Great assortment of foods with snacks in-between main meals - you won't be hungry.
The rooms are clean and nice with a single minor annoyance - the sink is very low. Pool is good as well, though we didn't spend much time in it.
Overall the hotel is really great.

Very disappointing experience – I would not recommend this hotel.
We had a serious issue with the beds. The room was booked for 4 adults, yet when we arrived there were only two proper beds and two small children’s fold-out beds, completely unsuitable for adults. After complaining, they managed to provide us with one normal extra bed, but refused to give us another because there was “no space.” This made no sense – if there is no space for proper beds, then this room should not be sold to 4 adults in the first place. The staff kept saying it was “not their problem” and that we needed to contact the travel agency. But if that’s the case, why do they allow the agency to sell such rooms in their hotel?
The food was another big disappointment. I am vegetarian, and on several days there was literally nothing available for me apart from plain salad. Only on the fourth day I accidentally found out that vegetarians can order special meals, but these had to be requested one day in advance. This is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort, where you should have access to meals without pre-ordering what you want to eat tomorrow.
The cleaning service was very poor. During our entire stay they never changed the bed linen or properly cleaned the room – something especially important given that we were 4 people squeezed into a small space. Towels were also an issue; most days we received only 3 instead of 4, and I had to keep looking for housekeeping staff to ask for more. Coffee and mugs were replenished only once in a whole week, and the floors were never vacuumed, leaving us with our own “indoor sand beach” by the end of the stay.
On top of that, when we asked if it would be possible to arrange a small cake for my younger brother’s birthday dinner, we were told it was not possible – despite the fact that there were 5 different cakes on the buffet every evening. It really felt like the staff just didn’t care about the guests and wanted to dismiss us as quickly as possible whenever we raised an issue.
The only positive highlight of our stay was the Slovak bartender, who was always kind, cheerful, and made our evenings much better.
Overall, the poor service, lack of care, and inadequate facilities made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

1st room view was of a skip and car park, Food was very average. Evening meal pretty much the same every night nothing to write home about for a 4* hotel. Service again very average. Wouldn't recommend and be careful when booking. (For my grandparents review)

Stayed here 2 weeks. Hotel is clean and in great central location but is definitely NOT 4 stars. Staff are polite and friendly when you speak to them but are not engaged or interactive with any of the guests causing the hotel to have a cold faceless feeling creating a very subdued atmosphere. Animation team appear briefly for 3 intervals per day and never engaged with anyone . Just did their bit and left without talking or interacting with anyone. Would certainly not recommend this hotel . Very disappointing.

I’m currently still staying here , been here 9 days , staff are slow and ignorant . Food is shocking . THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!
They serve you all inclusive cheap ale when you pay for real ale . Do not expect a 4 star hotel. It’s far from it! Entertainment is 2 star worthy . Absolutely gutted I paid all the money to come here with my family
