It was a little out of the way from most stuff. Maybe better in season but at least 20-30 mins walk for more action. Fantastic brunch put on with something for everyone. Price of the room proportional with quality. Supermarket easy walking distance. Parking was a little hard to come by as we got in late and streets are full.

Suchhhhh a local experience. Gabi at the front desk was a dream. So friendly and smiley. Nutella on toast was my highlight. Rlly good view of locals playing soccer (futbol) and bus stop is super close. EAT AT MASSILIA. Get a pitcher of tinto de verano and whatever to eat. Great staff and good prices. Don’t rent the bikes out from of tent, total ripoff. Nearby places for cheaper. Btw you pay for the bus on the bus with cash, not before. TALK ABOUT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.

I wasn't expecting too much after ready some comments, but I need say we had a amazing time in the hotel. The staffs are very very friendly, the food is delicious, all the rooms (including the pools) are very clean. We didn't listen any noise coming from outside. Definitely is a place we will back in the future. Thank you so much for all services (for suggestions, will be nice have a small space for kids play).

what can I say but low budget hotel. this hotel clientele is 97% teenagers that are drunk . the drunk party atmosphere was out of control. with beer bottles and vomit by the pool areas. the football club groups are loud and they are also so drunk that going to the pool was out of the question. the condition of the pool ( see photos attached.) was the worst I ever saw, you could barely see the bottom of the pool . there was a green ring around them pool edges. that I had no idea what it was,. the staff where unfriendly and I even witnessed the reception yelling and screaming at the hotel guests . yes it is a low price hotel but warning you get what you pay for. I found this hotel to be the worst I ever went to. it is a youth hostel full of teens that are extreme drunk from the beer konig and mega park and they are out and start their drinking at 8 in the morning. while I was there the police had to be called a couple times on unruly guest .

On the day of arrival, we rented a fridge for 1 week which we paid for in cash and the lady would communicate this with the external party so they can bring it. The next day we received it and it wasn't working properly the whole night. We asked the reception staff to see if there is a possibility to change it, and she told us that she would do her best to do so. When we came back to the hotel, we saw that the old fridge was gone but there wasn't a new one. We had to go back to the reception and the guy told us that he thought we only rented it for 3 days, which wasn't the case since we paid 45 euros for 1 week. Here is where the miscommunication started between the reception staff. We were fed up with the whole situation and asked them to give us our money back since we are not receiving a proper fridge for what we have paid for. The lady came to us with a contract by telling us that in the terms and conditions, they specifically say that there is no possibility to get a reimbursement and on top of that she told us that she didn't know that this would be the case. First of all, we never signed a contract and she never told us about a contract. On the first day, she only took our money and that's it. What made it worse is that the hotel has an agreement with an external party but is not even aware of what the terms and conditions are for their own clients. And let's not even talk about the state of the fridge we had in our room... in one word: horrible.
Secondly, one night around 02:30 AM in the morning we heard water dripping from the ceiling. The next morning we told reception about the leakage and the lady told us that she would send someone from the technical department to check it, but this didn't happen. On the day before we had to leave, we went to the beach and when we came back to the hotel there was water everywhere in the bathroom. In short, we had another leakage. We were so fed up with the situation and asked the hotel for reimbursement for all the unpleasant times and they told us that there isn't anything that they can do. Even the director told us that there is nothing that they could do. They came up with a proposal to move us to another room, but this is something that should have happened the first time we had the leakage and not the last night before our flight. Furthermore, the guy from the reception was so kind to give us a free bottle of champagne for the unpleasant times but this wasn't enough seeing that we had to go through so much in 1 week of staying at this hotel.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel!
