New Travel Vibes
stayed in this hotel with my wife in a suite.
This hotel is one of the best I have ever visited.
Comfort
Safety
Kindness
These qualities were present every single day.
There are many restaurants, all with excellent quality. The food was really good, tasty, and simply wonderful.
The hotel beach is great, divided into a quiet adults-only area (18+) for relaxation, and a family area that is not too crowded. In both areas you can really enjoy a top experience.
The whole property is maintained to the highest standards.
The reception is excellent, with amazing staff.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel instantly welcome. The service was impeccable, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every meal was a delight – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The beach was pristine and perfectly relaxing, offering stunning views and the ideal spot to unwind. Entertainment and activities were fun, engaging, and thoughtfully organized. Everything about Lujo exceeded expectations – it truly feels like a magical escape where every detail is taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone seeking perfection!

From the moment we landed, Lujo Bodrum set the tone for an incredible stay. Our luxury transfer was waiting just minutes after arrival, and within no time we were whisked away to the resort.
Check-in was seamless. We were greeted with drinks and soon introduced to our Joy Advisor who would be looking after us throughout the holiday. We were walked to our room, which had been upgraded to a Jacuzzi Room, and shown all the essentials on the way. The Joy Advisor system deserves special praise. We were added to a WhatsApp group with Anna and Anastasia, who were available for absolutely everything. We only saw them once in person, but it felt like they were in our pocket the whole time, always cheerful and quick to help.
The grounds are stunning, beautifully kept, calm, and luxurious in every direction. Service is five star across the board. Special mention to Yasin, who looked after us by the pool, constantly bringing drinks and making us feel like royalty, and Esma Hanım, our cleaner, whose smile never left her face. She was incredibly sweet and showed real warmth every time she saw our three-month-old baby.
The food was fantastic. The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it. There’s a wide range of dishes to choose from, with a few paid options that aren’t really needed because the included food is excellent. The kitchen team handled my severe nut allergy perfectly, everything was double-checked and safe, which gave me total peace of mind.
Overall, Lujo Bodrum has become one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, from the airport pickup to the people, shows true luxury. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for another stay.

Lujo Bodrum is pure perfection — 5 stars without hesitation!
We stayed twice in July/August. First time around for 8 days and then came back for 4. Would have stayed longer had we not have to fly back to NY.
The resort is stunning, the restaurants are world-class, and the service is second to none. From juicy steaks at El Gaucho to the vibrant flavors at Opa, the authentic Turkish cuisine at Asma, and the unforgettable beach vibes at Gaia and Lotus Pier, every meal was exceptional.
The sea was absolutely amazing — crystal-clear waters that felt like paradise. The cabanas are a must and made our beach days even more relaxing and special. Highly recommend reserving one to truly enjoy the Lujo experience.
Huge thanks to Sahika Hn, Kayhan Bey (best dry martini in Turkey!) and our beloved Çağrı at Soriso, Eyup, Utku Bey, Seyda Hn, and Mediha Hn at Gaia, Kadir Bey & Baran Bey at Lotus Pier, Muhammed Bey, Ugur Bey & Elmar at Opa, Ezgi Hn, Kadir Bey & Yigit Bey at Asma, and our amazing Joy Advisor Tatiana for her outstanding care.
A very special shout-out goes to Mehmet Gazezoglu, the Food & Beverage Director — and truly the conductor of the Lujo experience.
Like an orchestra chef, he brought every element of our stay into perfect harmony. His leadership, vision, and personal attention extended far beyond dining — ensuring not just consistency and creativity in every restaurant, but also that every detail of our trip was flawlessly taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone so present, approachable, and genuinely invested in each guest’s happiness. He is truly the heartbeat of Lujo’s excellence.
The people here make this place extraordinary. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories — and cannot wait to return!

Not Family-Friendly – Disappointing Stay at Lujo
Lujo looks beautiful at first sight, but it is not family-friendly if you want to spend time with your children. The kids’ club runs until 2 a.m. and is focused on indoor video games, while all real entertainment and bigger pools are in the adults-only area behind a closed gate. Evening shows were only one hour long and not interactive, except for Jermaine Jackman’s concert which was the only lively performance during our stay.
Food and drinks were good, but family options were limited. Sushi was only served in the adults-only restaurant, and there were no casual snack areas to grab something quickly. Everything required waiting at sit-down restaurants, which was inconvenient.
The water park was very disappointing for a hotel of this level. It only had four plain grey slides, one of which was broken for two weeks. The area felt hidden away, not welcoming, and offered nothing for parents to enjoy while waiting. Even though our daughter normally loves slides, she only went once and never wanted to return. Cleanliness around outdoor toilets and vanity areas was also poor, with missing towels or toilet paper. The buggy service rarely worked unless you stayed in a villa. Staff even told us that the hotel does not pay fair wages, many rely only on tips, and some had already left because of payment problems. This explained the lack of drivers and the overall shortage of staff.
Overall, Lujo invests in adults-only entertainment while families are left with little to do. With 80% of guests being Russian and most classes run in Russian only, the atmosphere was not inclusive either. While the beach was calm and nice for swimming, the lack of family activities, poor service, and unwelcoming facilities mean we would not return.
