Our soceer team (approx. 26 people) stayed in this hotel for 6 nights last week for the soceer tournament. I have nothing, except good things to say about the Mandali Hotel. Excellent services from all the staffs (Front Desk, Housekeeping, restaurant, etc.). They made us all feel welcome. Front Desk staffs were kind & helpful. Chef Luis was an amazing cook! I enjoyed every single meal that he'd prepared for us (great varieties). Maitre'd Andrea was kind, thoughtful & courteous. We've advised him on the last day of the tournament, our team might not be able to stay for lunch at the hotel due to our final game started only at 12 noon. As a result, he suggested to prepare lunch boxes for our team to be picked up. I sincerely believe this was a customer service beyond my expectation. Last but not least, all your bar staffs were very friendly too. Keep up the excellent services. Hopefully we will see you all again next year!

A great value hotel for stays around Protaras, with a very easy access to the beach and close to the bus lines to Ayia Napa and Paralimini. The rooms are nice, the hotel personnel is professional and friendly, always with a great attitude. On the downside, the breakfast, lunch and evening dinners were generally basic and a bit bland. I understand that they have to fit with very different tastes but it unfortunately the cantine and buffet were a bit lower quality. If noy for that I would have given 5 stars.

Modern spacious room, very clean, no extra charge for air conditioning. Untidy sealant around shower tray and view across to waste bins, otherwise would have given 5 stars for the room. Housekeeping service very good. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choice. Friendly staff at breakfast. Good location close to the beach and local amenities. We had a night flight home and had to use the hotel courtesy facilities, again these were excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Had a fantastic holiday here at the mandali, very welcoming people. Not once did I feel an attitude while there. Rooms were cleaned and towels/bed changed everyday. We stayed b&b and found the brek to be pretty good but not full range, all in all I was satisfied with the food but not blown away. I would most definitely come again. Great view. The ONLY real thing was the sound of noisy chairs from other rooms. I am notoriously sensitive to annoying things but this didn't do too much to bother me. Sad to leave at the end of holiday 😢. Best hotel in the area! Great location with stunning views, just a 2-minute walk to beautiful beaches. The hotel is very clean with modern design and decor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were the best! friendly and helpful. The food was very good, and we had a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you everyone, You’re the best!!!
