Not going to lie, upon arrival it doesn't look much from the outside ,but once you walk through the door the reception is very warming.
The room is a pretty standard room but it was clean. The food was very good. Catered for all and the view over looking the sea was beautiful theought the day.
The staff are excellent, keeping the place clean, and the drinks flowing.
Very relaxing no thumping loud music and no wanna be chippendales round the pool doing stupid dance moves.
Very chilled and relaxed vibe. Definitely chose this place again.
Thank you all for making my stay ao memorable 💖

The food is quite repetitive — sometimes tasty, sometimes not. Room cleaning could be better; we had to ask twice before the floors were properly cleaned after the previous guests.
In mid-October 2025, there wasn’t much sunshine, and even when the sun did appear, it was often hidden behind the mountains or palm trees — keep that in mind.
On the bright side, the hotel is just a few steps from the sea, and the water is warmer than the air. It’s a quiet harbor surrounded by yachts and boats, with the town center and a beautiful promenade within walking distance. The hotel itself is calm — no loud entertainment or many children. There are mostly guests from the UK and Russia. The area overall is very beautiful.

Myself and my partner just returned from our recent holiday booked through On the Beach at Marbas Select Beach Hotel, which took place from 14th October to 21st October 2025. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the experience I had, which was far below the standard advertised on your website and certainly not representative of a “4-star” hotel. I am therefore requesting a refund and compensation for the distress, inconvenience, and poor quality of accommodation and service received.
We arrived at the hotel shortly after midnight on 14th October (the morning of 15th October). Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very unwelcoming male receptionist who spoke very little and offered no assistance beyond handing us our room number — 308. This room was booked as a “sea view with balcony”, but as the attached photographs show, it was neither.
The room was in an unacceptable condition. The balcony door did not lock, there was a hole kicked through the bathroom door, the bin was rusted and filthy, the room was cold, dusty, and generally unclean, the toilet leaked from the base when flushed, and the bathroom door would not close properly. After inspecting the room for 10–15 minutes, we immediately went to reception to request a room change. We were told by the same male receptionist that this could not be done until the morning.
The next morning (15th October), we spoke to a young woman at reception who called over the hotel manager. We explained our situation and reminded him that we had paid extra for a sea-view room. He initially claimed there were no available rooms but then “found” what he called a “very special room” — a room with no number, located on the top floor, which we can only assume was previously reserved for management use.
While this second room did have a sea view, it was still completely unsatisfactory. It had no balcony (despite this being paid for), the wallpaper was peeling, the room was dated, the rug smelled strongly of damp, and we discovered a dead cockroach in the kitchen area upon arrival, followed by another cockroach running across the floor the next day. To make matters worse, our room was never cleaned once during our 7-day stay. We received no clean bedding or towels, and had to collect these ourselves from housekeeping trolleys in the corridor. Whenever we tried to speak with the hotel manager again, we were told he was “not in.” We were so worried that any further room change might worsen the situation that we reluctantly remained in this “special room” for the rest of our stay.
I also struggled daily with food options due to my pescatarian dietary requirements. The food provided was extremely poor and repetitive — cold, questionable cheese and meats, buttered rice or mash, and stale bread with soup every day. On many occasions, I was forced to eat out elsewhere simply to have a proper meal. The standard of food was in no way reflective of a 4-star establishment, and the dining experience overall was unsatisfactory and unappetising.
I also attempted to contact On the Beach while I was still abroad to raise these issues, but I was unable to speak to a person via your live chat service. The system only provided automated responses, and I could not get through to an actual agent to assist me. As I had no mobile data abroad and limited internet access, I could not afford to spend every day trying to make contact during my holiday.
While away, we also discovered from another guest that Marbas Select Beach is in fact rated as a 2-star hotel, not 4-star as advertised on the On the Beach website. This is a clear case of false advertising and misrepresentation. This was my first visit to Turkey and my first time using On the Beach, and I am beyond disappointed. My holiday was ruined by the appalling accommodation, lack of hygiene, poor food, and misrepresentation of the hotel’s true standard.

The staff were all wonderful, especially the food & beverage team. They worked like bees – so fast and efficient that I don’t think they even had much time to rest! Our table was never left dirty for even a moment. In general, the whole team was incredibly attentive and friendly. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. The view and the sea were also absolutely beautiful! 🌊✨

Lovely place to spend a day on the beach at Harmony Beach Club. Great Service from Willy, lovely friendly welcome from the owner. Such a shame we were only here for a week as we loved it here.
Free sunbeds & parasols, which were so comfortable and right by the water.
Delicious food & drinks at reasonable prices. Highly recommend Harmony Beach Club.
