A top hotel with a perfect location nothing to complain about Everything is close by, just 1 minute walk from the beach. The pool is amazing, and the service is impeccable. We went there for my friend’s birthday, and she had a surprise every single day. Honestly, it was perfect. I own a travel agency, and this is the only hotel I’ll be recommending to my clients from now on. Even the staff were incredibly warm, always smiling, and the service quality was outstanding.

After the chess festival in Mallorca, I stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Calviá Beach and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe — rooms are bright, comfortable, and well designed. The rooftop glass-bottom pool was definitely a highlight, offering stunning views and a unique visual experience.
The location is excellent — just steps from the beach and shopping areas. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for travelers looking to relax in style after a busy event.

I am leaving a review because the experience in this hotel shocked me, we booked a suite for 4 days from the 30th to the 2nd for my boyfriend's birthday, the first evenings we returned around 11:00 p.m. after a restaurant the receptionists looked at us very badly but we didn't say anything, last evening of our stay we returned to the hotel at 3:00 a.m. because my boyfriend and I went out to have fun in a pub nearby, we were stopped by the security guard and a young man who works at the reception looked at me very badly and asked me for my ID and if I was part of the hotel without a filter they clearly made me think that I was an escort who accompanied someone to a room that was not mine I felt humiliated! I'm 23 years old, it's my boyfriend's birthday, so I dressed up in a little black dress that came to my knees!! This is unacceptable, I won't be returning to this hotel and I don't recommend it, no hospitality.

Absolutely stunning hotel and has everything nearby. Couple of things I’m upset by are that we go into the hotel at 1:30am and didn’t get our room until 4am. I came with my partner and our friend. Our friend had a separate booking to us. There was 1 person on the check in desk. Bear in mind it was quite busy for it being late at night. It was her first day on the job and she didn’t know how to work the system as she said it was “confusing”. There was a group of about 15 people infront of and we kept being told it would be 20 minutes. It ended up being nearly 2 hours. Anyway going back to our friend. She got told that her booking didn’t exist on the system? Although she had paid for the full holiday and had all the information she needed she still got shut down. Was told she needed to book a whole other week which was 500€. She was very upset and asked to see a manager. No manager was there the woman had to ring him. He said give her a room tonight “for free” She paid for it so it was hardly free. Fast forward to the next day we spoke to a manager and they explained that the booking was on the system the whole time! All the stress and tears for no reason at all. Definitely shouldn’t have happened. We also didn’t receive any information on breakfast times, pool times, bar times etc. We had to chase this up ourselves. We got a free cocktail token and received lemon juice and grapefruit soda. No alcohol whatsoever. We are all over the age of 18 btw. Asked what alcohol was in it and we got shut down immediately by a very rude bartender on the roof top bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel but this service was absolutely appauling and we shouldn’t have went through this stress.

Gorgeous gorgeous hotel and very clean but i can’t ignore this fact. Very very slow at reception and not accommodating. We got in for our loud rowdy flight and was at the hotel for 1:30am. New girl on desk ON HER OWN. Didn’t have a clue what she was doing we didn’t get to our room until 4am. Me had a separate room to our friend and she told my friend that her booking didn’t exist even though she had all the information and booking references on her phone to show. The girl said no that she couldn’t find it and it didn’t exist so she was going to have to pay AGAIN for the whole week. This was eventually resolved the next day after they gave her a “free” night. (SHE PAYED FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK) Another worker said the booking was there the whole time and they have no idea why she couldn’t find it smh.
