I have spent the last 3 weeks at this hotel, for some time of healing and personal renewal, and I can’t say enough good things. The facility is just amazing - my room is so private and I just, and maybe 5 steps to the private beach. The pools and beach are just beyond. The service level here is extraordinary.
But what really stands out is the spirit of welcoming hospitality. In a moment of internal and external turmoil, I truly have been made to feel at home, whether the hotel was packed with guests or quiet due to the war. I wish I could remember the names of all the people who have helped and supported me, but I will call out a few - Sujith helping me with everything I could imagine, Trey, Santosh, Hassan, Donald and so many others at the restaurants; Becky, Jonalyn, Maria and especially my Queen of massage, Purity; Vanessa, Andrew, Raoul, Abdullah, Ved at the lobby and pool; Peter at Hydro; Shaukat the driver. I have dozens of other faces that I can’t quite put names to as I write, but all of whom feel like new friends. I do feel like I am coming to my tranquil, gracious home every time I step out my door.
My local friends swear by this hotel, as the best spa/brunch/staycation in Dubai - they always want to meet at my hotel, even though it’s a long drive for them - so I know they must be consistent, day after day and year after year. Butch, Sol…it’s a helluva thing you did here, and amazing to see your vision so beautifully executed.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities are amazing and well maintained, but what truly amazed me most was the exceptional service. The people here genuinely care and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Ahmed from Front Office Department for being incredibly hardworking and for always going extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. From check-in to check-out, his service was exceptional. We will definitely come back!

A special mention to Mr. Ian, who was incredibly supportive from the moment we arrived and made sure all our requests were accommodated seamlessly through whatsapp.
At Zest restaurant, Joanne was amazing. She was so warm and attentive and we had a great chat .. she really made our dining experience special.
One thing that really stood out was the beach service. As we were just walking by, the staff noticed us right away, set up our sunbeds, and brought us water without us asking. That level of care really says it all.
Everyone.. from reception to housekeeping was just wonderful.
Thank you Ms Vaneesa whom I met during check-out and gifted me a small thing as a memory of our stay at One&Only. Thanks to Salma for the smooth check-out process, it didn't take me 1 min to be cleared and ready to leave 👍

I would recommend anyone to book and try one bedroom villa with poil or the two bedroom villa with private pool and direct access to the beach.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the lovely girl who welcomed us quamar she was very kind, polite, and professional. She kept checking on us throughout the visit to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude made us feel very comfortable.
Her service truly made the experience even better. Definitely not our last visit 🤍

A truly beautiful hotel with an incredible territory, delicious breakfasts, and very attentive staff. The rooms and bathrooms are absolutely royal in scale — so spacious and relaxing. The distance from the city makes you feel as if you are somewhere in the Maldives. Luxurious views, crystal clear water, and a very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended.
