Our recent stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum was our second visit as a family, and once again, it exceeded every expectation we had — and then some! This hotel is not just a resort, it’s an experience of pure luxury and heartfelt hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the outstanding Mr. Alper Alp, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who made us feel instantly at home. His professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail were remarkable. He personally ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless — from a smooth check-in to thoughtful touches throughout our visit. It’s rare to meet someone who truly embodies world-class service, but Mr. Alp certainly does.
🏖️ The Resort & Grounds
The Rixos Premium Bodrum is a masterpiece nestled in one of the most beautiful coastal areas in Turkey. The lush greenery, crystal-clear turquoise sea, and immaculate design create a perfect blend of nature and luxury. Every corner of the property is spotless — it’s evident that cleanliness and maintenance are top priorities here.
🍽️ Dining
The culinary experience was simply superb. From the lavish breakfast buffet to the à la carte dinners, every meal was a gourmet delight. The variety, quality, and presentation of the dishes are on par with top global luxury hotels. Fresh seafood, perfectly grilled meats, delicious desserts — everything was unforgettable!
🏡 Rooms
Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered an incredible view of the Aegean Sea. Housekeeping kept everything pristine — we returned to a spotless and beautifully arranged room every single day.

As a family, we truly appreciate how thoughtfully Rixos caters to children. The Rixy Kids Club is absolutely fantastic — safe, creative, and filled with wonderful staff who genuinely care for the little ones. Our kids couldn’t wait to go back every day!
🌅 Beach & Relaxation
The private beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen in Bodrum — soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Service on the beach was attentive and friendly, ensuring we never needed to ask twice for anything.

5 nights stay with family
The hotel is beautifully appointed and our room was lovely, with a stunning deck and view.
The loungers on the pier and the bar service there was fantastic. Delicious cocktails.
The swimming area between the pier and the beach is amazing.
We really enjoyed the live music entertainment every night.
The Godiva coffee and cake bar is great, the cheese cake there is amazing.
Our girls did the parasailing, it was excellent and very professionally done.
Great selection of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Turquoise restaurant.
However the waitering staff could do with more training, they were mostly unpleasant and inattentive.
No umbrellas available for guest use, it was pouring and we got drenched going to meals when it rained.
Aside from meals and drinks at the restaurant and bars, not much else is actually all inclusive. Perhaps they should include a few non motorised water sport options such as snorkelling gear and sup boards without having to attend a class.

Beautiful location with great amenities and excellent accommodation. The beach is quiet and scenic. The food was very varied and excellent quality. The rooms were very well maintained and clean. The on site water sports facilities were a real bonus. The kids club was extremely well equipped although children under 4 need an adult in attendance (you can book a babysitter but there were none available during our stay). My children really enjoyed the water slides (albeit the water was a bit on the cold side!). The staff are attentive and we were allocated a specific CRM to oversee our stay (in our case Atakan). Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The front office team was extremely helpful, and all of our requests were handled promptly. The cleanliness was outstanding, the sports activities were fantastic, and the trainers were highly professional. Every detail we asked for was taken care of without delay. The food quality was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. A special thanks to our holiday assistants, Deniz and Diana, for their wonderful support.

I will share all my experiences at Rixos Premium Bodrum without filtering.
First of all I would expect more modern, newly designed rooms. When we entered the room it was stinky in the bathroom, we directly contacted our assistants Yelda and Berkan and it was solved very fast by upgrading our rooms (excellent). In the upgraded room we also contacted our assistants because of a noise complaint we had about the upstairs neighbors. Yelda helped solving this very quickly which we were very happy with.
On day 2 of our holiday we ate something from the lunch-buffet which gave my girlfriend a reaction because of her food allergy. This was a pity because we paid very good attention to the QR-codes with the allergy information about the meals. We were not happy with this because the allergic reaction could be deadly to her and because it felt like we were falsely informed about the ingredients. This had cost us one day of our holiday because of sickness unfortunately. We spoke to Yelda in the evening about this and she gave us very good solutions like having lunch at the a la carte restaurant called People’s where the chef would find us to talk about the allergy situation so that it would not happen again. This was very suiting for us and so far we are able to enjoy the delicious foods!
We really liked the personal contact with the assistants. This was our first time experiencing this service and we feel very special and it’s very nice because of the fast service.
We spend most of our days sunbathing by the pool. The service here is also fast and good like the towel service. One thing we don’t like is that some people ‘reserve’ a bed in the morning at the towel person (probably by giving a tip) and never show up or are gone for almost the whole day. It became busy in the hotel and difficult to find good places at the pool.
We are very happy with the room cleaning. They clean everything very good. Also the waiters are very fast which is very nice and everywhere you look you see a friendly face which makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We also really like the daily activities, you never get bored here! For example we joined the pool activities in the afternoon and really liked it because of its professionally and it’s just very fun.
At the spa we got a very detailed tour about the facilities and were very surprised how big it is. We enjoyed our afternoon in the sauna and steam room very much. Although the massages or turkish hammam are a bit expensive. We didn’t chose for those services because of this reason, but still could enjoy of the other facilities. They also have an extra pool there for ultimate relaxation.
Overall, so far we are very happy with the employees and service from Rixos, although there are some things that could be improved which are mentioned in this review.
