We stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Calviá Beach and overall had a good experience, but there are some areas for improvement. The room service was not complete, towels were replaced and beds were made, but the floors did not feel properly cleaned, so housekeeping could be better.
At check-in, we were told we would receive a free cocktail and got vouchers. However, when we went to the bar, the choice was extremely limited (only one very sweet option) and it wasn’t possible to swap it for a coffee. This felt disappointing, if you want to offer a free drink, just let guests choose any drink instead of making it complicated.
On the positive side, the breakfast was very good with a wide range of options, pastries, croissants, eggs, and fresh fruit, which I really enjoyed. The location is also excellent, very close to the beach.
One thing to be aware of, especially for solo travellers: the street outside the hotel does not feel very safe late at night. Between around 1 a.m. and 5 a.m., there were a lot of drunk people around, so I wouldn’t recommend walking alone during those hours.
Overall, a memorable stay with good breakfast and location, but room service (hotel management, not the staff) and promotions could be improved, and guests should be mindful of the street at night.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was done daily and always to a high standard. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive — anything we asked for was brought quickly and with a smile. Overall, the price fully matches the quality.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to bus stops, which made getting around super easy. The room was spacious enough for two people and kept spotless thanks to the lovely cleaning lady who came every day. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety to choose from, though the juice seemed to be from concentrate rather than fresh.
The only small hiccup we had was with our room key — a couple of times we had to pop down to reception to get it reconnected, but the staff were always quick and helpful with it. Other than that, everything was great.

Honestly, this is hands down the best hotel experience you can have in Palma de Mallorca. The place is super stylish and beautiful, right by the sea, with a rooftop pool that makes you feel fancy and special. Everything is spotless and just perfect.
The staff are amazing – from reception to the bar, restaurant, and even the DJ – everyone is so friendly and warm that it really feels like home.
Breakfast is healthy and super tasty, every room has an incredible view, and the security is top-notch. I’m usually really picky, but this hotel is honestly flawless. They even have all the big brands like Starbucks, Mango, etc., and the fridge gets restocked with drinks every single day.
The workshops, the little gifts, and the artistic vibe are things you rarely see in a hotel. The way they respect their guests is honestly 100 out of 100.
A sweet little detail: I was there on my birthday, and they actually surprised me, which I’ll never forget – it really stayed in my heart.
If I could give this place 100 stars instead of just 5, I totally would!

Hotel is nice and clean and good location however it’s extremely noisy as you’d probably expect being where it is. However the most frustrating part was the roof top pool. Half of the sun loungers you had to pay for (not cabanas) just normal sun loungers so once it got busy there were no sun lounges left and if you want one you have no option but to pay for one which is so poor for a paying guest. As the pool is open to the public they should be chargeable to them but not people staying at the hotel. They also ran out of towels several times meaning having to lie on sun loungers with no towel. They seem to wait until they completely run out and then go try find more but today there’s just none at all.
But overall a nice pool and bar area with nice views.
