One&Only The Palm is the definition of quiet luxury. Tucked away at the very end of the Palm, it feels private and genuinely exclusive, the kind of resort where you can fully exhale the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is serene, the property is beautiful, and everything is designed for a calm, unhurried stay.
Service was consistently lovely. Everyone we interacted with clearly wanted to please and took pride in getting the details right. Our butler was friendly and handled every request smoothly, and the buggies were always prompt and ready to shuttle us around the property without any waiting. The pools were wonderful, with excellent poolside service, and the spa was great as well, with a variety of treatments that matched the calm, polished feel of the resort.
A special highlight was the restaurant manager, who is an absolute treasure. He was constantly present, warm with guests, and genuinely helpful. He even arranged a special Middle Eastern dessert we first had during Ramadan in Morocco and haven’t been able to find since. That level of thoughtfulness felt like the pinnacle of hospitality.
We ended up leaving to spend the rest of our time in Dubai at the Burj Al Arab, and honestly, we wish we hadn’t. One&Only The Palm set such a high bar for privacy, comfort, and heartfelt service that it was hard to top. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-touch Dubai stay away from the crowds, this is the one.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities are amazing and well maintained, but what truly amazed me most was the exceptional service. The people here genuinely care and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Ahmed from Front Office Department for being incredibly hardworking and for always going extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. From check-in to check-out, his service was exceptional. We will definitely come back!

One&Only The Palm was the absolute perfect choice for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the luxurious, pristine, and beautiful rooms. The entire resort's atmosphere, which reminded us of the Alhambra Palace, was incredibly sophisticated and elegant.
Even though the weather was a bit of a shame during our stay, it couldn't take away from the beauty of the three stunning pools and the breathtaking views from the private beach. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast—the ingredients were so fresh, high-end, and delicious.
The highlights of our stay were the resort activities. The Yoga class and the Pizza-making class were not only fun but truly meaningful experiences that we will cherish for a long time.
We were especially moved by the meticulous service and kindness of our host, Delly. He was so thoughtful, sending us a delicious bottle of wine for our celebration and arranging a late check-out to perfectly accommodate our travel schedule. The housekeeping team also did a flawless job keeping our room perfect throughout our stay.
If you are looking for a quiet, romantic, and ultra-luxurious honeymoon in Dubai, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It is truly the best of the best.

During our stay at The One & Only on the Palm in September of this year, we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel, its location, and the level of service provided. Upon our arrival, we received an upgrade to a junior suite, which was remarkable, featuring stunning views of the beach that overlooked the private beach and the Harbour. Our accommodation included half-board dining, and we opted to dine at the hotel most mornings and evenings, as it boasts three exceptional restaurants, each offering an outstanding ambiance, quality, and service.
We were especially impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and its grounds. The gardeners would actually pause their work to greet you, which was a delightful touch; we felt truly pampered. Overall, the staff exceeded our expectations in their assistance, and we eagerly anticipate our return, hopefully in 2027.
We would personally like to thank Ian who took care of us during our stay, a truly lovely person and went the extra mile to assist. To Hasan, who we looked forward to seeing everyday at breakfast and dinner - Hasan really made us feel very special and welcomed us to every sit down. Tapas, who served us on many occasions and made a very good impression on us, superb levels of help. Other worthy mentions include; Alex, Alberto, Johan, Akash and all the cleaning staff.

It was our pleasure to stay At One&Only hotel the Oalm Dubai through the holidays. We were met by a lot of great people, especially the gentlemen who took such a great of us (family of three); Brendan and Shahazul Islam and the manager Yohan. They fulfilled all our dreams in minutes and no task was too small for them. In addition, they were all very friendly and made us feel like family members. We will definitely be back.
