We recently stayed at Rixos with a group of 22 people and booked two villas. The villas themselves were beautiful, and the natural surroundings were stunning – unfortunately, that was the only part that lived up to the expectations of a hotel in this category.
The service throughout the entire stay was deeply disappointing. There was a complete lack of friendliness, warmth, or any sense of hospitality. We constantly felt like our group was seen as a burden, which is unacceptable – especially from a resort that promotes itself as luxury and group-friendly.
In-villa dining was particularly poor: long wait times, cold and incomplete orders, and barely any cleanup afterwards. For the prices charged, this level of service is simply not acceptable.
The most concerning part was the conversation with the Assistant Hotel Manager at the end of our stay. Instead of listening to our feedback, he responded with arrogance, disrespect, and a total lack of professionalism. It reflected the overall atmosphere we experienced during our stay.
We did not feel welcomed or taken seriously as guests. It’s a shame – the location and infrastructure have great potential, but the service and guest orientation fall far short.

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind from the very first moment.
The cuisine was exceptional — every meal was a delicious experience, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The service throughout our stay was outstanding; the staff were attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to ensure our comfort.
What we appreciated most was the tranquility. The peaceful surroundings and calm ambiance created the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. The spa area was a definite highlight — modern, well-maintained, and wonderfully rejuvenating.
The only downside was the heated pool, which unfortunately had water that felt a bit too cool for comfort. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and we would gladly return for another stay.

I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough, everything about it was amazing! 🤩 From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Everyone was so friendly, informed, and genuinely helpful, the service was an easy 10/10.
The hotel itself is beautiful and super clean, with such a relaxing atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was excellent (a huge plus), and the food was consistently delicious. It really felt like a proper escape, and I could just unwind and enjoy every moment. 🧘♀️
A special thank you to Asya and Atakan from guest relations, they were absolutely amazing! So helpful, always quick to respond whenever we needed anything, and just lovely people overall.
This is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed during a holiday, and I can’t thank the whole team enough for making it so memorable. 💚 I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but to every single staff member: thank you 🙏 you’re what makes this hotel such a special place. I really hope I get the chance to come back again soon! 😁

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! We stayed at your hotel and had such a lovely time. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly and kind staff, and we instantly felt at home. The lush green grounds are so peaceful and beautifully maintained — it feels like a little oasis.
The hotel offers quite a lot in terms of entertainment for such a cozy space. Every evening, there are live performances in two different areas of the hotel. The live music was beautiful and romantic, creating a magical atmosphere under the stars. You can really tell that the staff put their hearts into creating special moments for the guests.
We especially want to mention Diana, who was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. When we first arrived late in the evening and missed dinner, the hotel kindly organized a special meal just for us. They brought food directly from the kitchen so we wouldn’t go to bed hungry — such a thoughtful and touching gesture! It really shows how much the team here cares.
The hotel is also a great choice for anyone who enjoys outdoor sports and activities — there’s plenty to do under the sun. As for the kids’ club, it’s more suitable for younger children, around 5 and under, who would definitely enjoy it. Families with older kids might want to consider hotels with more age-appropriate options.
Overall, we feel this hotel is ideal for couples, young families with small children, or anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing retreat surrounded by nature and kind people.

We had an amazing time at Rixos in Bodrum! The resort is super beautiful and really peaceful – perfect for relaxing. The sea is absolutely stunning: clear and great for swimming or just chilling by the water.
There are lots of fun activities if you’re up for it, but also plenty of quiet spots if you just want to unwind. The food was really good – tasty and with lots of variety, so it never got boring.
What really stood out, though, was the hotel staff. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. They were quick to respond to any requests and always did it with a smile.
All in all, a great experience – would definitely come back!
