Dining

The buffet restaurant's on the roof, and the al fresco terrace offers up top-notch views of the bay. Food-wise, the chefs rustle up everything from made-to-order omelettes to Turkish kebabs. The four à la carte eateries serve Ottoman, Italian, Chinese and fish. The hotel has its own bakery, and around the complex there's a patisserie and a hot dog stand.

All-inclusive

If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant.
