Hotel Riu Concordia

This time we chose this hotel because we had previously stayed at RIU Jambo and were very satisfied. Everything seemed great at first, so we booked the half board option – breakfast and dinner. But during dinner, we were completely shocked – drinks are not included in the half board! Not even tap water! You have to pay for every drink, even though you’ve already paid for half board. If they charged extra for beer or wine, that would be understandable – but charging even for water? €2.50 for a 0.5L bottle of water in the restaurant… that’s just too much. The food variety and quality are good, but you should definitely know about the drink policy before you book. Overall, the hotel is good and clean. This kind of policy was really unexpected from a hotel that’s part of the RIU chain. Still, we were otherwise satisfied with our stay. With best regards, Michal, RIU Class Classic no: 96189361

We arrived late and were warmly welcomed. The room was beautiful. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. It is very handy to the airport and met our needs perfectly. Thanks for your kindness to all the staff.

Excellent stay and price I paid, food and staff friendliness. The hotel was renovated in 2020 so everything is new. Room is spacious and comes with a fridge. Room is promptly made every day. The soap in the bathroom smells very nice. There is no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Food is great there is lots of variety and rotation - lots of protein and veggies. There are however no bananas and oranges every day which I thought was a bit disappointing. Coffee was average but alright. The pool is relatively warm even in winter. Hotel is quite close to the airport, the beach and supermarkets. On street parking available and bus stop nearby. It’s a very nice place to stay overall. I highly recommend this hotel. Will be back again.

We had a lovely time at the Concordia and our expectations exceeded. The hotel was run very efficiently,the staff friendly efficient and professional and appeared to take a pride in their work. The rooms were very clean and any requests met by all involved. Thank you for making our first experience in Palma so nice...we will be back Annette and John

Had a mini break here during low season, (happened to be Sunday and a public holiday Monday). Very quiet, rooms very comfy, buffet dinner had a good selection. Bus into Palma only €2, walked back along the coastal foot/ cycle path in around 3 hours.
