After looking at all the reviews, I have come to the conclusion that there are a lot of fussy people. I have to start with the pool. One review said they never see it being cleaned. Well, on our week stay, I woke up at 5 every morning, and at 6, the man was testing both pools daily and adding chlorine if and when needed. He cleaned out any old leaves and items left in the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas pool toilets next to the restaurant, so there is no need to walk to your rooms. The rooms looked old and dated when checked online, but we had room 111 (ground floor and pool facing perfect for disabled with slight motabilaty but not wheelchair as there was 3 steps to our room.), and it was perfect. The room was re painted, all clean and fresh, and no mahogany to be seen. It had a fridge, a wardrobe, a free, safe tv dressing table, lots of plugs, it was a fair size. 90% of the doors have key card entry ours did not, but that wasn't an issue at all. Free wifi everywhere struggled a couple of evenings but nothing to moan about. Breakfast that comes with the stay was very basic but ok. Consists of 2 types of cheese tomato cucumber olives, salami boiled eggs, bread butter, and jams cereals, tea, and coffee juice. There is a breakfast menu available and a fair price. Sorry to say we did not try it. It is in a key location to lots of nightlife and places to eat out but still quite in the evenings. All in all, it was fantastic. All family ran since 1971 and still going strong. There isn't much they won't do to make sure you have a great stay. Everyone is very helpful.

Great hotel with warm and attentive staff! My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping to the kitchen, was friendly and helpful. We initially asked to change our room (it faced the pool), hoping for something quieter. The staff noticed and even stopped us on our way out to offer an alternative with a garden view. In the end, we stayed in the original room - it turned out to be quieter than expected. Breakfast deserves a special mention: delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety. Omelets and eggs are made to order over an open flame, fantastic! Daily cleaning was done well, though the room wasn’t perfectly clean upon late-night check-in (a bit of dust and missed spots). But the next day it was cleaned very good. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the pool was clean, and the lighting in the rooms and around the hotel made evenings especially cozy. Highly recommended! Even if something isn’t perfect, the staff is always ready to help with kindness and care.

Stayed here for a week with family. The rooms were very modern, nice, spacious & clean. We had views of the mountains, pool area & beach. Breakfast had plenty of selection although I wish there were no cats crawling under peoples chairs in the outdoor area (note: this is a universal issue in Bodrum/Turkey). For the price you pay for this hotel, it’s everything you’d expect.

Honestly, nothing to say! Impeccable, my sister and I loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everyone was kind. The hygiene was impeccable, the enriched and delicious breakfast. The rooms spacious and comfortable with an indoor kitchen, and everything that goes with it… I highly recommend it.

I’ve been to this hotel numerous times now hotel in general is nice location is good few minute walk to the beach prices are okay breakfast is nice waiters and waitresses are polite and helpful rooms are cleaned regularly clean towels and clean bedding everyday but the only issue is the hotel is boring as there’s no entertainment and nothing for the kids only a few water slides.. you should do bingo nights and more stuff for the kids to do!! Entertainment is the key to bring more tourists you need to do better!!

It is an "Inn", so you cannot expect it as a 5 star hotel. Overall experience was positive. Weaknesses: Noise was much from upstairs and outside. Workers and staff were working at the ground floor and sometimes looking towards the room, which looked uncomfortable. The toilet water tap had an issue in both of our rooms, which is also a serious minus. Also we had one dwe and very small blankets while our room had four beds with not enough blanket. Strength: But rooms were very clean and equipped. Breakfast was good. Reception managers could speak a few languages. Internet was not free and if paid still not high quality. Overall: Anyway, I still vouch for them. It's worth every penny, actually... Because it was not expensive and yet clean and cozy.

Rooms were nothing like the photos. nobody spoke any English (I'm not so uncultured to assume they would be fluent, however when accommodating international guests it seems odd to not be able to communicate. Our room was full of ants, very run down and grubby, mould all over and despite trying multiple times, nobody could understand our complaints. The beds were solid as a rock and we had only one awful pillow each and even the double bed had one regular blanket and then one spare scratchy brown one which couldn't cover two. We had just one coat hanger and one half of a toilet roll, we gave up asking for more in the end so just bought some. The sink took over 10 minutes to drain as it was so blocked and the whole bathroom was filthy, there were holes in the walls, shattered floor tiles and it just looked very tired. The food was terrible, no labels on anything and the same old thing day after day. Breakfast had no pastries, no toast, just lots of salads, a few cheeses and very reformed slices of meat and chips. Drinks were all served in the thinnest plastic cups known to man so kids were spilling them all over and not one person could understand my request for Diet/Zero/no sugar versions, I even tried Google translate with no luck. The snack bar serves just one item each day along with fries. There was no ice cream or anything without an extra cost. Pool was good, however all the activities were only in Turkish and so we found it difficult to join in. I have stayed in much nicer, cheaper and less star hotels. Our balcony was a large concrete slab, we only had large glass door, which faced a wall and a pile of rubbish, no windows, no chairs or anything.

