety of local delicacies, European and themed dishes (steaks, Italian, and Eastern cuisine). The selection of alcohol, sweets, and snacks will satisfy even the most discerning palate. The staff is very dedicated – unobtrusive, with a great deal of care and understanding for the most unusual whims of guests using the "ultra" formula. They always made our stay pleasant with a polite smile. It's also worth smiling at everyone when asking for service and being served with respect for the local saying "Yavaş yavaş." In October, I spent time there with colleagues, unfortunately only for a few days, but I think coming here with family is the optimal solution for a 10-day stay to take advantage of the attractions available at the Titanic. Even off-season, you can count on additional attractions like shows, concerts, and parties at the hotel's Crab Club located on the beach. I think even the youngest children have plenty of attractions and places to play – swimming pools, a water park, rooms with ball areas, etc. Fortunately, my kids are already traveling on their own, so I'm not specifically looking for children's attractions, but it's clear that the hotel is equally prepared to accommodate families with small children and large groups of friends, as well as organizing multi-day corporate events.

                                        Hotel is placed in a cozy bay, very nice sea without any waves, easy to swim. We got the swim-up, it is spacious and enjoyable with nice pillows and storage areas for your luggage and clothes. Room cleaning service was excellent, our room was always clean and fresh despite our mess. Food and drinks were top notch, definitely try Hasır if you are into kebabs. The best part is the guest assistants, Ms. Esra and Ms. Hazal have helped us by taking care of the most minute wishes of me and my girlfriend. They are very helpful and easy to communicate. Definitely try Irish Pub, Ms. Nazlı and Mrs. Öyküm deliver amazing cocktails.                                         Heaven on Earth – What an Amazing Vacation!
This was by far the most beautiful, relaxing, and luxurious vacation we’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
The facilities are exceptional and clearly designed with great attention to detail. At first glance, the layout might seem unusual, but once you’re there, you truly appreciate how everything seamlessly flows together—a testament to the brilliance of the architects. For example, the stage is visible from many areas around the resort, ensuring that no matter when you arrive for a show, you’ll always find a good spot.
There’s a fantastic range of options available, including a sports bar, a patisserie, a rooftop seating area, a shisha bar, an Irish bar, plus dedicated coffee, ice cream, and waffle stations—and much more. You’re never far from something delightful. In fact, most of the time, you don’t even need to walk anywhere; the friendly staff are always nearby, ready to help.
Speaking of the staff: upon arrival, you are assigned two personal assistants. For us, it was Esra Hanım and Hazal Hanım, and they truly elevated our stay. Whatever we needed was taken care of immediately—it felt like the word “no” simply didn’t exist in their vocabulary. We’d also like to express our gratitude to Zaide Hanım, who went above and beyond to fulfill a last-minute request just in time. A big heartfelt thank you again to Hazal Hanım, Esra Hanım, and Zaide Hanım for their exceptional service.
We must also mention the Kids Club—we’ve never seen such a professionally run childcare facility at a resort. Some private kindergartens aren’t even this well-organized or well-staffed. You can choose the level of supervision you want for your child, and parents can track their child’s location through an app. If they get hungry, they can eat at the Kids Club’s own dining area. Here, a special thanks goes to Melisa Hanım and Ayşegül Hanım for taking such wonderful care of our children.
Lastly, the five à la carte restaurants deserve a mention. Each offers a unique dining experience. Our special thanks go to Tarkan Bey (Steak House) and Aysun Hanım (Hasır Restaurant) for their outstanding food and service—though the service at all the restaurants was equally impressive.
Long story short, this was our first stay at the Titanic Luxury Collection, and we already can’t wait to return.
