We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for 9 nights as a party of 16 people (8 kids), we have been coming here regularly for about 9 years.
We have always found the whole complex clean and tidy with the staff friendly (Jennifer, the receptionist, was very helpful this year sorting out a few problems, giving us information and hiring a car for us all with a smile).
Don't expect the Ritz or Michelen 5* menu standards but it's very good value for money we find.
Yes the food sometimes tends to taste the same after a week but it certainly isn't as bad as some people make out, definitely not so that we feel the need to pay to eat elsewhere!
There are the normal 3 buffet meals a day in the restaurant (kids love the 'all you can eat' ice cream......) and if you are still peckish the Pizzeria serves things like Hamburgers, chips, hotdogs, salad etc in the afternoon and late evening Pizza slices and chips.
If you have a room to the back there isn't much of a view, but we don't spend much time in the room anyway so isn't a problem for us.
The reserving sunbeds is very much an issue, but for us not a problem as we go everyday to the beach which is just a few minutes stroll away.
One small annoyance around the pool/bar areas is there could be a few more small tables and chairs to sit on in the afternoon/evening.
I understand the 'cup' for drinks around the pool/Pizzeria but I would like to also see less wastage with the plates in the Pizzeria, maybe they could introduce reusable plastic plates instead of everyone throwing hundreds of paper ones away every day?
Also the plastic containers for the fruit seems an awful lot of wastage and not exactly good for the environment.
There is sometimes a bit of a queue for drinks at certain times, maybe at peak times they could have someone else help out.
There is a kids disco every night for the little ones and entertainment after for the older ones like singers, bingo, magic shows, quizzes etc.
Overall it's very good value for money and great for families that are on a budget as you literally don't need spend any money within the hotel complex whilst never going hungry or thirsty.
We'll be returning again next year and are already looking forward to it.

This is sadly no where near being 4 star, more like 2,5. We were there for a week in august 2023 with all inclusive.
The good:
- Hotel was very clean and good looking.
- Daily cleaning of rooms, good job to cleaning crew
- Very nice beach close to hotel and good restaurents
The bad:
- There is way too many guests at the hotel
- The pool area is filled! You need to go there a few hours before the pool opens just to get a sunbed. Other guests put their towels in the middle of the night to reserve sunbeds...
- The food is terrible.. It looks good but tastes really bad. We ate there a few times and then went to restaurents the rest of the vacation.
- Avoid the all inclusive! The "cocktails" are without alcohol unless you ask for it.. And the "real" cocktails costs money.. What you get with all inclusive is just drinkmix with ice and juice (and alcohol if you ask..)
- The rules at the pool are not complied with. People bring all sorts of things into the pool.. (got a ball in the head several times)
- People are allowed to smoke at the pool area..

We’re staying here now, the sun beds are a joke only get 1 when it’s raining or if que at 6am till the beds open at 8am . The hotel is very loud we have 3 kids above us who run around till 2am. When you make a complaint they say they are regulars and have young children. Everyone slams there doors to unknown o’clock. Food ain’t the best eaten out every night. Location is great though. With regards to the cleaners they are top notch you get cleaned everyday. Last night we had a drunk 15year old locked out of her room banging down the door instead of going to get a new keys she had to be shouted at 10 times to stop making so much noise.

The hotel is located in centrum. Short way to the beach,Wich is beautiful. Negative: We had to argue with the reception to get to plastic cups each. Have to carry that cups with you to get drinks. And there is no chance in hell to get a sunbed.Always queen at the bar and no serving.Quee both day and at the evenings. ( It must be calculated by the hotel) So we ended up going outside the hotel and used alot of money on drinks that are free at the hotel. It was a very expensive stay so think they should drop the "plastic cup policy" and the quee.