The main idea is attitude😉 realizing that this hotel's offers are really cheap and reading comments on Google, Booking and elsewhere you can't expect much. Lots of greenery and space for beautiful photos, quite a good main pool, maintained, cleaned, toilets are also maintained. The children really liked the pool, water slides are turned on for an hour in the afternoon, but there is no person supervising. A snack bar is open by the pool from 11 am and 3 pm (Turkish snack in the morning, burgers or panini in the afternoon), the bar is open from 10 am to 6 pm. Helpful bartenders, local drinks undiluted. The maids clean the rooms according to your wishes, we only changed towels and replenished supplies. Food. Breakfast is poor, lunch and dinner are more varied, more focused on Turkish cuisine, but you can definitely eat a hearty meal. (Tourists accustomed to English breakfast will be disappointed, they especially complained that they only eat fries). In the evening, they grill fish and chicken. There is little fruit, but there is always fresh watermelon. We did not get food poisoning, although after reading the comments I brought a lot of medicine, but neither the adults nor the children needed it. We changed rooms because we did not like the first one they offered. The second one was fine. The room is simple, but the beds are quite comfortable, the air conditioners work. We brought insect repellent 🙈🙈, but we did not need it. One child is allergic to dust mites and often needs medicine in hotels after 2-3 days, I was surprised, but he did not even sneeze here 👌🏻 We could dwell on the need for cosmetic repairs, it would be needed in many places, but it did not bother us. Many stairs, no elevators, one of the managers (who oversees the dining room and bars) is very rude, rude to guests and staff, but all the other staff are very helpful, cheerful, clean, running around, trying to remember little things about the guests. The evening program is short, but interesting, every evening is different. About 1 km to the sea., the coast is dirty, didn't like it, so we used the pool, booked a boat trip👌🏻 Considering the price, we had small bills for tips and everything was really taken care of. Audience: 30% Turkish, 20% English, 20% Polish, a little bit of everyone else, there were also Germans and Swedes. The evening is quiet, the program ends around 11 pm. Not too many drunks are seen, no one is fighting or shouting, music can be heard a little from the city.

Everything felt fresh and tidy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. They genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out goes to the bartender—he was not only really nice but also made our evenings extra enjoyable with his friendly conversation and perfectly chilled, tasty beer. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Bodrum that offers cleanliness, warm service, and a relaxing atmosphere, this hotel is a solid choice. Don’t expect gourmet meals, but for the price, the overall experience is great. Another big thank-you goes to the entertainment team! They did a fantastic job keeping the atmosphere lively and fun throughout the day and night. Whether it was poolside games, music, or evening shows, they brought great energy and made sure guests of all ages were having a good time.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was a disaster. The room was in terrible condition, with mould covering the shower. To make matters worse, our passports were gone through as well as our suitcases , which is a serious security breach. The food was consistently awful, barely edible, and the air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unbearably hot causing one member throwing up. when they sent workers to fix it finally. they were sat on the bed using OUR vapes and tried kissing the members of the party asking her to bring him back to the uk and marry him. We reported these issues to reception multiple times, only to be met with laughter and dismissive attitudes. It took three days of constant complaining before they finally agreed to move us to another hotel, effectively ruining the first half of our holiday. Changing hotels mid-holiday was incredibly stressful and inconvenient as there was children in the party. This hotel is not only poorly maintained but also has staff who clearly don't care about their guests. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was delicious with lots of variety, and the whole resort was clean and beautifully maintained. The beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day. Everything was well-organized and stress-free. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the view from my room and how relaxing the atmosphere was. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of great options. Overall, a 10/10 experience I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was my first time in Turkey and my first time at this resort. The food was excellent, and so was the cordiality of much of the staff. Every year we visit a resort with our friends and our kids under 5, but this trip had a rather upsetting moment. Each time a parent entered the children’s pool to support their baby (10 months old), a lifeguard would come over to intervene, even to the point of calling a manager. It felt truly hostile and lacking in empathy. Do they really think a 10-month-old can swim unaided in a 40 cm pool? The lifeguard behaved rudely and ended up spoiling our experience. Within a 3-day span there were two fights outside our rooms, with shouting, swearing, spits, and insults directed at innocent vacationers. Perhaps a coincidence, or perhaps not. I would suggest clearly communicating that this is not a “kids-friendly” resort based on the experiences we encountered. While the food and many staff members were lovely, this uncompromising attitude at the pool left a sour impression. If you travel with very young children, be aware of this issue and consider asking about pool rules and lifeguard policies in advance.

The hotel itself is nice but very dated. Rooms are average and not what is shown in photos. The pool side is noisy, overcrowded, people smoking and drinking in the pool. On a positive note for the pool there are lots of activities throughout the day which is great for both kids and adults. The evening entertainment is good but ruined by there not being non smoking areas. All terraces and spaces become overwhelmed with cigarette smoke and is very unpleasant. The restaurants are much the same. The main one is like feeding time at the zoo so we often opted for alternative restaurants. The beachside is much nicer and if you can pay the extra for cabanas, these have been the highlight of our stay. Service by Ahmed was/is fantastic always going the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable, hydrated and enjoying ourselves. Excellent service by him - thank you so much!

