This was a good stay at Tsokkos Gardens. Rooms were clean enough, but dated. Mould in bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. Our room was right next to the lift, walls thin, and hard to sleep due to noise around the lift.
Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable. We stayed in October 2025, and there were plenty, but I can see that it would be tough to get a sun bed in the height of the season.
The food was decently tasty and varied, and staff were constantly replenishing main courses and desserts. Drink service was slow. Maybe get a drink at the bar before the Restraunt. Non alcoholic cocktails by the bar were delicious, such as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck (Donald Duck highly recommended). But, they were very quick at clearing plates.

Lovely hotel and apartments. We stayed here last year in September. We came back this October. Only disappointment was no shelves in wardrobes and only 5 hangers. Bathroom was great good shower etc and toiletries. Food good plenty of choices. Snack bar had nice burgers and chips. Not far from beaches and amenities.

Honestly, lovely hotel, staff are fantastic. (Management are a bit stern, but understandably due to the size of hotel, I imagine it's very stressful).
The pools are lovely in the heat, one of them are losing the mosaic tiling from the pool.
The food is incredible (went for all inclusive, that way you don't have to worry about paying for drinks, food, etc.)
The food has different themes for every day of the week, so you won't be bored with a great selection of salad and fruit. A family member of mine has specific dietary requirements and the chefs in the kitchen were absolute legends! They cooked a separate meal which catered to her requirements and the presentation is lovely.
The wait staff are brilliant, always smiling and they take such good care of you when you're there.
There is a Hut by the main pool which does food at certain times and drinks all of the time. The staff are amazing in the hut, Angela is an absolute star. She is so sweet and attentive and makes the best drinks! Angela is so bubbly and happy, always smiling. The chef at the hut makes the BEST burgers, if you get up late and miss breakfast or lunch. They have saved me when I slept in.
The rooms are good, two single beds, comfy but firm, perfect if you're with your other half or even on your own. Bathroom is nice, but the bath is a bit cramped, I think a walk in shower would be better, especially if there are guests who struggle with mobilising independently.
Overall, 9.5/10 would recommend!

Food was absolutely awful, beans were sour and the pasta floating in water. Moussaka was revolting. Waiting staff couldn't even smile! Rooms were somewhat clean and room service was good. Before we left we was asked to pay for WiFi when we connected to the free option! Entertainment and music was absolutely boring and even the kids entertainment was just a man getting the children to copy his attempt at dancing.

I have been coming to this hotel for years and have had been a good experience until this year. The all inclusive drinks are disgraceful no fizz in the drinks to urge people to leave the hotel and not have to fork out any more money it’s just become greedy. When asked if they could change the barrel or improve on this the bar staff told us if we want shit go elsewhere which is disgusting service. The staff overall are rude and arrogant with a handful of friendly ones. We enquired about late checkout as stated on the hotel leaflet we was handed €50 until 6pm the rude arrogant man at reception told me 5pm for €50 and when showed the leaflet said I’m offering you till 5pm take it or leave it. I even said I’d be happy with another room till 6pm which he replied there is no availability, the hotel is a ghost town just didn’t want to inconvenience himself. The food at all inclusive is ice cold, the hotel is run down and the smell as there is a huge skip of waste on hotel grounds is unbearable. Multiple broken sunbeds. We also booked a room for three adults all over 18 was greeted with two proper beds and one portable bed at the foot of the other two beds with a thin mattress not even suitable for a child to sleep on never mind a fully grown adult. In conclusion the hotel has massively gone down hill since previous years and will not be returning.
