First all all, i cannot understand all the low ratings, they must of been in a totally different hotel, because our holiday here was near perfection.
I had a few qualms about the hotel, after reading a few negative reviews here and there, but for me and my wife this was an excellent holiday and hotel.
First of all the hotel is spotless, rooms were cleaned everyday if you wanted, and the bar and restaurant areas were all run very well.
Food was amazing, again I don't understand the negative comments, I'm a fussy eater, but there was more than enough to eat, from fresh salads to fresh cooked meats and lots of delicious fresh pizza, and lovely spaghetti bolognaise.
Drinks were plentiful and I must of sampled the whole all inclusive menu, but why not.
Bar staff where excellent and some even remembered what drink you had and were already making it as you got to the bar, hardly any queues at the bar neither.
Plenty of places to sit, whether around the pool on sun loungers, chairs or bar stools, or on the solarium on top of the bar.
The beach is literally a 5 minute walk down the road, also plenty of shops around the area to eat and drink and buy gifts.
The WiFi in the hotel was quick and for anyone who wanted it, there is a few English tv channels, to go with the local stations.
The evening entertainment was very good and the team always tried to get everyone involved.
Few things to note, you are given a plastic cup for you stay, to save on recycling this is to be used in the daytime around the pool area, you don't need it at night, there is a local tourist tax, you need to pay when you first checkin at the hotel.
If I had to complain about anything, then plum and/or chopped tomatoes in the morning for breakfast, just to have domething moist, because i cannot eat bsked beans, so just had to have bean juice and also the shower mixer tap in the bathroom had a constant drip every second, but we just put a towel under it and closed the door, but it was a waste of water.
Overall an excellent holiday and we will definitely go back here.

The hotel itself was kept clean and tidy. The room was clean but was tired looking and the air conditioning only seemed to blow air around instead of cooling the apartment. The shower temperature was up and down while using it but I expect that from a big complex. Some staff were friendly but most grumpy. Quite a few sun beds were broken and I myself had to screw the bolt holding the back rest on. I saw a couple of other people doing the same over the course of the week. Overall I enjoyed the week away, the food was nice but a lot was the same day to day. Drinks were good with a wide variety of spirits etc. the location was nice, close to a nice beach. Lots of bars and restaurants close by

Great hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks are fab and food is not too bad.
There is plenty of choice and a snack bar with delicious fresh pizza during the day.
A choice of 2 main pools and a baby pool as well. Plenty of sunbeds all around and table and chairs if you don't want to lie down.
Great sun deck away from the pool if you want some quiet time.
lots of comfy sofas in the reception area.
Great place for kids with pool table and table tennis dotted around.
Located near to the beach, shops and restaurants.
So nice I will be back here again.

In general a pleasant hotel.
The rooms are ok and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is ideally located a stone's throw from the capital. The bus stops are around the corner. Public transport is very accessible.
The hotel is quietly located and we were not bothered by noise from cafes or discos.
The food is ok and there is sufficient variation on the buffet. However, there is hardly any variation between the different days. The same dishes were served very often.
It also often happened that a certain dish, for example from the theme evening, was already gone by half the buffet time and that this was simply cleared away so that the guests who arrived a bit later could no longer eat it.
At peak times there was a queue to enter the buffet room.
The people from the entertainment are very enthusiastic and always try to involve both adults and children.
In the evening there was usually too little space in the lobby to attend the entertainment.
There are too few sunbeds at the swimming pool. They display that it is forbidden to reserve chairs with towels and that towels will be taken away. However, I have often seen that chairs were reserved for several hours with a towel but that no one took the towel away. So this is just an empty threat.
The all-in formula does have some small print. You can better call it 'full board' because everything is not included at all. The cheap drinks, which are usually on a tab, are included. Unfortunately, there are many drinks that you just have to pay for. Even for a bottle of water you have to pay.
In general, we enjoyed our stay but there are still some points for improvement.

🇬🇧 I am currently staying at the Suneo hotel (trip from 28.05 to 05.06), and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place to anyone.
Today, on June 2, 2025, after the room was cleaned, strange white stains appeared on my new and expensive black tank top — very similar to the marks left by a chlorine-based cleaning product. In the morning, I wore this top to breakfast — it was in perfect condition. After breakfast, I changed clothes and left the top on the bathroom sink. I left the room, and cleaning began. When I returned, the stains were there. A strong smell of a chlorine-containing cleaning product was present in the room.
I immediately went to reception. The receptionist listened attentively and called the senior manager. When he arrived, he stated with a straight face that “using bleach is no longer allowed in the hotel.” When I asked why the room then smelled like bleach, he simply repeated the same statement. In essence, the manager refused to acknowledge the obvious. No apology, no responsibility. They tried to make me look like a liar — although the top was intact before cleaning and damaged immediately after. It’s obvious. Where the chlorine smell came from and how my top got damaged remains a mystery. I certainly didn’t bring any cleaning agents from Finland and did not clean the room myself.
The senior manager who was specifically called in to resolve the issue completely ignored the situation. The vacation is now ruined: instead of peace — stress, disputes, and a sense of injustice.
I’m still at the hotel, but now I’m just waiting for the trip to end. It’s extremely unpleasant when guests are treated with such indifference. So, if you are planning a trip to this hotel — watch your belongings carefully. Apparently, there are some “invisible forces” here that can damage your clothes, and in the end, no one will know who did it — and compensation from these “forces” is almost impossible.

We acknowledge your position regarding the use of chlorine-based products. However, I must formally state that, following the cleaning of the bathroom in our room, there was a strong and unmistakable smell consistent with bleach, to the extent that ventilation was necessary. A similar chlorine-like odor was also noticeable in the public restrooms on the first floor near the restaurant.
When I raised the matter at the reception, the senior manager’s sole response was that “no chlorine-based cleaning agents are used.” No further clarification was offered. This statement was heard not only by me, but also by my family members, who can confirm both the content of the reply and the presence of the bleach-like smell in the room.
In view of this, it becomes a case of conflicting accounts: while you assert that chlorine-based substances are not used, I maintain that a clear and specific smell of bleach was present in both the private and public areas of your premises.