Great for Couples, Not for Families with Kids The hotel is good for the price. The rooms are quite spacious, though a bit outdated. The food is decent and the staff are lovely and helpful. However, my main complaint is about the evening entertainment and music. If you have young children who go to bed around 9–10 PM, this could be a serious issue. The music from the animation stage is extremely loud — it feels like the stage is inside your room. We were staying with a baby, and it was impossible for our child to sleep. Despite asking guest relations to lower the volume, nothing changed. Many other parents were also complaining about the same issue. The volume is more suitable for a nightclub than a family hotel. I honestly believe you could hear the music from the center of Didim! Because of this, we won’t be returning to this hotel. However, if you’re a couple without kids and you enjoy loud entertainment, then it could be a good option for you.

We were generally pleased with everything on the holiday I came with my family. Everything from the food to the rooms, from the poolside to the drinks was very good. The only problem is that cleaning needs to be paid a little more attention. Cleaning was done only twice in our 10-day holiday. Other than that, the animation was very good. There are always different activities during the day and a different show every evening. Thank you very much for everything.

We returned from the hotel just three days ago, and unfortunately, we had the worst vacation ever. We didn't expect much, but even then, we were disappointed. The only positive aspect was the size of the rooms. During our seven-night stay, our room was only cleaned once and that was only because we tipped the cleaner. The food in the restaurant was the same every day for both lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the queues for the grilled meat were consistently so long that men couldn't even try it without waiting for nearly an hour.

Just came back from the Ramada 10 of us requested a ground room due to children having disabilities and an adult with disability, they took us right to the top and after 3 room changes we were placed right at pool side.. the food is horrendous more or less the same food every night not much variety for kids as my children ate chips and veg for the 11 days we stayed. The rooms were only cleaned twice and bedding only changed once when asked to clean the room they didn’t understand me and left it. You hear everything walls are paper thin. We got ate alive by mosquitoes it’s really bad there (children and father were worse off) so if your thinking of going take bottles and I mean loads of bottles of mosquito repellent.. Nothing around you beach is man made so isn’t worth the hype.. take the bus it’s 65 lira to the closest town although you to get stung with prices for everything so be careful

It’s a nice hotel but not much to do around. The beach is alright but if you want a nice sandy beach best to take the bus to Didim for 65 lira, it’s an hour ride and there’s a shopping mall there too. They stop outside the hotel. Food is a hit and miss, it’s either plain or uncooked sometimes. It’s basically the same food almost everyday. Not much variety. Same with snacks, it’s cooked from frozen so the quality is pretty low. I only liked the fries when recently cooked. The desserts are nice. Drinks are basic, I asked for a pina colada and they wanted to charge me £10 extra even though it’s supposed to be all inclusive. Just for days later to serve the drink for free? I expected better for what I paid.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. The hotel and spa did not disappoint. The staff was excellent, the food was delicious and resort is kept clean. I am giving the rooms 4 starts because I wish they were a little bit bigger (which includes the bathroom). However, do not let that bother you. Also, the hotel is strategically located to many amazing tourist destinations (our favorite was the marina). If you are not in the mood to leave the hotel, don’t worry they have everything you need on property, including an amazing pool and staff . Daniela from guest relations and the hotel staff (especially pool area) made things very easy for us.

WORTH EVERY PENNY 👌👏👍 When we 1st arrived and got to our hotel room, we had to call reception as we couldn't work the air con, the staff were very efficient and came straight away and showed us how to work. My partner had lovely surprise for her Birthday the staff left a card and some beautiful fruit in the room was really special, All the staff were amazing so helpful, especally Kadir & Sadiqq. They were all so polite, friendly welcoming and professional, the hotel is fabulous can't recommend it enough, rooms very comfortable, such a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We also used the spa where my partner and i both had a massage absolutely fantastic, there's a gym, sauna and steam room, Dilek @ the Spa, couldn't do enough for us, using the facilities and having a massage is a must. Customer Service. If we go back to Bodrum, we would definitely stay here again. RECOMMENDED 🏆🏆🏆👏

Daniela, guest relations manager is amazing....she was in communication with us before we arrived and made fantastic recommendations throughout our stay. We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! The room was very clean, with daily housekeeping — not a speck of dust. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, truly unforgettable — a real paradise! The food at the restaurant deserves special praise: the variety of dishes was impressive! Every day there were fresh seafood options — shrimp, calamari, octopus, and fish. Meat lovers won’t be disappointed either. And the number of delicious desserts and cocktails was overwhelming — so many choices! The staff were always smiling, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere was very warm and pleasant.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish hotel and staff were great. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean and homely. On arrival, we arrived late, and the receptionist told us to go straight for dinner in case we missed it while waiting to check in. This was brilliant service from the hotel as we would have missed it if we had to check in first. The rooms are very nice and clean, beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept in on a holiday and the pillows are so comfortable. The onky issue with room was the flushing of the toilet was never enough water but not a big deal, the showers are brilliant and water pressure is great. The grounds are beautiful and loveky walks in the evening time we beautiful views all around. The spa is excellent and well worth the money for massages, the spa and steam is free for all guests which is brilliant service to have available for free. The indoor swimming was frezzing but also great to have an i door pool so not a big deal. The bar staff were brilliant, and the cocktails were very enjoyable. The food was very good compared to other all-inclusive hotels I've been to, lots of options with meat, salads, deserts, and 2 different soups available every day, with gorgeous breadrolls too. One thing which I haven't sent in any hotel across many countries I've been to is the checkout we had to check out at 12.00, we weren't picked up until 17.00, I asked to manager would it be ok eat before we left that evening he told me to eat and drink what I want until we were leaving also let us keep towels and told us to use the spa showers to freshen up before leaving. This made the day of leaving so much easier as every hotel we have been to takes off your bracelet and basically tells you that your stay Ii over no food, no drink! So I have to give huge credit to the hotel for this as it's on offer for all guests

