Stay well clear, we arrived and straight away alarm bells was ringing, the bathroom was disgusting and quick fix repairs, not what you would expect from a rated 5 star,
Hired a quad bike for 2 hours to be directed to the petrol station and told I need to fill the tank, only to hear they empty the tank for the next customers.
The rep was helpful and seemed to be the only person remotely interested in our needs.
The hotel location is literally in the middle of no where, there is a free bus into town and the markets.
The food is the same every evening, some was nice but there should be more variety.
The entertainment at night was dismal and we was back in our room every night at 10pm. In short if your looking for quality for money look elsewhere.
The staff was un interested and unpolite.
Don't bring Turkish lira bring euro instead the exchange is better.

A Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs! My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place was poorly maintained and absolutely filthy. The rooms were dirty, with dust and grime everywhere, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. The entire hotel is in a state of disrepair, with outdated facilities that are clearly neglected. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, treating us like we were a burden rather than paying guests. It's obvious that they prioritize locals over tourists, who are charged three times the price for a fraction of the service. The favoritism is blatant and deeply unfair, making us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. As for the amenities, they are laughable. The pool is a health hazard—my eyes started burning the moment I stepped in, and I had to get out immediately. The meals are equally appalling, with the same bland, tasteless dishes served every single day. There's no variety, no quality, just a sad excuse for food.In short, this hotel is a disaster. It’s dirty, poorly managed, and a total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

This will be the first and last time I visit this resort. Everything was cheap, from the rooms to the staff to the guests, aside from a few. But I guess you get what you paid for. Plastic bags covered the speakers by the pool I'm assuming for the rain, but we do have the technology for all weather speakers, so......? They have some dinner nights where there are special dishes or desserts, but those are always brought in at least 30 minutes before the dinner time is finished. One morning a fantastic employee, Ishmail, if that's even his name, cleared our whole table of plates that were mostly full of food. I was by myself that morning with my toddler daughter and I went to get something else from the buffet only to come back to him clearing our table of everything, except I was in time to save some jams and honey I had picked for our pancakes. This was at 10 am and the breakfast time runs until 10:30(when they turn off the lights in the hall. That's another thing I didn't understand, like are people gonna not leave if you leave the lights on, obviously the food will be done, but that's nothing too serious.) Anyway back to this fine and upstanding fellow, 😂. He was telling me all these excuses as to why he did it, he told me I should've left my phone at the table so he'd know not to take the almost completely full plates away. I thought that was good enough, plus, did I mention, the clientele of the hotel wasn't the most trustworthy looking. I'm sure it would've been fine to leave a valuable as a place saver, or maybe just wait until a little closer to closing time and that person might be back? Maybe there was an emergency potty break that had to be taken and I had my phone in my pocket and couldn't get it out for fear of water works coming all over your lovely cleaned floor. Anyway I digress, so this guy was giving me the usual, with excuse after excuse, so I told him to be quiet because I was tired of it. He then thought he could say the same back to me? You know the whole eye for an eye thing. So nothing was done, only the manager of the cafeteria, I guess, came and tried to talk to me. No sincere apology really, especially not for telling me to be quiet. That really got me going. So I then had to go refill all the "lovely" "delicious" 😂 food back on to my plates and proceed to finish our breakfast.
That same day I went to the spa as I like utilizing saunas whenever one is available. I arrived at 6:35 or so, and was met with, it's closed. The signage clearly stated 7 was the closing time which would give me ample time to relax and leave at least 5 minutes before 7 so they could do whatever "deep cleaning" they had to do. Oh wait they just wanted to be done right at 7 and since they didn't have a spa treatment client, they had some unwritten and also unspoken rule where they close up shop at 6 instead. I'd have no issue with this if it was told to me upon check-in or even the day before when I went there around the same time to utilize the sauna.
Let's talk about the common areas where all the families hang out outside, by the pool especially. They have signs, required by law being the only reason I assume, stating smoking is prohibited. It comes as no surprise to me, living here for as long as I have, that it was completely disregarded and wasn't even followed by the workers. You couldn't go a single day or hour even hanging out by the pool or walking by/through a door without getting a nice dose of second hand smoke in your face. I really wish that would change here in general, but there's no end in sight.
The sea was very difficult to get into as there were soooooo many pebbles and rocks preventing you from walking in comfortably. You almost had to go in to a point where you could kind of sit down and start swimming the rest of the way out or just Lego step it and potentially hurt yourself. I wouldn't be surprised if that happened on a regular basis. That, I guess, might not be anything to do with the hotel directly, but it is something to think about especially if you're older or have small kids with you.

I recently stayed at this so-called all-inclusive 5*hotel, and it was a horrendous experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely terrible. The same low-quality dishes were served every day, and there was a disgusting fly infestation in the dining area. The beans were watered down, the vegetables were dense and clearly frozen, and the desserts always felt old and reused.
Customer service was equally appalling. I requested a room change due to my nephew's allergies, because it had a horrible stench that no amount of cleaning could fix. There was heavy limescale around the sink in the lower-level and same level rooms from the main reception. When I tried to address these issues, I was told to come back the next day because there was no management available, yet I saw management lingering around throughout the day and evening.
The staff exhibited a shocking lack of proper etiquette, especially towards people of color. They were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome, relegating us to the less desirable rooms on the bottom floors. The hotel was full of British guests who lacked basic hygiene, and there were no hotel toiletries provided, so make sure to bring your own. Cleaning is just as bad, seems to be spray cleaned and no change for bedding or actual cleaning of bathrooms.
The location of the hotel is also terrible, far from any central attractions. It cost me over £110 to visit Land of Legends and an additional £83 to enter the theme park and other site areas cos nearly just as much to visit by car. Despite having access to all-inclusive food, we were forced to eat out everyday due to the poor quality of the meals provided.
The pool was a hygiene nightmare, adding to the overall unpleasantness of our stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay elsewhere. To add also cost of basics in turkey have skyrocketed, jet skies for £80, 15 minutes for each individual is humourless joke!

Went for 6 nights. Family of 11. 3 rooms booked. Paid just over £670 each included transfers. All together just over 6k (booked 2 months in advance hence the steep price).Arrived early hours of the morning. The rooms only can carter for maximum of 3 not 4. So had to get a make shift bed (probably our fault for not checking). The cleaners would come every day however they did not change bedsheets until the 3rd day and did not change them afterwards. They only cleaned the floor if they are told to do so. The food was good however mostly it's the same stuff every day apart from a few things. The staff were good however some staff are rude and had no courtesy. The location is not great either the closest bazaar is about 10 mins away. They is a few shops in the hotel too. The pool is great and good for the kids too. Plenty of sunbeds. The pool was not the deep either it was 140cm all the way around. The wifi in the hotel is not fantastic and is very slow and does not even work. You can get fast WiFi but would need to pay. The mini bar is great and has enough drinks options for everyone. There is access to the beach and a bus comes and goes every 10mins to and from the beach( free of service) there is also a snack bar at the beach and also at the hotel (included in the all inclusive price). There are alacanta restaurants but would need to pay. Personally I would not go back to the hotel however for a cheap getaway and getting a (5* resort) treatment then go for it but don't expect too much from it and don't hold your expectations high. Maybe for the price we paid we could have got something a lot better
