Staff are great, very friendly and accommodating. Bottled water and juice is restocked in the rooms regularly. Balcony is a good size. Great location, short walk to the beach. Plently of bars nearby and quiet compared to other areas.
Unfortunately the hotel itself let's it down. The rooms were much smaller than advertised with half the ceiling sloping away. If you're over 5ft you'll have to crouch down. Showers are tiny. Sunbeds by the pool seem to be reserved every morning by 8am
As I'm writing this there must be 100+ sunbeds with towels and less than a dozen people sat by the pool. Staff need to remove towels if the sunbeds are not being used. Food is average, drinks are watered down and music is very loud. You are also woken up by the mosque at 3/4am everyday.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days. The staff were amazing. The hotel was very clean. We were surprised by the hospitality, all were very helpful and the entertainment team “Bobby and Diego” are very friendly.
The food was lovely with lots of variety, the drinks are what you expect at an all inclusive.
The location was really good , lots of pubs, bars and shops nearby, the beach is a 5 minute walk and you can get the public bus for a small price into Marmaris from the main road near the hotel.
We recommend the spa downstairs for a Turkish bath and massage although they will try to upsell after saying that you need more treatments to fix whatever ailments they’ve diagnosed you with. However , they probably make a lot of money through that and the services they provide are excellent.
The only annoyance we had was not with the hotel itself. Like most all inclusive hotels there seems to be a sun bed war going on and to get a decent sun bed you will need to put a towel down at around 6:30-7.
Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and I definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel, clean but small. Lacked the 'luxury' feel id expect and had from other 4 star hotels - no alcohol in the mini bar, no towel service round the pool,
Rooms small but well kept and comfortable. Unfortunately our room didn't have a balcony which was missed, but on arrival we were given a double bed rather then two single they swapped us immediately with no fuss.
Pool is small and glad we didn't go in peak summer time as I don't see how there is possibly enough space when the hotel is at full capacity - literally sitting on top of each other.
Food was good, something different every night, drinks ok - obviously watered down but they always are!
The entertainment team Bobby and Diego where funny and friendly but the evening entertainment was a little hit and miss - Turkish night was good, Latin dancers were not. Bingo game every night with the odd quiz. Sundays however there is no evening entertainment which leave the atmosphere a little stale
A really wide range of ages staying- from 60+ to young 20 somethings
All in all an enjoyable week at a nice hotel

Room cleaning, hot water shower, air conditioning conditions were very good, my room with sea view and balcony were enjoyable, I was very satisfied, I want to come again in the summer season. I recommend it for those who want to come to Marmaris. There were not many options in the hotel, it is a small hotel but we also experienced the spa with my wife, the staff was very attentive but the staff who did the skin care also got into my massage, although I did not ask if it would be soft, they did it hard and it hurt, I did not enjoy it, in general, it is a nice hotel, would I come again, I will come but I will not come to the spa, my holiday was trash, I suffered and despite telling them, the staff continued the same, the skin care was short, I do not think it is worth the money I paid.

Me and my friend stayed at Ideal pearl for 5 nights and returned last night. All I can say is that it was a vooooow experience. I am very surprised and aghast to see few of the bad reviews which don't make any sense. This hotel has a superb location, food is vivid and extremely tasty, staff is so very kind and hospitable who will do their best to give you the best experience, rooms are clean n beautiful. You can try and find flaws but I promise that you will be unsuccessful. They deserve 5 star plus. Please don't get carried away with fractional bad reviews as these are from people who are genuinely sad in their lives and are serial moaners. Thank you so much from bottom of my heart for such an enjoyable experience and time. Thank you xx