Not a 5 Star Hotel. Very tired and not particularly clean. The food is not great and the restaurant is one of the busiest and loudest places I’ve experienced. Drinks are served in paper cups from mostly rude staff. Huge resort with very little places to sit in the evening to relax. Make sure you are up at 6/7 in the morning if you want a sun-bed.

Lovely hotel but be prepared to walk A LOT of stairs, we did our research beforehand and we were OK with walking that much, took it as a bit of exercise but if you have mobility issues I suggest looking for somewhere else. Lovely food. Stunning views! First hotel we stayed with 2 kids where they had their own room and we weren't all cramped into one room. Shout out to housekeeping ladies, never seen them in our room but when we would come back from pool or beach, beds were made, room been cleaned up a bit and fresh towels were available👏

Myself and my family have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The location is perfect, one side the beach literally as you walk out the hotel and the other side all the shops. The rooms are always spotless clean, the cleaner comes every day to clean which you don't get in many hotels. The food is flowing all day so there is never a shortage and it caters to everyone. The animation team are brilliant, there are different shows every night and the mini club for the children has lots on every day and the staff are brilliant with the kids. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again next year.

Amazing hotel. Our first time in Turkey and all expectations were met. The kids loved everything especially the entertainment and kids club with Benisa, who they called their sister. There will be lots of tears when we have to say goodbye. Yilmaz on the entertainment team was also so friendly, kind and a great ambassador for the hotel. Cleaners beyond helpful and had rooms spotless everyday, setting up their teddy's on the beds so the children were so excited everytime they returned to the room. Vahap was great in the restaurant always making our family feeling welcome to every meal. Food was amazing with huge variety for even picky little eaters, restaurant staff grated you warmly at every sitting. Very very friendly. Ideal family location and we will be back. Lifeguard at ladybird pool amazing with the children.

A spacious hotel with multiple pools, and access straight into the beach. There is an all-inclusive dining hall alongside three paid restaurants which we found to be better quality but all the food was good. Rooms are a little on the small side which made it difficult with a small child who needed a travel cot and there was an issue with the electric going out in the room at check-in but it was resolved quickly. There are wild animals such as cats and tortoises that roam the grounds and dogs are present on the beach area. The staff were attentive and very friendly, willing to help wherever needed. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel back in June and it was the best experience ever. Everything was perfect and I would give it 10 stars if I could. Honestly just book it dont look no further. The staff are amazing always at your service, the rooms are cleaned every day and requests are delivered within minutes of asking. The swimming pool is amazing the beach is perfect. The food is great with lots of options and there is always something available if you miss the schedule. Honestly just the best holiday ever and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our holiday special and my biggest thanks to all the staff here simply amazing cant wait to come back!

Great location thats for sure. You hare plenty shops, clubs etc just outside. Hotel is located just on the beach which is good. Few downsides tho. Rooms are really small but clean. If your room is with street window, you will hear loud music from the club opposite until 1pm. Food wasn’t bad but every single day exactly the same.

Upon our arrival at the hotel around 1 a.m., we were given a double room without a window, room number 920. The receptionist said they couldn’t change our room. However, around 3:30 a.m., a room suddenly became available—of course, for an extra charge of €80, with no receipt provided. The room we received had a broken bed. The food at the hotel is monotonous. The service is slow and the staff seem tired. The animators also show no motivation to work. This hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars—more like 3 stars.

Absolutely disgusting hotel toilets smelled of sewage which kept coming up in the toilet I called them twice they didn’t bother sending anyone. The very first day we arrived on the Saturday 21st June 2025 there was a man at reception i had an enquiry about my booking he shouted in my face and said WHATS THE PROBLEM so so rude I’ve never experienced such rude staff in a hotel in all my life. I asked to speak to a manager he refused and said go to guest relations there was no one there for the duration of our stay. When I finally figured out who the manager was he was also so rude he shouted at us because our kids made a mess at the table he knew no English and asked someone to translate I was shocked at what I heard. He said the manager is saying don’t make a mess because ants will come and they are superstitious it’s bad luck to kill an ant!! What on earth!! Ride staff they don’t bother telling us where any of the snack bars were on the last day we discovered a snack bar that served pizza they didn’t bother telling us . None of the staff know English and all they do is shout at you. The food was always freezing cold and disgusting, the grill was disgusting and totally burned creating a fire hazard. Worst food ever they don’t give you complete service avoid at all costs. Horrible horrible staff and service they only cater for polish and Russian guests

