We were staying for 10 nights but by the end of our holiday we didn't want to go home so we stayed another 4 nights.
We were in a deluxe sea view. The view "oh my goodness" stunning, comfortable, immaculate. The best shower ever
Staff, absolutely amazing.
Food and drink is good, Italian restaurant in the afternoon was a treat. Again , the staff were just brilliant. Especially Mustafa Aydin
Pools are calm and extremely clean too. The infinity pool is spectacular
The coffee in the tea garden was prefect
We will definitely be back
There are so many lovely areas to sit in and never felt too busy

I've been here since yesterday, I've enjoyed the atmosphere so much. The view is fascinating, the food isn't always ready and completely ordinary but the pools are very clean. I don't love the the room as the view isn't private enough. I need to add that the staff can act more plite! the drink is awesome. This place has a great gym! Also the entertainment team are the friendliest staff I've ever seen at any hotel in turkey. I like it here. Thank you for your perfect service!

Everything was great, rooms were cleaned everyday, minibar always full, staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Sea is really beautiful, the water is super and the service is outstanding. Loved the food too. Lot of programs everyday for all type of ages, it really never gets boring, plus there is the animation team that will make sure your time here is filled with positive energy and great experience. Absolutely loved and enjoyed this place.

We really enjoyed our vacation at the blue dreams resort. We got a deluxe rooms for free, which we were absolutely not expecting. The employees were also very kind and gave us nice opportunities to make our trip more beautiful than we could imagine.

We stayed at Blue Dreams resort in late august, upon our late arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the resort, the facilities and the stunning views.
There’s a multitude of bars, restaurant and snack facilities and ultimately everything you could need within the resort. Look past this and actually the hotel lacks so many things and needs a little TLC.
The rooms are equipped with mini bars which include a variety of soft drinks which are restocked daily, ours wasn’t working on the first night however after reporting this to reception, it was promptly repaired. The mini bar is refreshed every morning, much to our frustration in some ways as we were woken up daily by the refreshment man knocking on the door.
As for the room itself, was basic but modern, with a small balcony equipped with a table and two chairs, in reality the table meant the balcony was inaccessible due to the small size of this. The rooms were visited daily by housekeeping who appeared to simply neaten up the bed and offer very little else in terms of a cleaning service.
The room, like a lot of the resort lacked an attention to detail and throughout was frequented with various holes (likely for maintenance reasons).
The bathroom was spacious and featured a powerful shower, toilet and sink area. On a couple of occasions we experienced issues with the water supply however this was resort wide and rectified quickly. The toilet however would take around 15-20 minutes to refill meaning there was a long wait between being able to flush between uses.
On a couple of occasions there was a strong smell of cannabis in the room, from the neighbouring guests- however the hotel is not at fault for this.
The resort offers free wifi to guests which at best is pointless and unreliable and offers a very poor, often non existent connection in most areas. The entertainment provided in the amphitheatre was pretty decent, we especially enjoyed the Brazilian show.
The pools, whilst looking beautiful at first glance are rather dirty, missing tiles and like the rest of the resort, often surrounded by litter/plant debris. Whilst there the Infinity pool and indoor swimming pool were both closed for several days. This isn’t too much of a big deal considering getting a sun lounger around the pool area is near on impossible most days.
The beach area is made up of what appears to be builders sand rather than traditional sand that you’d expect at a beach and whilst small is surrounded by good amenities to make your visit comfortable. The beach areas is also very rocky offering an uncomfortable experience entering/exiting the sea.
The resort as a whole seems very understaffed and the staff that are there work extremely long hours. The resort could benefit from a team of people to ensure that pathways and stairways are kept clear. For the duration of our stay the staircase towards our room was littered with the same dead bugs and plant debris throughout suggesting nobody is responsible for this.
The understaffing often means large queues at the bars and being left throughout the duration of your meal without a drink of any kind. On some occasions being left to clear the table and obtain your own cutlery.
The food in the hotel was great, it varied each night and whilst some nights were better than others remained pretty decent.
All staff that we encountered were pleasant however would regularly prioritise other turkish guests over other nationalities, often also providing them with premium branded spirits whilst providing other nationalities with the cheaper equivalent.
The resort is very large and on a very steep incline so wouldn’t be somewhere I’d recommend to elderly or guests with disabilities. There are 2 lifts on sit however due to the sheer number of guests these are insufficient and often require quite a lengthy wait to use.
Overall our visit to blue dreams was satisfactory and despite lots of negative factors were redeemed somewhat by the beautiful views, friendly staff, variety of facilities available and the decent quality of food.
