Beautiful place, staff very friendly and accommodating, really made our holiday. Didn’t expect much from food due to not being allowed milk, however I was proved wrong and there was a lot of choice, food was lovely and changed every day.
Few negatives:
- no free wifi
- room cleaners entered with do not disturb sign and didn’t clean room for last three days
- few stains on bed
Other than that, I highly recommend it was a brilliant holiday, one of my best.

Me and my family stayed a week all inclusive at this hotel. For 2 adults and 2 kids the room was adequate. They had a travel cot set up already for my youngest so no faffing about when we arrived and another bed was set up for my eldest. Rooms was up to a clean standard, AC was available as well which was needed with the heat. Beds were comfortable.
The food was very disappointing to say this is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast options wasn't great, for example the egg fried bread had a rubbery texture and was inedible, sausages was absolutely disgusting tasted like they had been In a food warmer for a week. Lunch and dinner was an improvement but still wasn't great. Food just tasted weird and options weren't brilliant. They had an Asian night on one night and that was okay some nicer options there but other than that the food here wasn't good. I would definitely recommend eating out more if you plan to stay here. The snacks between the meal times was nicer than what was available at meal times. The cheese and ham toasties was absolutely amazing. The burgers seemed to give myself and my family bad stomachs, so again probably better eating out where possible if staying here.
The staff was absolutely fantastic. Always met with a smile and was very polite. Very helpful; they couldn't do enough for you. Anything you needed they was happy to help. I've had issues in other hotels with rude staff but the staff here I couldn't fault at all.
Overall facilities was good. The pool was great, perfect for the kids. Pool water temperature was just right and not too cold.
I would probably stay here again in future. I would just come better prepared with more spending money so I could eat out more.

Booked a last minute 2 day all inclusive with my boyfriend for the weekend. We drove up from Limassol and arrived an hour earlier than checkin, receptionists were lovely and allowed us to receive our bands to grab some lunch and use the amenities while we were waiting.
Cocktails were okay, mostly premixed and pre-batched available for the all inclusive, the nicer cocktails were €7 each even with all inclusive..
Food was a hit and a miss, Cypriot night on Saturday was by far the best, lunch was mediocre at best.
Breakfast was your standard continental buffet so no complaints.
Sunbed wise…we saw people reserving beds in the middle of the night!! By the time we got down at 7:45 to grab beds there were none available, something needs to change!
One major issue we had was the small of cigarettes on the first floor from the employees area opposite our room. We asked for them to close their door and just got shrugged at.
Apart from this we had an excellent couple of days

Had a lovely weeks stay at tge Tsokkos Gardens apartments, the place was always clean and tidy, the staff helpfully, and we always found something to eat at meal times. The only minor gripe was the beds were very hard, especially for my wife who has a bad back, however we managed to get a mattress topper thanks to a helpful receptionist, we would return to this hotel and area

Writing this review whilst still here. Excellent value for money. There are LOADS of staff on hand which is great. Food choice was far better than anything I’ve had before especially if you’re used to med regions all inclusives. Night one we arrived at around 2am and they had put water and sandwiches in our fridge - nice touch. Free parking. Supermarket over the road if you’re not planning on venturing far. You could walk to Protaras but would recommend driving really. Great beach and walk to the front of the hotel and amazing Fig Tree Bay is a must visit. Room is fine, beds comfy and cleaned daily. Pool area clean and tidy. Snack bar only consists of toasties. Entertainment wise was okayish I appreciate it’s out of season so not bothered too much about this part. No diving in any area of the pool. If you want sun on your balcony all day try and request a room above the entertainment area. All in all area felt safe, no problems driving out here. Would return.