The best thing about this Hotel is 24 hour bar which serves coffee, soft drinks and cocktails, although the range of cocktails are limited they are quite nice. The bed isn't comfortable at all and ive found myself sleeping on the sofa bed. The blanket given doesn't fit the bed and only 1 blanket not even a top sheet (see picture added). The food is terrible and cold there us fresh bread daily which is nice. The hotel looks nice and the infinity pool is lovely just too busy and noisy, it also has a man made beach with loungers. I wouldn't come back here nor would I recommend to anyone else

What We Didn't Like - Extremely poor condition of the gym – non-functional equipment, very old or missing weights, no air conditioning, dirty flooring, no water, no towels, no cleaning spray for machines/weights, missing mats and steppers - No phone number for reception listed in the room - The Wi-Fi might as well not exist – only available in specific parts of the complex, extremely weak routers - No basic drinks in all of their bars like lemonade or iced coffee - Some staff do not speak English, though they speak Russian - Spicy dishes are often not labeled - Crowding in the indoor part of the restaurant - Very weak animation and sports activities - No beach lifeguard on duty - Water in the room stopped working during the last days – apparently when the complex filled up with guests - Different prices for activities like boat trips, massages, and spa procedures – why aren't they officially listed? - Annoying service offers for SPA, Boats, etc. – guests are constantly disturbed every day - Still excessive use of plastic – for example, for water. There should be systems to motivate tourists to use reusable bottles. At the very least, water dispensers could be installed. - The tour operator's representative on-site is unnecessary – issues can be resolved directly at the hotel. If vacationers are not interested in additional excursions, the costs for that representative could be deducted from the price. - The hotel does not request feedback from guests upon departure. This gives the impression that they are more focused on mass tourism than on quality, with little concern for return guests or recommendations. The same goes for the Bulgarian tour operators. - Waste sorting should be implemented at all stations, not just the visible ones. 3. Summary: A very decent and hospitable hotel, but definitely not a 5-star one. More likely a 4-star. We wish them success in the current and upcoming seasons!

You will be enjoying the hotel and its amenities from the check-in moment. The worst part about this hotel is after you check out and go back to your routine because its just not possible to leave it. The kids club also offers amazing creative time for the pupils and you can just relax with your partner while your child is being taken care of with utmost attention.

We stayed at Duja Bodrum at the end of June and had such a lovely time. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and making me feel welcome. The pool area was nice, perfect for escaping the summer heat. They also have a fun waterpark area, which was such a playful touch and added to the vacation mood! 💦🎢 The animation team brought so much positive energy—honestly, they were not only fun and talented but also very pretty and handsome! ☀️💃🕺 The daily entertainment and activities really made each day special, whether you wanted to join in or just watch and enjoy. Only small downside: I often have challenges with taxis in Turkey—so just something to be aware of when coming and going. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend Duja Bodrum to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation with warm people and good vibes. 🧿✨

In September 2024, I stayed at this hotel with my family for six nights. The hotel's beach was fully equipped, allowing guests to enjoy swimming while also indulging in a variety of beverages and a selection of dishes near the shore. In addition to the main restaurant, several smaller restaurants and cafés were scattered throughout the hotel. A large swimming pool was situated in the central area, next to the hotel's main bar, where most of the entertainment programs, including live music, took place. The hotel's landscaping and green spaces were uniquely designed and visually stunning. The rooms were spread across various buildings, adding to the hotel's charm and appeal. Our room featured a spacious balcony facing the sea, complemented by a lush green space filled with beautiful plants and a charming large swing. The hotel also features a professional massage salon, adding to the relaxation and comfort available to guests. The hotel staff were kind and attentive. While the food was acceptable, there was room for improvement. Additionally, the hotel had a small water park with several well-designed slides. I highly recommend experiencing this hotel at least once.

Had a fantastic holiday here in May, the hotel is really nice, the staff are fantastic (Seythan was very attentive in the restaurant) the food was fantastic and they couldn’t do enough for our gluten free daughter. The only 1 minor criticism was the air con in the room was set to heat and couldn’t be switched over to cooling as others in the block wanted heat, they did offer to swap rooms but as it was May we decided to stay put. Overall it was fantastic and would highly recommend. Planning on returning next year

We had an incredible holiday at this family resort in Turkey. Originally booked two rooms, but the general manager kindly upgraded us to a bigger, better room to help my pregnant sister – closer to the pool with a stunning beachfront view. Such a thoughtful gesture! Guest services were wonderful and gave us Gökhan’s number so we could contact him if we needed anything. He was absolutely lovely – always warm, approachable, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond for us the entire stay, checking in to make sure we were happy and sorting out any requests quickly and with a smile. The bar staff were 10/10 – friendly, funny, and always in good spirits. Entertainment was great fun, and the team always came over for a chat, making us feel welcome. Special thanks to the general manager – a hands-on leader who clearly cares about guests. Couldn’t recommend this resort more – we’ll definitely be back!

