Oh for Godsake
Room, great. Food, great. Service from the waiters/waitresses, etc, 5 star. This hotel would have got 5 stars all around. But on the last day, I had a misunderstanding with the very aggressive sauna receptionist when she pushed her face into mine because I took a towel from a cupboard. I naturally called her out for it and reported it to the hotel reception. They were no help and the hotel liaison lied to us saying people had complained about our behaviour all week, and then retracting the lie once confronted. Nice try, we were laid in the corner all week minding our business, hardly speaking to people. They were obviously covering their backs because of their aggressive nature. I found out later that the same liason lady and some of the spa/sauna staff (including the very aggressive receptionist) were bullying my wife close to tears when I wasn't there.
It started out as a misunderstanding, which would have easily been sorted if the spa receptionist wasn't such an aggressive bully, and the liaison lady actually tried to calm the situation instead of escalating it.
My advice? Do not use this hotel. They will, at some point, ruin your holiday.

Me and my friend stayed at Ideal pearl for 5 nights and returned last night. All I can say is that it was a vooooow experience. I am very surprised and aghast to see few of the bad reviews which don't make any sense. This hotel has a superb location, food is vivid and extremely tasty, staff is so very kind and hospitable who will do their best to give you the best experience, rooms are clean n beautiful. You can try and find flaws but I promise that you will be unsuccessful. They deserve 5 star plus. Please don't get carried away with fractional bad reviews as these are from people who are genuinely sad in their lives and are serial moaners. The hotel is lovely, the staff are constantly ensuring the place is kept spotless, bar area, around the pool, in the restaurant and the rooms. The entertainment provided by the hotel was very good, often bringing in different artists. The entertainment team Bobby and Diago made us laugh with there teasing. The bar staff worked hard ensuring any queues were kept to a minimum. Meals in the restaurant had a good tasty variety. Oz
The pool area had plenty of sunbeds, however the music around the pool area was often too loud. I have no objection to music being played however just keep as background music, as the majority of people like to relax around the pool area, read, etc. I found talking to my sister difficult above the noise. This aside I would certainly recommend the hotel and plan on going back . The hotel manager , Ozan Konca, and the staff made us feel very welcome, they are all stars 🙂

This was my first time in turkey and first time at this hotel. My partners been to turkey before and family come yearly so I thought lets try it out! I absolutley loved the country, beautiful sights, good weather, good shopping. The hotel on the other hand i would not reccomend.
The room was very small. Enough for two people but even then we were clambering over each other to move around, bed was a mortuary slab and very stiff. The hotel itself is very clean and the maids do a lovely job in cleaning your room and very friendly. However thats where my praise ends.
The staff including management were not helpful in anyway shape or form (my partner cut her toe whilst at the hotel, when we asked if they had a plaster they told us to go into town and buy one).
The entertainmant was minimal, bit of bingo, a belly dancer one night out of the week but apart from that felt very quiet. The pool is small and very overcrowded when it comes to sun beds (literally laying on top of the person next to you, so i hope you like them!)
The food is very repetitive, all the same stuff reheated but most of time its luke warm to cold at best. They do cook some things fresh such as fried egg/omlette (actually quite tasty) and bits of meat in evening on the grill.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGEN OR INTOLLERENCE. They will not cater for you and they really do not care. My partner has a gluten allergy. Everything is listed to contain wheat, even things like plain chicken breast they throw some wheat and other seasoning on. We spoke to management to see if we could just have ONE plain peice of chicken (not too much of a silly request considering you pay for all inclusive and there was nothing else she could eat) however told that request was too much, and we jusy had to deal with it, which resulted in us eating out at resturants most days (baring in mind at thr moment of writing this, turkey is pricey and it cost over £100 for 3 meals out. This was a HUGE let down for us as we are not picky people, shes happy to just have salad and plain chicken but again they are not willing to cater for single guests. (Baring in mind there were at least 10 guests around the pool that were all struggling with similar issues. We bought our own gluten free bread and other bits as we understand it can be tricky but to felt like they could of not covered at leaat one bit of chicken in gluten. We were advised there was plenty of other choices (which there were) but ALL of them had some sort of covering, even the grilled fish was battered.
The waiters took a few days to actually speak to us, but were friendly when they did! The service was very minimal and it is a get everything your self kind of place.
The location is right behind main strip, 5 minutrs from the beach. and id say is best thing about the hotel.
Overally we loved turkey and we are looking to come next year, but i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone. It certianly didnt feel like a 4 star. Ive seen a lot of really great reviews and people saying how much they love it here, maybe we just had a bad experience but just trying to be honest.

We have just returned from this hotel and it was wonderful, spotlessly clean, food varied and all the staff were very friendly and helpful we did have a problem as my friend was in hospital for a few days and we had to stay another 2 days and had to book our return flights ourselves which was pretty traumatic but Ozan on reception did it all for me and even booked our transfers what a lovely man he is, he went above and beyond his duties so thankyou Ozan for everything you did for us.
