Our soceer team (approx. 26 people) stayed in this hotel for 6 nights last week for the soceer tournament. I have nothing, except good things to say about the Mandali Hotel. Excellent services from all the staffs (Front Desk, Housekeeping, restaurant, etc.). They made us all feel welcome. Front Desk staffs were kind & helpful. Chef Luis was an amazing cook! I enjoyed every single meal that he'd prepared for us (great varieties). Maitre'd Andrea was kind, thoughtful & courteous. We've advised him on the last day of the tournament, our team might not be able to stay for lunch at the hotel due to our final game started only at 12 noon. As a result, he suggested to prepare lunch boxes for our team to be picked up. I sincerely believe this was a customer service beyond my expectation. Last but not least, all your bar staffs were very friendly too.
Keep up the excellent services. Hopefully we will see you all again next year!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, perfect location and lovely attentive staff. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Special shout out to the cleaners, who have been in our room every single day. We will be back for sure.

I have just got back from a 10 night stay at the wonderful Mandali Hotel. I was originally only meant to be there for 6 nights but I extended my stay because of how comfortable, safe and welcomed I felt. The rooms are nice and spacious, with very generously sized balconies. The breakfast buffet was always nice and fresh and all of the staff members are so attentive and helpful. I am coming back protaras in a few months time and will be staying at the beautiful Mandali Hotel again. Thank you! :)

Well located hotel - near to beach, and in a quiet location but only 100m from bars and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained hotel, with pool, pool bar and plenty of sunbeds.
Especially noteworthy are the staff - both managerial, reception, and bar / restaurant - they are all, without exception, friendly and helpful (I've been in other hotels where reception staff are downright miserable and rude, and managers noticeable by their absence !)
All in all the Mandali gives 5-star service, even though the hotel isn't 5*

Just got back from a weeks stay in the mandali and our first time in cyprus. Cannot fault it. Clean rooms, great location, good food and exceptionally lovely staff from reception to waiters and waitresses. Lovely clean pool area and a brilliant location right next to beach and the main strip. Kids loved it. Only slight hiccup was pool had to be closed for one day due to burst pipe for everyone's safety, but the staff got it sorted promptly credit to them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff on reception even charged our phones for us as we had a night flight and had checked out of our rooms already. It's rated as a 3 star hotel, but it gets a 5 star rating from us!