I spent a week at Blue Dreams Resort and Spa in Bodrum with a friend (Edit: in July). At first, we didn’t like where our room was located, so they moved us closer to the beach, which was nice. What wasn’t so nice was that the guy at reception and the manager were talking negatively about it in Turkish, which we could understand perfectly, but they weren’t aware of that because we spoke in English as it was easier for us. The rooms are old and not very clean. Often they didn’t change our dirty towels; they just folded them nicely for us to use the next day. To make matters worse, my expensive sunglasses were stolen from my handbag in the room. And that happened the day before I left, very convenient for them since I was leaving soon and there was literally nothing I could do. I’ve seen another review of another guest’s belongings got stolen the day before! The guest office claimed to have checked all the cameras, they said they searched all the cleaning staff’s rooms (whatever that proves) and they found nothing. The cherry on top came on our last day, when a pipe burst and there was sewage everywhere. The smell was unbearable. The guy helping us with our luggage had to carry it over the road with the worst of it, holding everything just inches from the mess. Positives: the food was nice, the water was amazing, the kitchen and restaurant staff were very friendly, and the animation team was absolutely the best!

Very nice overall facility and scenic views. Comes across as luxurious in the marketing materials and very compelling to make a booking when doing research. However, the reality kicks in when you arrive and meet the unbothered reception staff, who do not explain a thing about the hotel and simply hand you the keys to your room and a fact sheet. This hotel is set on a hill, with many stairs and lifts, requiring a lot of walking and planning your movements. The facility is very dated and overdue for repairs. There are some serious health and safety issues, such as concrete falling from the ceiling directly over the kids club, and the pool ladder being detached for the entire week we stayed. Food is canteen style, repetitive every day, and nothing of high quality. The bar staff appear to be drunk from around midday. Cocktails are terrible — the only thing worth drinking is the draft beer or wine. They also serve alcohol to teenagers as they have no concept to verify age - there are no writer bands, anyone can order alcohol any age. They even drink with 15 year old kids. Prices for Jet Ski hire are €70 for 10 minutes, which feels extremely high given the reality of the resort and is barely used all day. There is nothing truly luxury about the experience.

They always greet you with a friendly smile to say hello! They weren't too pushy to get you involved in Thier activities! The hotel was generally good. The view was excellent, and the food was quite nice overall. However, the same can’t be said for the rooms. Housekeeping did a minimal job, and the rooms didn’t feel fresh. For the first two days, we requested to have our beds separated, but it wasn’t done until we asked for the third time. On a positive note, the entertainment team was fantastic—very friendly and engaging. We were able to participate in many of the events they organized. Special thanks to Ömer Bey from the animation team, who was always there to assist us whenever we needed anything.

Stayed her for a week in July and it was lovely. The resort is very tidy and clean. The staff here work very hard and are friendly. The entertainment team are very good. The restaurant staff are also very attentive and work very hard. Cleaners too! The hotel is always near and tidy. Pool is very nice and the beach is lovely too!! Could do with some more sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach but it was lovely at the beach bar. Fantastic place for sunset photos. All round great place.

We stayed at Aquasis Deluxe Resort snd spa for a week with our family, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this resort to others! However, there was an issue with the cleanliness of the room initially. After we complained, the room was cleaned properly, and the staff addressed the issue. It turned out that the cleaner who initially attended to our room wasn’t as thorough as expected, but the situation was promptly resolved after our feedback.”

Amazing place, definitely value for the money spent on these holidays. The hotel main building is impressive itself but the other parts of the resort like sunset rooms looking over the bay are nice too. Pools layout provides lots of space and private beach with the bar offers diversity in daily activities. Entertainment team and evening shows doing great job (big shout out to the African circus group which made my heart pacing through some of their stunts). Food is diverse and everyone will find something tasty. I can definitely recommend to visit Aquasis resort.

An excellent resort and spa located in a lovely secluded part of Didim. The resort caters for families and couples alike. There’s an individual pool for the young ones. Plenty of space around the pool to lounge around. We have no rush to put any towels out as is now becoming more common Just come down to the pool and you’re guaranteed to find the spot. That’s how spacious this place is, also has its own beach with water sports located. This ultra all inclusive resort has food 24 seven with a very large dining area with a 3 separate seating locations one of them being for adults only so therefore quieter than where the kiddies are. There are also 3 à la carte restaurants and two other buffets as well as ice cream, coffee and desserts halls in other locations. The resorts has individual villas with their own pool and also a separate swim section which has pool directly outside the room. It also has the beach rooms which look directly out to the sea. The entertainment is excellent with something new every night as well as kids club. There’s also kids activity Centre incorporating arts and crafts and a cinema with qualified staff in attendance. Definitely recommended.

As expected, the hotel delivered the same outstanding quality and service we experienced during our first stay. Great hotel. Great service. Great food. Never stayed here before, but I would definitely go back. It was start of the season (1st week of april). Not many people there. Plenty of staff. It was utterly peaceful and the staff were so attentive. The food was out of this world. Normally I wouldn't indulge so much with all inclusive food on holiday as it can sometimes be a bit concerning/unpleasant. The head chef was out each meal time explaining and making suggestions. Because the hotel was so quiet we were upgraded to a sea view room. I couldn't fault anything with this hotel. It was utterly amazing and absolutely deserved a 5 star rating. It was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Turkey. Well done the staff here who absolutely make this place so exceptional

Very Lovely hotel with the most beautiful views right on the beach. Came for the Easter break, so it was a bit quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful but their understanding of English is very limited. It's a general thing in Bodrum though, so be prepared to use a lot of hand gestures and to act out scenarios. The food was delicious and affordable but other amenities could be pricey. Had a great time, would go back again.

