What a fabulous gem of a hotel the BEST FOOD I've ever experienced and the BEST SERVICE.
arriving at the hotel at 1am on the verge of end of season it wasn't busy and there wasn't another resident to be seen. Reception staff were quick efficient and friendly and offered snacks due to late arrival. Very thoughtful.
I wouldn't say the hotel had a wow factor with passage ways more akin to a travel lodge than 4/5 star offering. But ....a beautiful room with 2 large beds ... very clean, loads of space and a nice view too. The bed was very comfortable as was my daughters bed. There was a selection of fresh fruit on the side and the fridge was stocked with a few drinks . They even left s complimentary bottle of wine in the room wow.
The meals were nothing short of astounding and I have stayed in many many all inclusive resorts but the food at the odessa was the best I've experienced. Breakfast ; full English, omelette, cereals , cheeses, full continental etc etc. Each meal the very second you sat you were given drinks and the instant a plate was finished it was taken immediately. Just impeccable service.
It gets better too. The lunch time offering was delicious and how about this ; as the chef greeted residents a little boy seemed disappointed as there was no pizza. The kind happy smiling chef went and made one and brought it to him. Omg !!! The only thing to add apart from the food in dining was of an evening in the larger dining hall. You're immediately taken to a table, no waiting, no finding a table the stress is taken out by amazing staff
OK what else ? Location is fab 50 metres from the main strip . 100 metres from the beach. The pool was adequate for the guests there but small if the hotel was full. The gym was very decent and air conditioned. Every room has a free safe and air conditioning. The staff are truly wonderful. I've booked again ...same week next year . Can't wait .
The staff even made a birthday cake for my daughter and surprised her on her birthday.
Once I arrived home we realised we had left the ipad keyboard in the room.. I've contacted the hotel and it was already in lost property
Great hotel !!!! AND you can use the other hotels in the group !!!

Highly recommend anyone with family's or couples. In a great area not to far from bars ect, beach is a 2 minute walk away. Aiya napa is 15 mins by bus route 102. Food and drinks were fantastic, if you like your food then is a go to with a variety of different foods every day. Normally never leave a review but the holiday has been fantastic value for money in such a great location. I'll be coming back for sure!

Overall, It's a good place to stay at. The location is great, staff are nice and helpful, rooms are not very spacious but kind of neat. The exchange rate in this hotel is a rip off you get 80 euros in exchange of a hundred dollar while you can get 94 euros outside. TO BE CONTINUED...

The Odessa is located in a great location with a lot of nearby bars and restaurants, and rooms are clean, but that's about it with the positives unfortunately. I'd consider it a 2-3 star hotel at best, though I've had better experiences in some hostels.
From an all-inclusive perspective:
- The food offered directly from the hotel in their buffet restaurant is okay. It's edible, but quite bland and repetitive.
- Drinks were okay. They were drastically watered down, even the spirits, and bar staff were often rude to interact with.
- The sister restaurants they offer as part of all-inclusive are a serious disappointment. After hearing terrible things about one of them from multiple other guests, we avoided one of them entirely. Another was fine. But one we tried in the restaurant attached and operated by the hotel, Sofa Sofa, was inedible. The pork chop was overcooked, the kebab was overcooked, and the pizza was so undercooked that there some of the base was raw. We left and went elsewhere.
- House keeping was a mixed bag too. We had 3 rooms in our party, and multiple of them would end up with different numbers of towels every day, or on one occasion, no towels at all.
- Bathrooms were incredibly small and seals around the glass door on the bath were so old that a brief 5 minute shower would often result in puddles of water on the bathroom floor.
- There's only one usable restroom for guests inside the hotel during the day, outside of your own room. They're spacious enough for a few guests in each, but on multiple occasions they would smell so bad that people were gagging when entering/leaving for multiple days.
And then for some more nitpicky things that alone wouldn't have been an issue, but paired with everything else, leave a general distaste for this hotel:
- Elevators are so small and can barely fit a family of four people.
- No real bar inside the hotel outside of a small area in the hotel lobby.
- Room keycards are extremely flaky. We saw multiple guests returning and being issued new keycards during their stays, and we experienced flaky behaviour too.
- Guests are allowed (and even encouraged in some cases) to put out their towels for sunbeds at night before the next day. Multiple guests complained about this during our stay.
- Zero time or care is put into maintaining guest experiences. Tables and chairs that were moved around by other guests to spots around the pool were still there 5 days later, leaving the dining/seating area often a barren mix of half empty table/chairs spread out in a seemingly random fashion.
Everything about this hotel feels like it's from the early 2000s, and has never been renovated or improved. There are significantly better hotels in the area, and I would encourage everyone when booking to seriously consider these options instead.

Staff couldn't do enough. Helpful, courteous and very friendly. Choice of food & drinks were superb. Hotel room was a little dated but clean. Fabulous location.
