We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities are amazing and well maintained, but what truly amazed me most was the exceptional service. The people here genuinely care and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Ahmed from Front Office Department for being incredibly hardworking and for always going extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. From check-in to check-out, his service was exceptional. We will definitely come back!

One&Only The Palm was the absolute perfect choice for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the luxurious, pristine, and beautiful rooms. The entire resort's atmosphere, which reminded us of the Alhambra Palace, was incredibly sophisticated and elegant.
Even though the weather was a bit of a shame during our stay, it couldn't take away from the beauty of the three stunning pools and the breathtaking views from the private beach. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast—the ingredients were so fresh, high-end, and delicious.
The highlights of our stay were the resort activities. The Yoga class and the Pizza-making class were not only fun but truly meaningful experiences that we will cherish for a long time.
We were especially moved by the meticulous service and kindness of our host, Delly. He was so thoughtful, sending us a delicious bottle of wine for our celebration and arranging a late check-out to perfectly accommodate our travel schedule. The housekeeping team also did a flawless job keeping our room perfect throughout our stay.
If you are looking for a quiet, romantic, and ultra-luxurious honeymoon in Dubai, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It is truly the best of the best.

During our stay at The One & Only on the Palm in September of this year, we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel, its location, and the level of service provided. Upon our arrival, we received an upgrade to a junior suite, which was remarkable, featuring stunning views of the beach that overlooked the private beach and the Harbour. Our accommodation included half-board dining, and we opted to dine at the hotel most mornings and evenings, as it boasts three exceptional restaurants, each offering an outstanding ambiance, quality, and service.
We were especially impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and its grounds. The gardeners would actually pause their work to greet you, which was a delightful touch; we felt truly pampered. Overall, the staff exceeded our expectations in their assistance, and we eagerly anticipate our return, hopefully in 2027.
We would personally like to thank Ian who took care of us during our stay, a truly lovely person and went the extra mile to assist. To Hasan, who we looked forward to seeing everyday at breakfast and dinner - Hasan really made us feel very special and welcomed us to every sit down. Tapas, who served us on many occasions and made a very good impression on us, superb levels of help. Other worthy mentions include; Alex, Alberto, Johan, Akash and all the cleaning staff.

My wife and I spent 10 nights at the O&O - the Palm, in a Junior Suite with Pool and were quite simply blown away!
The hotel is spotlessly clean, decorated and designed beautifully and the service some of the best I’ve had in hotels around the world.
Having a suite with a good sized pool, enabled us to have a host service, which for us was Ian and he ensured we wanted for absolutely nothing and made our stay all the more better.
He was able to help us with everything from sourcing forgotten items, to confirming reservations at one of their 4 restaurants - all of which offered fantastic food; the in room dining service was also magnificent, there was an enormous breakfast buffet and a la Carte offering and I don’t think we had a single bad meal.
The beach and pool areas, as well as the grounds are spotless and maintained daily and another nice touch is the Hotel’s collection of Rabbits and Falconers who carry Owls and Hawks.
The staff all over the hotel are profoundly friendly and helpful and special mentions for us go to Ian (of course), Joel on the beach, Krishna, Jerzy(?) and the whole breakfast team, as well as the Concierge team who are very keen to assist when entering and leaving the resort.