You can really tell that the staff put their hearts into creating special moments for the guests. We especially want to mention Diana, who was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. When we first arrived late in the evening and missed dinner, the hotel kindly organized a special meal just for us. They brought food directly from the kitchen so we wouldn’t go to bed hungry — such a thoughtful and touching gesture! It really shows how much the team here cares. The hotel is also a great choice for anyone who enjoys outdoor sports and activities — there’s plenty to do under the sun. As for the kids’ club, it’s more suitable for younger children, around 5 and under, who would definitely enjoy it. Families with older kids might want to consider hotels with more age-appropriate options. Overall, we feel this hotel is ideal for couples, young families with small children, or anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing retreat surrounded by nature and kind people. We recently stayed at Rixos with a group of 22 people and booked two villas. The villas themselves were beautiful, and the natural surroundings were stunning – unfortunately, that was the only part that lived up to the expectations of a hotel in this category. The service throughout the entire stay was deeply disappointing. There was a complete lack of friendliness, warmth, or any sense of hospitality. We constantly felt like our group was seen as a burden, which is unacceptable – especially from a resort that promotes itself as luxury and group-friendly. In-villa dining was particularly poor: long wait times, cold and incomplete orders, and barely any cleanup afterwards. For the prices charged, this level of service is simply not acceptable. The most concerning part was the conversation with the Assistant Hotel Manager at the end of our stay. Instead of listening to our feedback, he responded with arrogance, disrespect, and a total lack of professionalism. It reflected the overall atmosphere we experienced during our stay. We did not feel welcomed or taken seriously as guests. It’s a shame – the location and infrastructure have great potential, but the service and guest orientation fall far short.

Right now I’m enjoying my stay at the hotel in a room 3104. The service is excellent, the territory is very clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is also delicious! It is convenient that you can take towels as much as you want and without using any card. The beach bar staff work really efficiently, you never have to wait too long to get the drinks. For the first time I’ve seen a hotel offering workshops and they are really fun! I will recommend this hotel and I would love to visit it again on my next vacation.

Loved the view from our room and swimming among the fishes at the beach. The omelet station at breakfast was awesome, definitely give it a try! Berdan was funny and made a great cocktail we enjoyed while at the beach. We spent 10 wonderful days at Hotel Mirada. First, I’d like to highlight all the positive aspects: the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and it’s definitely worth booking a sea view room. We stayed on the second floor, and our housekeepers did an outstanding job every day – a big thank you to them. The staff is kind and helpful. The sea is beautifully colored and clean, the beach is well-maintained, the cocktails are excellent, and I highly recommend the pistachio ice cream. The buffet food is also good, and the view from the terrace is phenomenal. We also dined at the Greek à la carte restaurant, which had an amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Negative: I understand it was raining, so the bar couldn't be open, but they held a party in the hall on the second floor, right where our room was, and it was impossible to fall asleep—especially since we went to bed early because we had to get up at 2 a.m. This was a major oversight; the hotel needs to find a different solution for such situations, considering guests like us who came to rest, not to party.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of us felt comfortable and looked after – no request was ever too much, and they always greeted us with a smile. The resort itself is stunning – spacious, spotless, and with so many facilities to enjoy. Even with such a large group, everything was seamless and well-organized, from meals to activities. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Everywhere we went, we were truly amazed by the beauty of this place. It offers several amazing restaurants and outstanding service. What impressed me the most was the personalized experience, especially having a dedicated Joy Advisor at our disposal. I have to highlight Marina, our Joy Advisor, who helped us reserve restaurants, sent us the daily hotel schedule, gave us great tips, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. Lujo Hotel is truly a place my family and I will definitely return to.

1/10 I mean where do I even get started 😭. As we arrived in the hotel we were greeted with disorganization, our luggage was passed around by 4 different people until they finally figured out where to deliver it. The check-in took 45 minutes, and we were fed low quality champagne 🥂 and crust strawberry's. Once we were lead to our room, out attendant didn't even know how the balcony door worked 😭😭. I mean c'mon, this is ridiculous. The food and location was very good, the service is fast, and the beach staff in general quite nice, the issue is, to eat in restaurants one must make a reservation through their attendant who is simply uneducated and has no care for you as a human. But the worst experience by far was out checkout, we ordered a transfer to the port, and not only was it 1 hour late because our hotel simply didn't order it, but also the driver had no clue where to go, and it was only after us screening at our attendant that they got someone who could actually speak Turkish to him. Simply horrible, especially for the price, I would not recommend.

