Travelling with a small baby, we have a very positive experience in the hotel. The baby cott was well prepared before we arrived, and they thoughtfully gave us the room close to the lift. During the stay, all the stuffs were very friendly, especially to our baby. Besides, the breakfast and the dinner were really with all kinds of of fresh and well prepared food. We booked the room with breakfast this time, would like to come back again, booking the half pension.

We ended up at this hotel because the original hotel we was suppose to stay at over booked and put us here. Good location to beach at transport link. A few shops and restaurants along the way. The hotel was nice and clean with daily room service and half board. Breakfast a variety of hot and cold food including French toast, waffles, pancakes and churros. Dinner variety of foods: meats, rice, pasta, veg salads, hams. Good flavour I didn't need to add salt and for dessert fruits, cakes and ice cream. The weather was not great to use the pool but nice size available. For breakfast you get given coffee and tea pots and have a variety of other teas. During dinner they serve you drinks and give you a receipt with your room number to charge to your room for checkout. They have 3 lifts but if your room is at the end of the hall you have a bit of walking. My room was 234 to to the back. This hotels clientele are the older generation and alot of Germans with a few Spanish. English was spoken here but not great we got by.

I‘m still checked in the Riu Concordia hotel until 2nd December!!!
Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by the attitude at the female reception clerk.
We are 3 people. We booked 1 booking for the first 2, and another booking for the 3rd person (we thought a single room will shop up but seems like there are only double rooms).
Due to a Check24 error, the booking for the 3rd person included only breakfast instead of full board. I politely asked at the reception if I could simply add the full board option for the same price as we paid for the first 2 persons — I was fully willing to pay the regular price, especially since it’s a buffet anyway. Instead of offering any flexibility, my request was denied by the female reception clerk, and I was told I would have to pay 15€ per day with no reasonable explanation. When I mentioned that I would share my experience on Google Maps, the female receptionist replied „Ok, do that“, showing a surprising lack of care for the hotel’s reputation. She could have said „Sir, let me call my manager and ask him. I will tell you the result tomorrow.“
I have been traveling the world for the past three years and have stayed in countless hotels, and I rarely encounter such a lack of customer service or willingness to help.
Another disappointment was that the rooms have no kettle. My grandma needs to drink tea regularly to warm her body for medical reasons, and a kettle is standard equipment in hotels. Not having one available is an unnecessary inconvenience, especially for elderly guests.
On a positive note, the kind male receptionist did react quickly when I reported a broken shower head in my room upon arrival. He immediately changed my room, which I appreciate.
Overall, the stay could have been much more pleasant if the reception had shown professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer orientation.
I‘m still checked in the Riu Concordia hotel until 2nd December!!!

This time we chose this hotel because we had previously stayed at RIU Jambo and were very satisfied. Everything seemed great at first, so we booked the half board option – breakfast and dinner. But during dinner, we were completely shocked – drinks are not included in the half board! Not even tap water! You have to pay for every drink, even though you’ve already paid for half board.
If they charged extra for beer or wine, that would be understandable – but charging even for water? €2.50 for a 0.5L bottle of water in the restaurant… that’s just too much.
The food variety and quality are good, but you should definitely know about the drink policy before you book.
Overall, the hotel is good and clean. This kind of policy was really unexpected from a hotel that’s part of the RIU chain. Still, we were otherwise satisfied with our stay.
