So I really don't know what all the bad reviews are about? If you want a cheap holiday it's perfect.
Is it a 5 star? No. But it's definitely not. 3 star either.
We stayed here from the UK, after my mum was having some dental work and we wanted a better hotel, so booked this ourselves.
The hotel is immaculately clean. I have absolutely no idea what the comments about dirt and cockroaches are?!
The rooms are beautiful, very modern, and the air conditioning was ice cold, bearing in mind it was 41 degrees!
The only downside is the food. It's not awful, it's fine. Turkish night was good, they have a barbecue grill most nights and the breakfast is nice. The rest is a bit bland but it's far from awful.
A good selection of drinks, fruit juice etc.
No idea what the issue is, great hotel and would come back.

Wind of Lara Hotel & Spa delivers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. From the moment you arrive, the modern design and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The food is consistently fresh and varied, catering to a wide range of tastes with both local and international options.
The hotel’s facilities are excellent — including a beautiful pool area, a fully equipped spa, and entertainment that adds vibrancy without being intrusive. The staff are genuinely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. Whether you’re a couple looking for a quiet getaway or a family seeking fun and relaxation, Wind of Lara is a fantastic choice near Antalya’s beautiful beaches.
Highly recommended for those seeking quality, value, and a memorable holiday experience.

The taste of the hot food at the late-night buffet was actually quite good, but unfortunately, it was barely warm.
My room was ok cleaned, but my bathroom was not, hairs in the Toilet, water and shampoo traces everywhere are enough evidence that there was not much time spend in cleaning!
However, the service at the reception was poor. The staff member was chatting with some other guests while we had to wait. A simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have been enough, but instead, he continued his small talk and left us waiting for several minutes. Not a big deal once, but it happened three times in a row, which made us feel unwelcome.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit uncomfortable, especially in the dining area. High ceilings and a lack of soundproofing made it very noisy—not really a place to enjoy what was otherwise good food.
The fridge in my room wasn’t working, though the mattress was actually quite comfortable.
The tea was over-brewed—something I’ve never experienced in Turkey, where tea is usually a highlight.
There was also no sparkling water available in the dining area, which I’ve never seen in any other hotel here.
Lastly, the room doors were poorly insulated, so noise from the hallway was noticeable.
Conclusion: No major issues, but lots of small things that added up.

We booked a last-minute stay at Wind of Lara and arrived late in the evening. Rose, the Guest Relations Manager, greeted us with a warm welcome—she was so kind and professional.
We stayed for five nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel was spotless, the food was delicious, and every staff member we interacted with was courteous and friendly.
If you’re after a reasonably priced getaway along the Lara strip, this place is definitely worth considering!

Food was good and there was a large choice at meal times and the snack bar was fantastic during the day.
Pool area and entertainment was very good, friendly staff with a mix of chilled, modern and retro music. Bar staff serving drinks to you as you lie in the sun, couldn’t ask for much more.
The entertainment at nights was also very good and there was something different on every night.
All in all good value for money and will happily visit again.