Personally, I’d say some of these negative reviews are a little too harsh. The staff are incredibly friendly and an absolute credit to the hotel. The food is good and certainly provides enough choice for the average person. The pool is nice with a great view. Location perfect as you’re set a little outside town but well within an accessible distance. Sure some areas in the hotel need Maintenance but overall a great stay

An absolutely awesome place , the views from this hotel are outstanding, the food is of good quality typical Turkish offering, the rooms are adequate clean and tidy not smart and modern but a very typical room. The real outstanding feature is the staff they are just great work hard all day and with a smile. Some go the extra mile to make it even more special , highly recommend this place

Lovely hotel situated with spectacular view over Bodrum bay. The staff are fantastic, friendly and go out of their way to help. Food excellent and varied. Only down side is the Animation team. They were totally useless. If you come expecting them to provide entertainment then forget it. Didn't let this spoil our holiday. Had a fantastic time

This resort is only few minutes walk from the beach. Welcoming, hardworking and friendly staff. Our room was quite small but always clean. The food is not labeled, so if you have any dietary requirements, ask staff, they do make an effort to cook something for you. Pool area is quite noisy, very loud music all day, so if you want some peace and to relax or read your book, you are better off heading to the beach. Bodrum is also not too far, 30 mins walk or 10 mins taxi for 4 euros, worth a visit to see marina, castle, local shops etc we enjoyed our stay

Just had the most fantastic week at The Forever Club! Stunning setting and views, beautiful pool and separate private beach. Staff were so friendly and fun. The Manager and staff were so attentive around the food situation for my son’s Nut allergy - they couldn’t possibly have been any more helpful. My daughter also had a medical situation which was well handled. The Manager was so attentive and pleasant with the customers and his staff - it was clear they like working there as a result. The food in the Seafood and Italian restaurant was amazing whilst watching incredible sunsets. Would highly recommend for a fabulous break!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turkey! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The beach nearby was beautiful with crystal clear and clean sea water — perfect for swimming and relaxing. A special thanks goes to Izzet, the hotel waiter, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always smiling, friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever a problem for him — he took care of everything we needed.

I’ve just returned from a one-week stay at this hotel. While I tried to give it a fair chance each day, unfortunately, I wouldn’t return and can’t recommend it. Pros: Small and picturesque territory, clean rooms, and decent (though not varied) food - which was enough for me. Cons: • Upon arrival, I was almost placed in the Annex building, despite booking and paying for a room in the main building by the pool. It took some insistence to finally get the correct room. • The hotel is near a port, and although the view is nice, the sea gets dirty every afternoon with trash floating in the water. • Pool area becomes overcrowded after lunch - finding a free sunbed is a challenge. • Evening entertainment is quite weak. • And finally, the cats. While some guests enjoy them, I didn’t appreciate them begging for food at breakfast or trying to enter my room. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it just wasn’t the right fit for me. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars. We booked 3 rooms as a family and the rooms were small and outdated, the AC wasn’t working well (very loud at the lowest fan speed) and no good care for babies. They allow dogs in the pool and their staff is only kind at their own initiative if you’re lucky but the rest is just mediocre at the best. Very disappointing and would not recommend unless you don’t expect 5 star service. The location is ok as you can walk to city and have beach access.

First of all, I want to say that the hotel staff are really nice and friendly people. Always smiling and helpful. I really appreciate it and want to thank them for making my holiday here so enjoyable. The food was good. Maybe a bit repetitive at the end of the stay (after 7 days), but overall tasty and well prepared. The location of the hotel is great. Everything is close. You can walk to the city center, the seaside is nearby, and the cruise ship terminal is right next to the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience.

A wonderful hotel with everything you need in one place. A large swimming pool, delicious food and a huge selection in restaurant and bars. Spacious rooms and a separate entrance to each from the outside. Right next to the hotel there is a pier with sun loungers by the sea. A wonderful place, and the service is incredibly helpful and friendly. Receptionists, maids, bartenders - all very nice, and especially the waiters. Our entire stay was served by a wonderful waiter Izzet, who could read our minds. Thank you for a great time.

Went for my birthday and was treated with such kindness and respect throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly courteous, even allowing me a late check-out and the chance to shower before my flight. When my flight was delayed, they carried my bags in the middle of the night without hesitation. A special thank you to Ayhan – an absolute gentleman who looked after us on the sunbeds every day. What a wonderful, relaxing escape – truly made my birthday feel special!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was newly renovated, impeccably clean, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for the price — which was remarkably affordable considering the quality. The location is also quite convenient: just a 5-minute bus ride or a scenic 35-minute walk along the coastline to reach the downtown area. Although I originally booked for one night, I was so satisfied that I extended my stay for an additional night. Without a doubt, I would choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Room was tidy, aesthetic and spacious. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet, all very fresh and prepared to a high quality. The poolside atmosphere was mature too (no trashy party environments). Best of all, the service was top notch, I mean all staff from reception to the bar. Location is a little out of the way but reception can call a taxi for you within 5 mins, and the cost to city is very affordable anyway (~€5)

A bit late for the review, but our stay at Senses Hotel Bodrum was truly wonderful! We had a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we were even surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet easily accessible to the city. We especially enjoyed the wide variety at breakfast each morning.
