Good Hotel, 3 pools (2 outdoor and one indoor + a indoor sauna and whirlpool) the breakfast is great a lot to choose from. The rooms are a little bit outdated but they do there job for the stay. Some stray cats that will definitely come by for pets (10/10). The beach is 2min by foot but you will not have sand there more rocks. The staff is nice.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. My stay was filled with negative experiences from start to finish. The food was terrible the same dishes almost every day, often served cold, and the fruit was old. The selection was extremely limited and far below what you would expect.
The staff was one of the biggest problems. While a few people at reception were polite, others were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. When our flight was delayed, two staff members told us it was fine to stay longer. But when it was time to check out, a receptionist started shouting at us aggressively instead of listening to our explanation. She even admitted she was being rude by saying, “yes, I know,” which is shocking behavior for someone working in hospitality.
When I asked to speak to the manager, she at first had the same rude attitude. I told her clearly that I would not accept her colleague’s tone and that her behavior was wrong. Instead of taking the matter seriously, she laughed, which was extremely disrespectful. Only after we explained everything did she finally realize it was not our fault, and we were not charged extra. Still, the entire situation was so unpleasant that we left immediately.
The cleaning was unacceptable. Some days no one came to clean at all, and when they did, all they did was quickly make the bed and leave. The room never felt properly clean or fresh.
The only positive thing was the bar, which was okay. But that is nowhere near enough to make up for all the unprofessionalism, bad food, poor cleaning, and complete lack of respect shown by staff. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Absolutely amazing experience at Atlantic Pantea Resort!
From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, making sure every detail was perfect throughout our stay.
The location is excellent – close to everything we needed. The food was delicious, fresh.
The highlight was our room with direct access to the pool – perfect for the kids to jump in anytime! The hotel was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a fun and easy family holiday.
Definitely a place we’d come back to with the kids!

Don't take any notice of the bad reviews. Me and my wife stayed here for a week from the 21st September. The hotel is different to what the norm is with it being laid out in small blocks which I found really nice but my wife likes the traditional hotel layout. She did enjoy her stay though and grew to the idea. The staff were very welcoming from the time we arrived to the day we left and were always happy to help us. Rooms could do with a little touching up in places ie the shower silicone in room 4313 could so with a renew and tidy up. Other than that the rooms are very large and everything was as it should be. Television wasn't plugged in and had the wrong plug on it but we don't use them anyway but just a point to make.
Food was really nice and very varied every night and there wasn't a day we didn't enjoy our meals.
Entertainment is not the best at all and we went out every night for a walk instead.. The outside entertainment area is in need of a good look at the way it is laid out and needs more of a seating area to make it better if you want people to use it more.
Pool was good and really clean the day we used it but we are note beach focused on our hols and love the sea. Location is great and near everything you need with some great beaches nearby within walking distance.
The A La Carte restraunt is definitely worth a visit as the food there was amazing. Salmon and the steak were both to die for and it was the best salmon I have ever tasted with the mustard sauce making it the best taste sensation.
Some of the staff you have need to be truly recognised for the service they give and this was the young with the glasses and the most amazing snile called Veronica who was in the dining area. She worked tirelessly all day and was so happy and very chatty and polite when serving us. We tipped her really well when we left and she nearly cried when we gave her the tip and wouldnt accept it but we made her take it and refused to take it back.
Also Andrea's the older man who seved us in the A La Carte was the most attentative man and nothing was to much trouble for him. We had a really lovely chat with him about family values and he was so lovely to speak to and you could tell how genuine he really was. He made the meal very special for me and my wife and we tipped him really well also.
My only downside to some staff veneers were the female cleaning staff who did out rooms as they knocked then entered the room which we found odd as some days we wanted a little lay in and we could have also been laid naked on the bed or doing something they didn't need to see so this is something you could address down the line and ask then to wait a moment before coming in and see if someone answers the door.
Other than the little niggles we would definitely return to the place as we really enjoyed our weeks stay with you and love Cyprus with all our heart.
Thank you all for a great holiday and we both hope to see you in the early season and late one next year.

Even though this hotel has a lot of good reviews, our own stay was disappointing, so I would only rate it 3 stars.
Room: Too small for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children). The single beds were pushed together to make a double, but because they had wheels, they moved apart.
Cleanliness & maintenance: The housekeepers were friendly and helpful when contacted, but the rooms themselves were not spotless. The toilet seat was broken—maintenance came once, said they needed a part, and never returned. The bathroom drain was blocked (this was fixed immediately). Consumables like coffee, sugar, or even clean mugs were not replaced, despite a kettle in the room.
Noise: Very difficult to sleep because of the fun fair (Parko Paliatso) right next door. The loud noise lasted until around 12:30 am every night.
Facilities: We didn’t use the kids club as our children preferred the pool. The pools are big and clean, and the kids had fun, but during our stay (a very busy weekend in August) there were many older, unsupervised kids behaving unruly. Unfortunately, the lifeguards didn’t step in, so we had to intervene ourselves.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. Lunch was buffet-style with plenty of choice. The reception bar staff were lovely, very friendly, and the drinks selection was good.
Location: Very good—close to the main high street, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants, which was convenient.
Overall: While the pools, breakfast, bar service, and location were strong positives, the small and poorly maintained room, lack of attention to cleanliness, noise from the fun fair, and lack of pool supervision made our stay less enjoyable than expected. Good for a short break but not the best option for families—there are better alternatives in the area if you’re willing to pay a bit more.
